12:53 a.m. – Patrick Aaron Thompson, 31, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released. Caller had reported an intoxicated patron arguing with security regarding his credit card.
3:40 a.m. – Theresa Christina Alberts, 28, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County.
5:22 a.m. – Caller reported that the neighbors pulled out in their camper leaving their dogs in the garage, 800 block of 12th. The dogs have barked all night, keeping neighbors awake. Officer checked location. No one home but the dogs. Message left for owners.
9:49 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a 16-inch Buddha statue from his front porch, 2200 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.
12:18 p.m. – Caller reported that a package of clothing the caller ordered online was delivered to his old address, and the subjects there told the caller they opened it and gave the clothing away, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Caller wanted items recovered in lieu of pursuing charges.

9:26 p.m. – Milo James Thomas, 28, cited for driving uninsured, driving suspended, operating with a leaking or shifting load and speeding, 45 mph in a 25-mph zone, 2000 block of Main. While officer was initiating a traffic stop, the driver of the vehicle hit a parked car.

6:13 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s rooster had been crowing all morning, 4600 block of Long. Officer contacted the owner, who was not aware one of the owner’s birds was a rooster and would take care of the problem that day.
9:36 a.m. – Caller reported property taken from the caller’s boat, Edgewater Marina. Report taken.
12:14 p.m. – Caller reported that a group of homeless were hanging around behind Buzz’d Espresso in the early hours of the morning and plugging into the caller’s power, 621 Main St. Report taken.
12:20 p.m. – Maintenance worker cleaned up feces and broken glass by the bus shelter, 13th and Kalmia, during the morning.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen from her property, 700 block of 43rd.
3:01 p.m. – Caller found a dog, 53rd and railroad tracks. The dog was chipped. Dog returned to owner.
3:18 p.m. – Kaleb Tyler Johnson, 25, cited for speeding, 60 mph in a 45-mph zone, 3200 block of Main.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dog barking constantly, 4500 block of Long. Officer responded. No dogs barking in the area. Unable to locate.
6:12 p.m. – Phillip Thomas Swartz, 29, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and first-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. 9:19 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor hung dog poop on her fence, 1600 block of Ninth. Officer responded and spoke with all parties involved. The neighbor said that the caller lets her dog run loose and is tired of the dog pooping in her yard. Caller requested that the female be trespassed from her property.

2:05 a.m. – Caller reported being awakened by the sounds of something hitting the house, 4900 block of Nandina. When he went outside, a male on a skateboard said he was chasing Pokemon. Officer unable to locate the male.
7:16 a.m. – Nicholas Scot Warren, 36, arrested for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.
8:14 a.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 3500 block of Juniper. Officer unable to locate.
10:14 a.m. – Caller reported her wallet stolen, 800 block of 22nd. Report taken.
1 p.m. – Joseph Rafael Gutierrez, 33, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for probation violation on original charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 921 Oak Terrace. Transported to Linn County Jail.
2:28 p.m. – Caller reported a scam through her cell phone and mail, 600 block of Seventh. Information noted.

4:16 a.m. – Raymon Wayne Littell, 40, arrested on Linn County warrant for unauthorized departure and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of negotiating a bad check, Upper Sankey Park. Transported to Linn County Jail.
7:07 a.m. – Caller reported a German shepherd-type dog that belonged to a neighbor and roams the neighborhood and tears things up, 1100 block of Fourth. Officer contacted a resident who no longer owns a dog. Officer unable to locate the dog.
9:02 a.m. – Caller reported a logging truck took down some utility lines, 54th and Poplar. Officer responded to find downed lines. Road blocked at 54th and Osage by Public Works. Wires on the ground were Comcast. Officer unable to locate truck driver.
10:10 a.m. – Kelly Lee Ash, 33, arrested on Lane County warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, 1715 Dogwood St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:25 p.m. – Zachary Guy Richmond, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
