9:21 a.m. – Caller reported a male walking down the street continuing to collapse, Long and Mountain View. Officer contacted the male, who did not want assistance. He was walking to the store to get crutches or a walker. Officer requested that medics check on him. He refused transport to the hospital by medics. His blood sugar was extremely low, and he was expected to continue collapsing and possibly to fall unconscious.
10:31 a.m. – Caller reported a male bending over and lying down, Long and Mountain View. Officer responded. The male was on the sidewalk out of traffic and almost home.
