Jan. 21

1:21 a.m. – Officer seized an Oregon license plate that should have been on another vehicle, 10th Avenue at Key Bank.

1:37 a.m. – George Drexler, 44, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

Jan. 20

8:29 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle, 9th and railroad tracks. Placed in found property.

8:56 a.m. – Caller reported running into a parked car at Husky Field three days earlier. Information noted.

10:02 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dogs broke a hole in a fence and got loose, 300 block of Ironwood. Officer responded. Dogs were back in their yard. Owner warned for dog at large. Owner to make an effort to fix the issue.

10:44 a.m. – Larry Michael Grech, 59, cited for speeding, Shea Point.

10:50 a.m. – Patricia Ann Thomas, 53, cited on Sweet Home warrant for telephonic harassment, 38300 block of Highway 20.

12:18 p.m. – Caller reported a driver accidentally drove off an embankment and became stuck, Marks Ridge and North River. The driver called a tow truck to pull his vehicle out.

12:38 p.m. – Caller reported a two-vehicle crash, 2000 block of Main. One person sustained minor injuries but did not require medical transport. No citations.

1:40 p.m. – Caller found a bag with crystal substance inside, 1937 Main St., Dollar General. Item seized.

3:06 p.m. – Addam Reel, 40, arrested on a warrant for contempt of court, 41200 block of Highway 228.

3:49 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle ran into him, 4100 block of Main. The driver offered to pay for the damages, gave the caller his phone number and left. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

7:33 p.m. – Caller reported his wallet stolen or lost, 1200 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $70.

8:37 p.m. – Jimmy Coonrod, 66, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1303 Long St., Sweet Home Post Office. Cited and released.

11:52 p.m. – Steven Williamson, 50, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

Jan. 18

7:23 a.m. – Ronald Drury, 57, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of failure to register as a sex offender, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

7:37 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle stolen from the tow yard, 1746 Main St., All-Star. Report taken.

8:52 a.m. – A 15-year-old juvenile taken into custody on Linn County warrant for first-degree criminal trespass, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center.

8:53 a.m. – Caller found a syringe on the sidewalk, 2400 block of Long. Officer disposed of the syringe.

10:31 a.m. – Two 13-year-old juveniles referred to the Juvenile Department for second-degree disorderly conduct, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High.

10:45 a.m. – Caller reported a fence was cut, 1400 block of 18th. Report taken.

11:57 a.m. – Caller reported finding marijuana in a student’s possession, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High. Investigation continuing.

1:01 p.m. – Ian Alan Nolan, 28, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, Marion County Jail.

1:56 p.m. – Britney Herlein, 20, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Jail.

1:59 p.m. – Caller found a homeless camp full of property, including bicycles and cell phones, former Knife River property at the end of Zelkova Street.

2:41 p.m. – Caller reported a male cut a female’s hand with a knife two days earlier but the female didn’t want to report it, 1600 block of 56th. Investigation pending.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reported a roommate signed for a package containing gift cards and then left, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Loss reported at $1,400. Investigation pending.

4:32 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen, 1100 block of 2nd.

7:38 p.m. – Caller reported her 20-year-old son punched her in the face and left, 1700 block of Fir. Report taken.

8:39 p.m. – Linda Kennedy, 28, cited and released in field on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation and failure to appear and two Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on criminal citations, W. Pine and Evergreen.

9:23 p.m. – Christopher Hughlett, 29, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of carrying a concealed weapon and providing false information, 44500 block of Quartzville.

Jan. 17

12:34 a.m. – Breanna Mansell, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Transportation to Linn County Jail.

8:36 a.m. – Caller reported a female took pills, cut her wrists and called 9-1-1, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Female transported to hospital by medics.

9:14 a.m. – Matthew J. Taylor, 17, cited for careless driving, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

10:02 a.m. – Caller reported a female sleeping in the doorway, 1223 Kalmia St., Sweet Home Genealogical Society Library. Officer contacted female, who moved on.

10:13 a.m. – Caller reported her son was moving things out of her house, 600 block of 8th. Information noted and will be forwarded to Senior Services.

3:08 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female went into the women’s restroom, Sankey Park. Officer contacted the subjects, who were trying to get warm. Officer advised them to move along.

7:01 p.m. – Donna Lyons, 26, arrested for harassment; second-degree criminal trespass; hit and run; and nine Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft, two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, theft by deception, third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and harassment, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market.

7:23 a.m. – Jennifer Ann Martin, 41, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Bend.

11:34 p.m. – Police recovered a vehicle reported stolen out of Albany, 1900 block of Willow. Drug paraphernalia seized from vehicle.

