6:39 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported a death in the 300 block of 7th. Report taken.

July 9

12:50 a.m. – Caller reported finding a stray dog, 3000 block of Main. Placed in kennel.

3:10 a.m. – David James Kamare, 21, arrested for interfering with a peace officer, possession of meth and Linn County warrants for possession of meth, failure to appear on a criminal citation, second-degree animal abuse and first-degree failure to appear, 2000 block of Main.

7:27 a.m. – Caller reported a stray pit bull running around the High School, 1641 Long St. Officer unable to capture dog.

9:48 a.m. – Eric Scott Roentz, 26, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 1380 Quince St. Cited and released.

10:19 a.m. – David James Kamare, 21, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, Clark Mill and railroad tracks. Caller had reported a male throwing rocks at a dog. Dog placed in kennel.

10:36 a.m. – Caller reported two iPhones were charged to his account without his permission, 3900 block of Osage. Report taken for identity theft. The crime occurred in Pennsylvania. Information to be forwarded to the appropriate agency.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running down the highway, 44th and Main. Officer located it then lost sight of it. Unable to locate.

4:41 p.m. – Christine Lorraine Reigstad, 50, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail on additional warrants.

4:59 p.m. – Caller reported lights stolen from his trailer, 400 block of Osage. Report taken. Loss valued at more than $100.

6:33 p.m. – Caller reported that a male took a black hand basket with groceries, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $248.56.

6:52 p.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix Jr. 42, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 940 Poplar St. Cited and released.

7:36 p.m. – Kyle Dustin Coughran, 27, arrested for second-degree theft and two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, 1641 Long St., in connection to the earlier report of a theft at Safeway. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male trespassing at wrestling camp.

8:20 p.m. – Caller found two duffel bags, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Placed in found property.

July 8

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported finding meth, 22nd and Long. Officer seized item for destruction.

10:21 a.m. – David Arroyo Sandoval, 36, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 4810 48th Loop.

4:20 p.m. – Caller reported finding a sack of dynamite while cleaning her garage, 2900 block of Harding. Officer responded. The items were road flares.

5:42 p.m. – James Robert Warrington, 38, cited for open container of alcohol in public and trespassed from City Hall and City Hall parking lot, 13th and Kalmia. Caller had reported an intoxicated male wandering around the event at the location.

7:42 p.m. – Caller reported two males climbing on Weddle Bridge, Sankey Park. Officer contacted and counseled juveniles on their actions.

8:52 p.m. – Ortega Yessenia Barrera, 23, cited for no license, 3100 block of Main.

9:09 p.m. – Alicia Geneva Bowman, 18, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, marina at Foster lake.

9:52 p.m. – Two callers reported illegal fireworks around Airport and 50th. Officer contacted one subject and advised the subject about the law regarding fireworks.

10:39 p.m. – Officer located a crash, 53rd and Main. No injuries. No citations. Officer assisted in exchanging information.

11:12 p.m. – Sweet Home firefighters requested an officer to respond to a car fire, 500 block of 6th. Officer tagged vehicle for removal.

11:49 p.m. – Caller reported his cell phone stolen from his vehicle three days earlier, 2300 block of Main.

July 7

12:03 a.m. – John Andrew Mance, 29, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, attempted assault on a public safety officer, resisting arrest, harassment, Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment (owes five days in jail), Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment and contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of harassment, 4000 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:29 a.m. – Caller reported that a female has been in the bathroom for more than an hour making strange noises, Sankey Park. Officer responded. Restroom was empty upon arrival.

12:30 p.m. – Brandon John Cassidy Kirby, 24, arrested for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released. Caller had reported having a shoplifter detained.

12:50 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog gets out daily, 1000 block of 13th. Officer advised the owner of the complaint. The dog was secure at the residence.

12:54 p.m. – Caller reported a boat and trailer parked with nobody around, 5800 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted a male who had been sleeping in the boat, waiting for his wife to get off work so she can drive home. Male was advised of the complaint and planned to move along as soon as possible.

3:06 p.m. – Joey Dawayne Persinger, 24, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Oregon State Correctional Institute, Salem.

3:34 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. No injuries. No citations. Officer assisted with exchange of information.

4:08 p.m. – Caller reported a tip jar stolen, 1364 Main St., Dairy Queen. Report taken. Jar recovered, while $10 in cash was not.

5:04 p.m. – Caller reported her daughter was hit by a vehicle while in a crosswalk earlier in the day, 1600 block of Main. Daughter was not injured, but the caller was concerned because the vehicle did not stop to make sure she was OK. Report taken.

