12:12 p.m. – Injury crash, 22nd and Long. Report taken. Steve Williamson, 66, of Lebanon transported by ambulance to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He had been walking during the parade. After tiring, he got back into his group’s vehicle. Toward the end of parade wanted to get out of the vehicle and walk again. The vehicle was still moving as he exited. He fell, and the vehicle ran over his lower leg and arm.
1:45 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to gain access to her vehicle and fuel tank, 5400 block of Osage. Report taken. About $150 in damage to vehicle.

8:50 a.m. – Mason William Monroe, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, Hawthorne School. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:04 a.m. – Caller reported that neighbors are piling garbage on a trailer in their backyard, and it smells bad, 1700 block of Tamarack. Referred to code enforcement.

9:41 p.m. – Caller reported subjects using illegal fireworks, 1000 block of 23rd. Officer contacted a resident who said there are no more illegal fireworks. Resident advised of the potential consequences of using illegal fireworks.
9:56 p.m. – Caller reported a possibly intoxicated male lying near the railroad tracks, 12th and railroad tracks. Caller said that when he stands up, he falls down. Officer contacted an intoxicated male who did not want a ride home because he lives nearby. Officer remained in the area to make sure the male made it home.

8:33 a.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 51, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 904 Sixth Ave. Caller had reported an intoxicated male who would not leave at location. Cited and released.
10:39 p.m. – Angie Phyllis Nohrenburg, 38, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