Jan. 16

8:15 a.m. – Caller reported items stolen from her carport during the night, 2400 block of Long. Report taken.

9:32 a.m. – Rebecca Lynn Correll, 33, charged with contempt of court, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Cited and released.

12:39 p.m. – Caller reported people camping in the doorway, 1105 Main St. Officer contacted a male subject and advisted him of the complaint. He agreed to leave the area.

12:40 p.m. – Michael Scott Seiber, 38, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of driving while suspended and Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear; and Michelle Kimberly Ray, 28, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 2225 Long St. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

1 p.m. – Donald Ray Watkins, 55, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of negotiating a bad check, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

1:30 p.m. – Caller reported vehicles blocking her driveway, 3300 block of Long. Officer responded and contacted Hawthorne Elementary, which will send a letter reminding parents not to block driveways.

2:29 p.m. – Richard Kintzley, 30, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

2:32 p.m. – Dylan Wes Clark, 17, cited for careless driving.

2:41 p.m. – Caller reported a customer had a bag taken, 1203 Long St., All-Star Pizza. Report taken.

3:10 p.m. – Caller caught a male attempting to steal bicycles, 900 block of Nandina. The male subject left toward Main on a bicycle. Information noted.

3:39 p.m. – Caller reported two chainsaws stolen from the front porch, 28700 block of Liberty. Report taken.

11:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male dancing or spinning in the middle of the highway, Main and 47th. Subject ran upon officer arrival. Officer unable to locate.

Jan. 15

12:54 a.m. – Robert Lafollette, 36, cited on Sweet Home warrant, Albany.

9:32 a.m. – Darrel George Berrigan, 46, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.

12:14 p.m. – Caller reported a motor home had been parked for a month, 4900 block of Maple. Vehicle posted for removal.

12:43 p.m. – Delbert Almanzo Kurtz, 38, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County.

1:15 p.m. – Veronica Szuch, 22, of Sweet Home arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, 38800 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:35 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 23rd and Long.

3:44 p.m. – Caller reported her boyfriend had just set her belongings on fire, 1700 block of Dogwood. Officer contacted both parties. Male trespassed from location.

6:08 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of tires, 900 block of Elm. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.

10:01 p.m. – Caller reported a cougar on the railroad tracks near Safeway.

Jan. 14

12:41 a.m. – Raymon Wayne Littell, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of negotiating a bad check, Oregon City.

9:29 a.m. – Caller reported a trailer parked on the street for more than a month, 1200 block of Albatross Court. Officer advised the owner he needs to move the trailer or it would be posted for removal.

11:23 a.m. – Caller reported mail may have been stolen in Texas, 1000 block of 22nd. Information noted.

1:03 p.m. – Caller reported that a trespassed female was at location, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken to be forwarded to city attorney for review.

2:16 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running loose, 44th and Airport. Dogs placed in kennel. Animal Control notified.

2:49 p.m. – Caller reported he was scammed on eBay, 1300 block of Sunset. Officer advised him of options.

3:12 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a female who was running in a circle in the middle of the street, 9th and Poplar. Officer located a bicycle and jacket but was unable to locate the female. Bike and jacket placed in found property.

Jan. 13

9:35 a.m. – Caller found a needle on the sidewalk, 1500 block of 9th. Officer disposed of the needle.

11:09 a.m. – Caller reported that a male pushed her and her friend then left the area on foot, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken for harassment.

12:35 p.m. – Caller reported a trailer parked on the street for more than a month, 1200 block of 41st. Vehicle was not a hazard. Officer to attempt to contact owner. Trailer to be posted for removal otherwise.

2:04 p.m. – David Harry Peter Johnson, 42, cited and released in field for harassment, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart.

3:58 p.m. – Caller reported a Stihl chainsaw with a 28-inch bar taken, 27000 block of Scott Mountain. Report taken.

6 p.m. – Frank Joseph Coelho, 63, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 30700 block of Highway 20.

9:54 p.m. – Caller reported a potted plant stolen from the front yard, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Information noted.

10:24 p.m. – Patrick Ward, 38, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and failure to appear on a criminal citation and cited for driving while suspended, Kalmia and 14th. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

Jan. 12

1:17 a.m. – A state trooper reported pursuing a vehicle traveling at approximately 110 mph on Highway 20 toward Sweet Home. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate any vehicles matching the description.

1:50 a.m. – Jesse Lane Davis, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

8 a.m. – Caller reported that someone let a dog defecate in her yard, 1200 block of Nandina.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported a male and female were fighting and the male hit the female, Wiley Creek and Main. Female left in a vehicle, and the male went into a residence. Officer contacted the caller who advised of possible harassment. Officer to follow up with the female if she is located.