5:43 p.m. – Caller reported that a male tried to exchange five $20 bills for 20 $5 bills, 2295 Main St. The caller was going to exchange them but used a counterfeit pen, which indicated they were all fake. The male left east on Main Street. Officer unable to locate.

6:17 p.m. – Callers reported two great Danes running at large, 800 block of 7th. Officer located the owners in the 300 block of Ironwood. The children had left the gate open while mowing the lawn. Owners warned for dog at large.

July 6

4:04 a.m. – Kyle Alexander Richards, 24, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 18th and Main. Cited and released.

6:02 a.m. – Caller reported a subject lying in the gravel parking area, White’s Park. Officer contacted a female who was sleeping. She moved on.

7:57 a.m. – Caller reported someone sleeping in the back parking lot, 1140 12th Ave., City Hall. Officer contacted two males who were just waking up and planned to clean up their mess and leave.

9:01 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke a window in her vehicle during the night, 1000 block of 15th. Report taken. Loss valued at $500.

9:05 a.m. – Caller reported that someone tampered with the lock to his residence on July 4, 1300 block of Sunset. Report taken for criminal mischief. Lock wasn’t damaged, just out of place.

9:19 a.m. – Caller reported a lawnmower stolen, 2500 block of Long. Report taken.

1:16 p.m. – Caller reported that locks on a mailbox had been damaged and replaced, 1200 block of 41st. Report taken.

1:27 p.m. – Caller reported a small dog locked in a green car, 60th and Poplar. Officer responded and found the owner taking the dog out of the car and walking it to the water.

1:39 p.m. – Brandon John Cassidy Kirby, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and providing false information and Multnomah County warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

1:45 p.m. – Dion Lee Anderson, 49, arrested for third-degree theft, providing false information to a police officer and possession of heroin; Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of heroin, possession of Schedule I controlled substance; and criminal driving; Linn County warrant for possession of heroin and driving under the influence, Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear; and Lebanon warrant for probation violation and failure to appear on a criminal citation, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Caller had reported that a male stole water.

1:57 p.m. – Caller reported that a male violated his restraining order, 1700 block of Fir. Report taken.

2:40 p.m. – Caller reported a gun stolen, 1100 block of 29th. Report taken.

3:36 pm. – Caller reported that a male tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill on July 4, 2295 Main St. Investigation continuing.

3:54 p.m. – Caller reported a dog at large that seemed aggressive, 10th Avenue. Officer unable to locate.

4:03 p.m. – Caller reported a mailbox lock was damaged, 1200 block of 41st. Report taken.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported people camping in a tent on a vacant lot for several days, 900 block of 27th. Officer responded. The tent was unoccupied. Officer planned to watch for someone to return.

4:23 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Lebanon. Cited and released.

4:35 p.m. – Caller found an empty plastic tote, 2500 block of Long. Placed in found property.

5:16 p.m. – Caller reported that a tool box fell out of a white truck, Main and 9th. Placed in found property.

5:39 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into a house and stole items from the backyard, 1200 block of Clark Mill. Officer responded. No one entered the house, but weights were taken from the backyard. Report taken. Loss valued at $25.

6:08 p.m. – Caller reported that a customer turned in a bag of meth, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Property seized for destruction.

9:08 p.m. – Caller reported a generator stolen from an unoccupied trailer, 3137 Main St. Report taken. Generator valued at $50. Damage valued at $250.

10:26 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles throwing wine bottles in the air and glass all over the sidewalk and road, north side of Highway 20 at Wiley Creek Bridge. Officer contacted the juvenile. They denied throwing wine bottles and said they were cleaning up the glass.

July 5

5:36 a.m. – A deputy was stopped by a person near the 700 block of Steelhead Way. The person said he or she could smell fire coming from the wooded area behind the building. Deputy could smell burning trash and followed a creek to find what appeared to be a camp. The camp had a small fire that had coals left in it. No one in the area, no trash and nothing identifiable. The deputy put water on the coals and ensured the fire was completely wet before leaving.

7:57 a.m. – Caller found a stray dog, Clark Mill and Zelkova. Dog placed in kennel.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported that someone keeps breaking into a house the caller is renovating, 1200 block of Clark Mill. Report taken.

11:27 a.m. – James Eugene Richards, 23, cited and released in field on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1207 Long St.

1:04 p.m. – Caller reported that a manhole was sticking up a couple of inches, and another caller said a manhole cover was lying on the roadway, 19th and Main. Public Works crews blocked the area to fix the issue.

2:22 p.m. – Caller reported that her phone was stolen last week and her food stamp card had been used, 1300 block of Quince. Officer unable to contact the caller after several attempts.

