May 23

7:59 a.m. – Caller reports a male is there that has been trespassed, 1525 Main St. James Robert Warrington, 42, cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.

11:21 a.m. – Caller reports his daughter’s phone was stolen and is now pinging in Lebanon, Sankey Park. Officer responded, spoke with caller on phone, report taken for second-degree theft, approximate value of $300.

May 25

8:08 a.m. – Linn County Parks reported theft of Husqvarna backpack leaf blower, orange and gray in color, from Lewis Creek Park, 44400 block North River Drive. Blower has “Sunnyside Park” engraved on it. Approximate value $450. Taken sometime during afternoon of May 23 when employee stepped away to clean park restroom.

8:41 a.m. – Caller reported that male stole gas can from 44900 block Quartzville Road. Caller got gas can back when male fled the area. Deputies searched, but could not locate suspect. Report taken.

11:23 a.m. – Caller reports theft that occurred yesterday, 3041 Main St. Officer responded, report taken.

12:40 p.m. – Officer located electrical speed sign that had been knocked off, 1500 Block Main. Caller reports he hit a street sign. Report taken, damage less than $2,500.

1:08 p.m. – Caller reported horse and donkey not properly cared for in 25400 block Crescent Hill Road. Deputy working to track down owner to address the situation.

1:10 pm. – Daniel Ray Hardy, 19, cited and released for third-degree theft, 890 Main St.

3:24 p.m. – Michael Kenneth Lawson cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 1500 Block Main.

6:00 p.m. – Caller reports his trailer lights were cut and taken from location, 3240 Main St. Officer responded, contacted caller, report taken for second-degree theft.

May 26

4:14 a.m. – Caller reports his catalytic converter was stolen overnight, 953 23rd Ave. Officer responded, contacted caller, report taken for first-degree theft, approximate value of $1,800. Report taken for criminal mischief.

5:18 a.m. – Officer attempted to pull over vehicle, westbound Main/Clarkmill. Vehicle refused to yield. Vehicle began driving in the center lane. Officer terminated pursuit and lost sight of vehicle. Linn County Sheriff’s Office notified. Lebanon Police Department notified.

11:59 a.m. – Natalie Marie Deshazer, 32, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St.

1:54 p.m. – Heather Lynn Rootlieb, 41, cited and released for unauthorized use of a vehicle, 5400 Main St.

3:53 p.m. – Caller reports son informed her of male at his residence visiting his underage niece, wanting male to leave, 3102 Main St. Officer responded, contacted male and trespassed him from location.

3:54 p.m. – Marlyn Matthias Harrington, 47, cited and released on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Main/228.

5:31 p.m. – Jerrod Schooley, 46, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 300 W Holley Rd.