1:15 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 18th and Main. Placed in found property.

2:58 p.m. – Jeffery King, 20, cited for failure to wear seatbelt and driving uninsured, 1300 block of Main.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reported two females and a male physically fighting, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken for harassment.

7:45 p.m. – Bradley Allen Samard, 38, cited for driving uninsured, Highway 228 and 1st.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported that her ex broke out the back window of her vehicle with a flashlight, 3100 block of Main. Information noted.

8:24 p.m. – Caller reported a pickup hit a power pole and left toward Highway 228, 800 block of Main. Officer responded. No recognizable damage to the pole. Information noted.

Jan. 11

7:03 a.m. – Caller reported receiving unwanted texts, 1800 block of Kalmia. She had asked the person to stop, and he refused. Officer contacted the subject and warned him for telephonic harassment.

12:39 p.m. – Caller reported her husband, who has a no-contact order, is calling and texting the caller asking for money, 2200 block of Ironwood. Investigation continuing.

2:49 p.m. – Donald Ackeret, 30, arrested on a restraining order violation and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence and Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, 1166 18th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:54 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject tailgated him with high beams and then got in front of him. The caller pulled into Thriftway, 621 Main St., and the subject followed him into the parking lot then started shoving and pushing the caller. Officer contacted the caller attempting to determine who the other person was.

5:24 p.m. – Alora Fulbright, 29, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Klamath Falls.

10:29 p.m. – Stacy Manuel Teixeira, 53, arrested on Linn County warrant on two original charges of possession of meth and Lebanon Justice Court warrants for two counts of failure to appear, 1700 block of Main. Cited and released.

11:44 p.m. – Jeremy Michael Hicks, 38, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and Brittany Chantel Coughran, 29, cited for permitting the unlawful operation of a vehicle, permitting the unlawful operation of an unlicensed vehicle and failure to renew registration, Main and 22nd.

Jan. 10

8:28 a.m. – Officer posted a motor home and utility trailer for removal, 1100 block of Redwood.

9:11 a.m. – Caller found a calibrating tool, Mountain View and Kalmia. Placed in found property.

9:49 a.m. – Caller reported a small white poodle ran out and bit the caller while the caller was walking, 2400 block of Long. Report taken.

9:58 a.m. – Caller reported that a subject was violating a release agreement by contacting the caller’s son, 2200 block of Ironwood. Investigation continuing.

10:48 a.m. – Caller reported 300 feet of orange and white rope and 150 feet of white rope taken, 9th and Poplar. Caller requested the information be noted and would like the rope back if located.

12:10 p.m. – Caller reported that a female kicked the same little white dog that bit the caller earlier in the day and it was still running loose, 2300 block of Long. Officer responded. Dog was inside upon arrival, and a business card the officer left earlier was still on the door.

1:50 p.m. – Caller reported that a male subject had set up camp at the Pregnancy Care Center, 1344 Main St.Male subject moved on. Caller responded to clean up the area with the assistance of Public Works. Caller was to add better barricades.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported a large TV and numerous firearms taken in the previous couple of days, 1100 block of 24th. Report taken.

3:53 p.m. – Caller turned in a wallet left on a bus, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Placed in found property.

4 p.m. – Caller reported seeing a large cat run through her yard, 600 block of Mountain View. Officer contacted the caller, who had already contacted a biologist with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Officer advised Sweet Home Junior High.

4:20 p.m. – Justin ray Gomez, 26, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, and Teresa Kai Ray, 29, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and probation violation, 1540 Main St., Safeway.

6:55 p.m. – Caller found a syringe in the bathroom, 2000 Main St., Mcdonald’s. Officer located the cap for the syringe but was unable to locate a needle. Officer disposed of the cap.

7:55 p.m. – Caller reported three suspicious-looking people loading building supplies into a truck, 43rd and Airport. The caller did not believe the items belonged to them. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate the vehicle.

8:07 p.m. – Officer located a vehicle matching the description from the previous report, 1200 block of Wiley Creek. Officer contacted the owner, who admitted to taking items. The owner claimed to have seen an ad on Craigslist for free scrap wood. Investigation continuing.

9:49 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a female who appeared to be intoxicated and was stumbling into the roadway, 36th and Long. Officer contacted an intoxicated female. Officer helped her back to her son’s residence.

10:38 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a male, 1100 block of 46th. The caller believed someone was taking advantage of the male. Information noted. There were no emergencies regarding living conditions. Report forwarded to senior services.
