9:11 a.m. – Caller reported a homeless subject going through the trash, 1266 15th Ave., Wells Fargo. Male gone on officer arrival. Officer contacted the male subject later and trespassed him.

12:05 a.m. – Caller reported that he was assaulted by a male subject earlier, 1300 block of Elm. The caller was not going to report it, but the subject began sending him threatening texts. The caller said he planned to go into the Police Department during the day to make a report.
8:57 a.m. – Caller reported subjects sleeping by a dumpster, 1200 block of 15th. When asked to leave, they became argumentative. Officer responded. Subjects had left several hours prior to the call. Information passed to all officers.
9:10 a.m. – Caller turned in a key and lanyard found in the 1600 block of Elm. Placed in found property.
9:50 a.m. – Caller reported yucca plants protruding through a fence, blocking the view at the corner, 500 block of Ninth. Referred to code enforcement.
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported that three male juveniles shot him with a pellet gun, 500 block of Ninth. Report taken.

1:11 a.m. – Caller reported finding a dog, 6200 block of Main. Officer placed yellow lab in kennel.
6:16 a.m. – Caller reported two beagles barking for the past hour and a half, 12th and Poplar. Officer unable to locate.
8:05 a.m. – Caller reported that the neighbors have no fence and let their dogs run the neighborhood, Cessna Street. Referred to code enforcement officer.
9:20 a.m. – Caller reported a dog in the roadway, 200 block of Main. Officer responded. The dog was not injured, and would not let anyone near it.
9:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone was living in a shed on her property, 2200 block of Main. She said she tried to contact the person a day earlier, but no one was there. She wanted the person trespassed. An officer contacted a male who had been staying at the property while trying to fix his vehicle. The caller wanted him to remove all of his belongings and the vehicle. The male subject was trespassed from the property.
9:31 a.m. – Caller reported a dog attacking a female, 1300 block of Tamarack. Officer responded. The dog attacked a cat. No crime. The owner planned to take the cat to the vet.
10:54 a.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 25, arrested for violation of restraining order, Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and a new charge of possession of meth, Post Office. Cited and released.
11:24 a.m. – Caller reported that a male was in her backyard sleeping, and he had just awakened and left the property, 2400 block of Harding. Officer unable to locate but would look out for the male.
