Jan. 18

10:39 a.m. – Caller requested assistance catching a loose chicken, 1100 block of Redwood. Officer responded, chicken escaped into neighbor’s yard, unable to contact anyone at neighbor’s residence.

11:31 a.m. – Caller reported his truck was broken into and firearm taken, 500 block of Mountain View. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft.

11:57 a.m. – Citizen came into police department, 1950 Main, to report he was assaulted by a female he was living with six days ago. Female has since moved out, but he believes her son stole medications from him. Info noted.

6:25 p.m. – Caller reported a verbal disturbance between male and female, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded, parties separated, male getting a ride. Annie Avery, 27, cited and released for a parole violation, and Jason Avery cited and released for a parole violation.

8:07 p.m. – Caller reported a suspicious male walking down the street, Mountain View and Juniper. Officer responded, contacted male who said he was collecting sticks for his nephew, he was advised of complaint. Michael Housworth, 30, cited and released for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

8:55 p.m. – Officer cited Machaelray Jensen, 40, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Also cited on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation. Cited and released on all warrants, 1500 block of Tamarack.

10:24 p.m. – Caller reported female has been screaming outside for hours and was kicked out but continues to scream, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, contacted female who was in a verbal altercation with someone else in the camp. She was advised of the complaint and asked to keep the noise levels down.

Jan. 19

3:39 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 25, cited and released on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft, two counts of criminal trespass and theft of services, and on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of heroin, 1000 block of Mountain View.

4:37 a.m. – Shauna Ray Harden, 27, cited and released for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 23rd and Main. Also arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of attempting to elude police; a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation; and Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft, false info to police, and two counts of possession of meth.

Jan. 20

9:37 a.m. – Caller reported male and female arguing at 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene. Male is refusing to let female leave and will not give her phone to her. Officer responded, contacted male and female. Addam Reel, 42, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, and on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of theft, identity theft, harassment, interference with a police officer, possession of meth, and six charges of failure to appear. Also cited on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation. Lodged at Linn County jail.

2:22 p.m. – Caller reported her niece just assaulted her, 2400 block of Long. Officer responded, report taken for domestic violence, investigation continuing.

4:31 p.m. – Amy Roseanne Phillips, 25, arrested for domestic violence – assault, SHPD. Booked and lodged in Linn County Jail.

5:56 p.m. – Caller reported his girlfriend stole one of his phones, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded, caller wanted info documented for now.

11:23 p.m. – Caller reported someone knocking on the window outside, 800 block of 18th. Caller called back to say the knocking was from a resident who had locked themselves out.

11:35 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located Kaitlyn Carol Tibbs, 24, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of animal abandonment.

Jan. 21

12:13 a.m. – Department of Health and Human Services called to ask law enforcement to respond to allegations of physical abuse against a 9-year-old, 1900 block of Tamarack.

5:20 a.m. – Andrew Aaron Hosner cited for speed, Highway 20, milepost 24.

7:11 a.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male making a disturbance and refusing to leave, 1810 Main, Main Street Market. Officer responded, contacted employee who didn’t want to pursue charges, requested male be trespassed, left area on foot.

9:43 a.m. – Caller reported theft, 1333 Clark Mill, Sunshine Industries. Officer responded, report taken for theft and criminal mischief, approximate loss of value $1,500.

10:25 a.m. – Caller reported her son hit her and threw her down by her hair, 1700 block of Fir. Officer responded, report taken for domestic violence: assault. Checked area for male, unable to locate, female will call back if he returns.

11:16 a.m. – Jeep and Toyota pickup posted for removal, 1800 block of Cedar.

2:20 p.m. – Bryce William McGowan, 37, turned himself in on a Benton County warrant for criminal driving, SHPD, 1950 Main. Cited and released.

3:46 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Aldor Dunham, 42, on sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespassing.

5:33 p.m. – Linn County Jail located Brittney Mae Herlein, 22, on a Sweet Home warrant for two counts of failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.

6:09 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the Bi-Mart parking lot, 1980 Main. Officer responded, info noted, caller is not registered owner and doesn’t have proof of ownership.

