2:42 p.m. – Caller reported that a male drove into a ditch, walked around the vehicle, got back in and drove to Thriftway, Highway 20 in the eastbound Narrows. Vehicle gone upon officer arrival. Oregon State Police notified.
6:22 p.m. – Caller located a loose dog and brought it to the Police Department, 400 block of Highway 228. Placed in kennel.

1:18 p.m. – Caller reported that a female appeared to be living in a U-Haul parked next to the Foster Post Office for about two weeks, 5300 block of Poplar. Officer contacted a female, who advised that she is having financial issues and is in between houses. She agreed to move the U-Haul off the property.
1:45 p.m. – Caller reported a strange ticking device sitting on top of a gas terminal, Airport and 47th. Officer contacted Northwest Natural, which advised that it was aware of the issue and working on fixing it.
6:59 p.m. – Brandy Lyn Parker, 35, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and cited for driving while suspended and uninsured, Highway 228 and Fern Ridge. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
9:50 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog had been barking for approximately an hour, 800 block of 9th. Officer unable to locate barking dog.

2:51 a.m. – Officer located a vehicle reported stolen from Albany, Pleasant Valley Boat Ramp. Report taken.
7:18 a.m. – Elisha Marie Adams,36, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of smuggling and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, 500 Ironwood St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:50 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle was left at Clover Park. Placed in found property.
10:24 a.m. – Caller reported that her computer was hacked and whoever did it was able to get her phone number, 1300 block of Westwood. Information noted.
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported that a brush collection pile at a vacant lot needed to be removed and that the grass was too tall, 1900 block of 18th. Referred to code enforcement.
10:51 a.m. – Jaycee Ryan McClurg, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge misdemeanor driving while suspended, Linn County.
11:01 a.m. – Evalee Lynn Duncan, 48, cited for dog as a public nuisance, Main and 46th. Police had responded to a collision between a loaded log truck and a small vehicle. The drivers of the vehicles were attempting to avoid a dog when the crash occurred. No injuries.
11:03 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor constantly lets her dog run loose and it charged the caller, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer contacted the owner, advised her of the complaint and warned her for dog at large. The dog did not appear aggressive.
11:14 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog barks constantly, 400 block of 5th. Officer contacted the owner and advised the owner of the complaint. The owner advised that the owner would try to keep the dog quiet.

1:21 p.m. – Caller reported that a male was lying in the middle of the roadway, 1300 block of Main in an alleyway. Officer contacted the male, who said he was just taking a nap until his friends arrived. Male agreed to move out of the roadway.

3:52 p.m. – Caller found a brand new pair of Nike shoes on the curb by her house, 40th and Osage. Placed in found property.
4:34 p.m. – Caller reported that someone got fuel and then drove away, 1306 Main St., Main Street Market. Report taken. Loss valued at $5.
5:07 p.m. – Caller reported that a male was passed out on the bus stop bench, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the male, who was awake and sitting upon officer arrival. Male agreed to leave the area.

Caller had reported that a woman came into the store asking for free food. When the caller refused, the woman charged at her.
11:32 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking for several hours inside a small SUV, 1200 block of 44th. Officer contacted a female who was in the vehicle upon officer arrival, and the dogs were quiet. The female left the park.
July 12
12:23 a.m. – Tracy Lee Randolph, 38, cited for driving while suspended, end of Vine Street.
10:25 a.m. – Caller reported a stroller stolen, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $480.
12:23 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a motor home in the parking lot, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. The caller was concerned because the windows were not open. Officer contacted the owner of the motor home, who was inside the motor home with the dog. Officer found no reason to be concerned for the dog.
12:43 p.m. – Caller reported a dog was left in a vehicle with the windows barely rolled down, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer checked area but vehicle was gone upon arrival.
1:05 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. The caller said the thief left in a red Grand Am. Report taken.
2:17 p.m. – Caller reported a red four-door vehicle parked for an extended period with a dog inside, and the caller felt it was too warm even though all four windows were rolled down, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer responded. Caller advised that the vehicle left prior to officer arrival.