3:27 p.m. – Jamie Lynn Burk, 38, cited and released in field on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation, 2230 Main St.

4:55 p.m. – Caller reported two bicycles stolen, 3500 block of Juniper. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.

5:28 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken. Loss valued at $24.04.

8:51 p.m. – William Ernest Cockrell, 54, arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to comply on two original charges of possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance on a conditional discharge (owes two days in jail), Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s parking lot. Cockrell also charged with possession of meth. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:44 p.m. – Caller found a set of keys in front of her residence, 4100 block of Main. Placed in found property.

July 4

8:40 a.m. – Caller reported that her neighbor’s dog got out and was in her backyard, 1900 block of 18th. Officer unable to contact the owner. The caller agreed to keep the dog until the owner returned home.

8:42 p.m. – Caller reported that two people were fighting over how to fix a car, 1000 block of Turbyne. Both were asked to get along, stay out of the road and to get the car away from the front of CTC property.

9:21 a.m. – Andrew Jeremiah Epting, 33, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless driving and hit and run (owed 14 days in jail), 1500 block of Tamarack. Transported to Linn County Jail.

10:06 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog tried to attack her dog but the caller’s dog intervened, 4700 block of Airport. Officer contacted the parties involved. The caller requested that the neighbor be cited. The caller’s dog was on its way to be treated for injuries.

11 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole tape and a spatula, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Report taken. Loss valued at $13.98.

11:19 a.m – Deputies responded to a report of a burglary, 27400 block of Fern Ridge. The house is foreclosed and in such a condition that they were unable to determine if damage was recent. Deputies are waiting on information from the bank that owns the home to continue investigation.

11:27 a.m. – Caller reported that a strange vehicle had been parked for a couple of days, 4500 block of Main. Officer responded. Vehicle was unoccupied. Officer contacted the property owner and advised of private property tow procedures.

11:41 a.m. – Mark James Rettinger, 46, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, failing to yield and driving uninsured, 1254 Clark Mill Road. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

12:53 p.m. – Caller reported that someone hit his vehicle while he was inside the Vet’s Club, 580 Main St. Officer contacted both parties and assisted them with exchange of information. No citations.

4:38 p.m. – Lisa Marie Magers, 36, arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charge of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of heroin, two counts of possession of meth and contempt of court and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court on original charges of second-degree theft and probation violation, Pleasant Valley Boat Ramp. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:35 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor flying a drone over her residence, 100 block of Holley Road. Officer contacted the owner of the drone and advised of the city ordinance.

9:18 p.m. – Cherilyn Lyn Olson, 45, of Albany, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

9:56 p.m. – Caller reported illegal fireworks, 43rd and Long. Officer unable to locate where the fireworks were coming from.

10:16 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle with doors and trunk open and fuel cover ripped off was parked in the 500 block of Mountain View. Posted for removal.

10:44 p.m. – Caller reported that fireworks in the area were scaring her dogs, 400 block of Main. Officer unable to locate any fireworks.

10:50 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors were setting off mortars, and the ash was landing on her yard and house, 1200 block of 2nd. Officer unable to locate any fireworks.

11:14 p.m. – Caller reported that someone was inside a house and left a tin box of needles lying on a table, 800 block of Dogwood. Items seized for destruction.

11:16 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog showed up at her residence, 28000 block of Pleasant Valley Road. Dog placed in kennel. Animal Control notified. Picture placed on social media.

11:30 p.m. – Caller reported a male bleeding from the head, 1200 block of 12th. Male refused treatment and was uncooperative. Photos taken for report.

July 3

10:13 a.m. – A 15-year-old female taken into custody for second-degree criminal mischief, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Cited and released.

11:19 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle was left for several days, 4200 block of Osage. Placed in found property.

11:36 a.m. – Akasha Jean Elizabeth Davis, 24, cited for dog as a public nuisance, 605 Elm St, Oak Heights Elementary School. A caller had reported that a dog was acting aggressively and barking at people.

11:59 a.m. – Caller reported theft of a purse from her front porch, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken.

2:04 p.m. – Michael Todd Sylvester, 52, turned in himself on Linn County warrant for failure to comply, Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

2:21 p.m. – Caller turned in an iPod found in the Cascadia area. Placed in found property.

2:55 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog lunges at him every time he goes outside, and another caller reported that a neighbor was video taping her and harassing her about her dogs, 1200 block of 41st. Officer contacted both parties. The dog sitter agreed to keep the dogs inside for the remainder of the day. The dog owner is in the process of building a fence to alleviate the issue.

4:15 p.m. – Death investigation, 5100 block of Mountain Fir. Report taken.