8:17 p.m. – Caller reported a male asked to leave his rifle at her house while he serves time in jail, caller is concerned the rifle may be stolen, 1800 block of Vine. Officer responded, item seized for safekeeping.

9:02 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor is playing loud music, 5500 block of Nandina. Officer responded, music very loud on arrival, contacted resident who agreed to keep volume down.

9:07 p.m. – Corvallis Police served a warrant to Jason Edward McCauley, 40, for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass.

11:25 p.m. – Abandoned vehicle posted for removal on Jan. 24, 600 block of 4th.

Jan. 22

12:09 a.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 45, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief, 1700 block of Main.

12:24 a.m. – Oregon State Police served a warrant to Patrick John Ward, 40, for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported employees found a bag of belongings behind the business a week ago, Wolthius Dentistry, 1524 Long. Officer responded, items placed in property.

1:29 p.m. – Department of corrections located Andrew Jacob Justin Cartwright, 34, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.

1:42 p.m. – Caller reported violations of school bus stop lights, 3200 block of Main. Letters sent to registered owners.

3:59 p.m. – Caller reported catalytic converter stolen off moving truck, 400 block of Main. Report taken.

6:13 p.m. – Caller reported a former girlfriend hacked his Facebook and stole his bank account info and is trying to cash checks. Report taken.

8:11 p.m. – North Bend Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Zachariah Lee Davis, 31, for failure to comply on an original charge of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.

8:23 p.m. – DeShane Mikal Salas, 19, cited for failure to use a seatbelt, 1800 block of Main.

9:21 p.m. – Caller reported a male in dark clothing threw his bike into the highway, is concerned he’ll get hit, Main and Clark Mill. Officer contacted subject, advised and counselled on his actions.

9:31 p.m. – Caller reported a loud party at location, music turned up too loud and people are yelling and screaming, 5500 block of Nandina. Officer located subjects sitting outside near a firepit, noise not unreasonable. Advised of complaint

11:50 p.m. – Amey Ann Ford, 42, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1900 block of Main. Also arrested on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, an Albany warrant for contempt of court, and a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

Jan. 23

4:02 a.m. – Caller reported male is chasing her, another caller reported a female is being hostile and trying to get into his house, 2200 block of Nandina. Officer responded, minor physical, both agreed to remain separated for the time being.

12:08 a.m. – Caller has video of a male stealing items from location, 550 Main, Wells Fargo ATM. Officer responded, will attempt to locate and trespass male.

1:53 p.m. – Caller reported people threatening his daughter over social media, 1700 block of 12th. Officer responded, made contact with caller, info noted.

5:56 p.m. – Callers reported a verbal disturbance between male and female, 200 block of Mountain View. Officer responded, Spencer Bryce Collin, 21, cited and released for disorderly conduct.

6:51 p.m. – Franklin Luster Cutbirth III, 39, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief, 12th and Nandina.

7:09 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor is playing loud music, 5500 block of Nandina. Officer responded, contacted homeowner who is turning the music down.

7:52 p.m. – Tyler Jackson Horner, 31, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Clark Mill and Main.

9:58 p.m. – Axl Gallagher, 29, cited for failing to provide proof of insurance, 12th and Tamarack.

10:14 p.m. – Gabriel Eugene Boschee arrested for criminal driving while suspended, 1800 block of Main.

11:24 p.m. – Albany Police cited Michel Leigh Melbye, 49, for criminal trespass.

Jan. 24

12:34 a.m. – Michael Travis Flanigan, 26, arrested for criminal driving, false info to police and identity theft, lodged at Linn County Jail.

1:42 a.m. – Multiple callers reported gunshots on east end of city. Officer responded, checked area, unable to locate, Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies also unable to locate.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported female drinking alcohol and refusing to leave, would like her trespassed, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven. Officer responded, contacted female and escorted her off property, was not trespassed at this time.

6:41 p.m. – Caller reported people are looking into vehicles trying to find things to steal, 2400 Long. Officer responded, contacted caller, nobody was on the property and she was unable to say who they were or where they went. Requested extra patrols.