5 p.m. – Caller reported an aggressive pit bull running loose, 4900 block of Larch. Officer contacted the owner, who had been away from home for a few hours. Dog secured, and owner warned for dog as a public nuisance.

5:34 p.m. – Callers reported a male jumping into the highway in front of vehicles and trying to get hit, 3100 block of Main. Officer took a 77-year-old male into custody on a police officer hold. Male transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for mental evaluation.

6:35 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the nursery, 1244 long St., Santiam Feed and Garden. Caller wanted information noted and requested extra patrol in the area.

6:42 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her house while she was out of town, 1100 block of Nandina. Report taken.

7:26 p.m. – Caller reported a male passed out in front of the business, 1306 Main St., Main Street Market. Officer contacted the male, who agreed to leave the area.

7:34 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his keys, which he accidentally left under his truck the previous night, 800 block of 12th. Information noted.

9:01 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his house and stole money from his safe, 1200 block of 37th. Report taken.

9:19 pm. – Caller reported a male was throwing rocks at his residence, 4000 block of Osage. Officer responded and advised the male he was not welcome at the location. The male said he would stay away.

10:08 p.m. – Caller reported illegal fireworks, 4600 block of Main. Officer unable to locate.

10:10 p.m. – Caller reported a dumpster fire, 3224 Main St., South Fork Manufactured Home Park. Fire extinguished.

July 2

5:02 a.m. – Death investigation, 1100 block of 23rd. Medics had responded for a cardiac arrest.

9:10 a.m. – Kimberly Renee Lunn, 48, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for harassment, Wiley Creek Park.

1:29 p.m. – Ronald Loren Simmons, 61, arrested on Linn County warrant for six counts of making a false claim for health care payment from the Oregon Department of Human Services, five counts of first-degree theft and first-degree attempted theft, 1212 37th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reported that her stepdaughter broke into location and had a party while the caller was out of town, 1100 block of 37th. Report taken for first-degree criminal trespass.

9:54 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog was barking for the previous two hours, 1300 block of Quince. Officer advised the owner of the complaint. Owner moved dog inside.

10:07 p.m.- Nick Louis Begrin, 36, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for possession of meth, 3225 Main St., new City Hall parking lot.

10:07 p.m. – Angela Dianne May, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 3225 Main St., new City Hall. Cited and released.

11:20 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing with his pants pulled down, 11th and Poplar. Officer contacted a heavily intoxicated male who had urinated on himself, so he pulled down his pants. Officer gave the male a courtesy transport to his residence.

July 1

5:53 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog tried to attack her again, and she had it on video, 1300 block of Sunset. Officer contacted the caller, who showed a video of the dog barking at the caller. No evidence of an attack. Owner of the dog advised.

8:30 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor had been using water at a vacant house he owns to fill up water jugs and wash his RV, 2200 block of Nandina. Report taken.

11:35 a.m. – Caller reported a backpack stolen the previous day, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.

3:09 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a check as part of a scam, 300 block of 11th. Information noted.

5:02 p.m. – Caller reported two people going through trash, 5500 block of Poplar. Officer contacted a male and female, who said the garbage was already dumped over. They were advised to get permission before going through trash and that they needed to get a licensed driver to move their car.

5:08 p.m. – Caller reported his bike stolen the previous night, 1000 block of 15th. Report taken.

5:14 p.m. – Bryce William McGowan, 33, arrested on Marion County warrant for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft and Linn County warrants for eluding a police officer, two counts of misdemeanor driving while suspended, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, failure to carry proof of compliance, two criminal citations, unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear, 2240 Nandina St. Linn County Jail.

9:23 p.m. – Caller reported illegal fireworks, 5th and Elm. Officer contacted a resident at the location. The resident denied allegations. Officer advised the resident of the fireworks law.

9:29 p.m. – Caller reported finding a couple of stray dogs, 500 block of 4th. Dog placed in kennel.

10:21 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Dog gone prior to officer arrival.

10:31 p.m. – Elizabeth Lynn Riddle, 19, and Elizabeth Margaret Ross, 20, cited for minor in possession of marijuana, 877 14th Ave., Upper Sankey Park.

10:40 p.m. – Caller reported subjects in Clover Memorial Park after hours and possibly drinking. Officer contacted the subjects and warned them for being in the park after hours.

June 30

8:43 a.m. – Darrell George Berrigan Jr., 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

10:11 a.m. – Caller reported a minor collision, 2200 block of Main. Officer assisted in exchange of information. No citations. No injuries.

10:39 a.m. – Caller reported a miscellaneous item in a tent in front of a house, 900 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.

10:42 a.m. – Caller found a stray dog, 3100 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel.

11:05 a.m. – Caller reported tall weeds, 1500 block of 9th. Referred to code enforcement.

11:31 a.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 23, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

11:40 a.m. – Caller reported tall grass, 1200 block of Cessna. Referred to code enforcement.

12:33 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole shoes from a tent at Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. Report taken.

12:49 p.m. – Caller reported his backpack stolen, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Prior to arrival, the complainant left the area.

2:17 p.m. – Stephen Michael Aziz, 63, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, Highway 20. Multiple callers reported a red Mitsubishi Gallant hit the guardrail, leaving debris on the roadway, and continuing into Sweet Home. One caller followed the driver to the 500 block of 5th Avenue, where the caller reported a subject got out and could barely walk. Oregon State Police arrived to take the driver into custody.

3:09 p.m. – David Wayne Samson, 55, cited and released in field on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 2101 Main St.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reported a dark blue 1992 Honda Civic had expired plates and had been parked on the street for several months. Officer contacted a resident. The vehicle belongs to his mother. Officer left a message for her to contact the officer.

4:58 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 20, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and Albany warrants for failure to appear on original charges of failure to perform the duties of a driver for property damage, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct, 14th and Kalmia.

5:25 p.m. – Heather Nicole Matney, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

7:19 p.m. – Caller reported that he located some of his stolen property, 4800 block of Main. Property returned to caller. Report taken.

8:07 p.m. – Caller reported damage to her vehicle that hadn’t been there when she washed it in the morning, 1800 block of Grape. Report taken.

8:08 p.m. – Caller ran out of fuel while out for a drive and believed that someone must have stolen fuel because she had plenty, 4100 block of Osage. Report taken. Loss valued at $56.

8:31 p.m. – Caller reported chickens running loose, getting into other people’s yards and digging in their gardens, 900 block of 2nd. Referred to code enforcement.

8:35 p.m. – Caller reported someone using bottle rockets, 2nd Avenue north of Highway 228. Officer unable to locate.

Transported to Linn County Jail.

June 29

9:04 a.m. – Caller reported a male was on her property checking the door handles on her vehicles, 200 block of West Holley. Subject gone upon officer arrival. Officer planned to trespass the male from the location.

9:47 a.m. – Caller reported that a person was throwing dog feces in the caller’s yard, 1000 block of 42nd. Information noted.

11:24 a.m. – Caller reported a dark green 1994 Honda Civic stolen, 1801 Main St. Report taken.

11:46 a.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle with windows rolled up had a dog inside, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Officer arrived as the vehicle left.

1:15 p.m. – Caller reported that she received a credit card belonging to someone else in the mail, 1108 Main St. Officer took it for safekeeping and planned to contact the owner.

2:52 p.m. – Caller reported that someone accessed her property and put vulgar graffiti on a neighbor’s fence and gate within the previous 1½ hours, 3200 block of Main. No actual damage to the property. Officer unable to locate the neighbor or anyone on the property.

3:38 p.m. – Albany police served a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft on Bryce Tayor Keenan, 20.

6:40 p.m. – Savannah Kaylynn Nunn, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for four counts of first-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance, Bi-Mart parking lot, 1980 Main St.

10:14 p.m. – Caller reported that a group of juveniles broke a fence at the entrance to Mountain Shadows, 1530 Tamarack St. Report taken. Officer unable to contact manager at the time. Juveniles returned to parents.

10:57 p.m. – Caller reported six juveniles throwing rocks at a house, 18th and Willow. Juveniles returned to parents.

11:36 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a counterfeit $5 bill, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Report taken.

June 28

10:52 a.m. – Franklin Archie Thompson, 43, arrested for second-degree kidnapping, coercion, menacing and harassment, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

11:39 a.m. – Caller found a dog running loose, 18th and Willow. Dog placed in kennel.

2:36 p.m. – Caller found a purse left on the Linn Shuttle, 880 18th Ave., Senior Center. Placed in found property.

3:36 p.m. – Caller turned in items left at Bi-Mart, 1980 Main St. Placed in found property.

5:54 p.m. – Caller reported fuel stolen from his vehicle and items taken from his front porch, 4600 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $80.

6:32 p.m. – Caller reported that someone forced his or her way into her fifth-wheel trailer, 900 block of Dogwood. Report taken.

8:39 p.m. – Caller reported a male stumbling around the library, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted a male who was intoxicated as usual and did not want help from law enforcement.

8:45 p.m. – Caller reported that neighbors were partially blocking his driveway, 4600 block of Live Oak. Officer attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle. Officer left business card for the owner.
