4:23 p.m. – Breanna Marie Mansell, 27, cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and a Lincoln County Circuit Court warrant for failing to appear on an original charge. James Andrew Linder, 32, cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation second-degree theft, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department.
6:18 p.m. – Caller reports someone tried to use his card at location, 4824 Main St. Hilltop Market. Officer responded, contacted caller, report taken for second-degree theft.
9:59 p.m. – John Colburn, 60, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of delivery of meth, failure to appear on an original charge X2, and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X2. Cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured, and driving with studded tires, 4500 Block Main.
June 16
7:41 a.m. – Dalton Lee Bergevin, 29, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, Oregon State Police.
11:37 a.m. – Caller reports male who has previously been trespassed is at location, caller wanting to pursue charges, 621 Main St. Thriftway. Officer responded, James Robert Warrington, 42, cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass.
11:42 a.m. – Caller reported household trash in a fire pit and possible camp site near fire pit 37 up Quartzville Rd, just south of Yellowbottom Campground. Caller reported seeing a suspicious burnt handwritten note. Deputy located the area and information for possible related persons. Persons have warrants out of Colorado and it is unknown if they are still camping here or not. Nobody was observed in the area. 51300 block Quartzville Road.
2:14 p.m. – Caller reported harassment from another hiker on a trail, 25000 block West Brush Creek/Brush Creek Road. Identity of alleged harasser unknown.
2:37 p.m. – Caller found debit card at location, Towne Pump. Officer responded, item seized as found property.
2:42 p.m. – Deputy patrolling Lewis Creek Park was flagged down by female who had found a phone. While deputy was trying to figure out how to identify the owner, two young girls approached a nearby vehicle and began rummaging through it. Deputy asked if they were missing a phone. They were. Owner was able to use access code to open the phone and it was returned to her.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reports unsecured vehicle entered and phone taken, 200 Nandina St. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and second-degree theft, approximate loss of value $480.
4:17 p.m. – Caller reports female rolling around in the roadway, 6000 Block Main. Officer responded, report taken for aggravated harassment, resisting arrest, third-degree escape and fleeing.
5:03 p.m. – Caller reports daughter informed him that she had been assaulted at location 90 minutes previously, 23rd/Ironwood. Officer responded, report taken for menacing and fourth-degree assault.
6:02 p.m. – Multiple callers report physical disturbance at location, at least one male is injured, 22nd/Main. Bryan Haproff, 42, cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful use of mace. Joshua Leslie, 33, cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.
8:18 p.m. – Joseph Pritchett, 59, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation first-degree trespass and arrested on Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering of another, Thriftway. Cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.
3:38 p.m. – Adam Lytle, 35, cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation/driving with a suspended license, 2000 Main St. McDonalds.
6:50 p.m. – Caller reports female who has been trespassed from location was on the property, 621 Main St. Officer responded, Kellie Ann Hesson cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass X2, and failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree criminal trespass.
7:11 p.m. – Amanda Dawn Teoli, 45, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of a computer crime, third-degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X3, failure to appear on an original charge of interfering with police and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation X2. Cited and released on Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft of services. Cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured. 11:21 p.m. – Single–vehicle crash reported in 27000 block Scott Mountain Road. Jacob Land, 20, of Lebanon, was traveling south when he hit his brakes to avoid a fox, lost control and went in the ditch. Suffered minor injuries, according to Sheriff’s Office. Vehicle towed.
June 17
9:57 a.m. – Deputy was flagged down by park ranger on June 16, who said Sunnyside Park staff had found a loaded 9 mm handgun magazine in the grassy overflow parking area on June 1. Since nobody had claimed it, ranger wanted to turn it over to Sheriff’s Office. 44900 block Quartzville Road.
10:56 a.m. – Motor vehicle crash reported in 41600 block Upper Calapooia/Old Upper Calapooia. Log truck hauling logs tipped over. Vehicle had already been taken care of when deputy arrived.
3:26 p.m. – Vehicles parked along river on private timber company property. Deputy told drivers to leave. 40300 block Crawfordsville Drive/Highway 228.
4:59 p.m. – Caller reported that generator and three car batteries were stolen from his front porch in 48800 block Highway 20, Cascadia. Total value $800. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
June 18
9:30 a.m. – Lisa Johnston, 46, cited and released for third-degree theft, 1451 53rd Ave.
9:48 a.m. – David Russell, 40, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and on Albany cite-and-release warrant for second-degree theft, W of 45th on End of N Side.
11:22 a.m. – Caller reported battery stolen from dump trailer at Sunnyside Park, 44900 Quartzville Road.
11:24 a.m. – Caller reports catalytic converter was cut off of motorhome, 4309 Main St. South Fork Trading. Officer responded, report taken for first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief. Approximate loss and damage value $1,100. Occurred sometime between Oct. 20 and June 21.
5:19 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt Jr., 50, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Lebanon Police Department.
June 19
5:10 a.m. – Derek Armond Johnson, 51, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Deschutes County Jail.
7:44 a.m. – Deputy responded to report of illegal camping in 44600 block Old Hufford Road/Quartzville Road. Found location of camp, but it had been cleaned up, with no identifying info as to who had been there. Log was smoldering, with live coals beneath it, so deputy contacted ODF to soak the area.
12:32 p.m. – Caller reports finding a set of keys, 4197 Main St. Officer responded, item placed in property.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reports catalytic converter taken from motor home at location, 4309 Main St. S Fork Trading. Report taken for first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief, approximate loss of value $2,000.
3:46 p.m. – Timothy Branson, 46, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 80/55, 29000 block Santiam Highway/Fairview Road.
4:29 p.m. – Stacyanna Fritz, 34, of Redmond, cited for speeding, 81/55, 28300 block Santiam Highway/Country Lane.
5:40 p.m. – Deputy located vehicle parked illegally with subjects under bridge, playing in water after trespassing on Weyerhaeuser property in 41600 block Upper Calapooia Drive. Contacted subjects, warned them for illegal parking and trespass and asked them to leave area.
6:01 p.m. – Single–vehicle crash reported in 29400 block Berlin Road. Driver Tyler Dellinger, 24, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended and on Reedsport Municipal Court warrant. Report taken.
9:56 p.m. – Caller reports someone stole his bicycle and chainsaw, 1275 57th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for first-degree theft, approximate value $1,000.
June 20
5:41 a.m. – Caller reports a vehicle just ran into her boyfriend’s boat, 900 Terrace Lane. Officer responded, vehicle towed by Lloyd Rice. Matthew Clark, 40, cited for careless driving.
9:43 a.m. – Caller reports being assaulted by girlfriend’s father, father has since left location, 925 Long St. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.
2:18 p.m. – Multiple callers report male screaming and running in roadway stopping traffic. Officer responded, Steven Kenneth Stitt, 36, cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief, 600 Block Main.
3:48 p.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 27, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth, criminal citation X3, driving under the influence of intoxicants/reckless driving, criminal citation X2, and forgery. Cited and released on Linn County Justice Court warrant for providing false information to a police officer, 14th/Kalmia.
6:34 p.m. – Callers reported suspicious male going door to door in 47400 block Highway 20, Foster. Deputy located young adult male “suffering from mental illness,” according to Sheriff’s log, asking neighbors for various items. He was returned to his guardian.
7:32 p.m. – Caller reports her landlord assaulted her fiance, 1212 37th Ave. Officer responded, suspect gone on arrival. Report taken for second-degree assault.
11:52 p.m. – Caller reports her neighbor was yelling and playing loud music, 2440 Long St. Paula Murrison, 63, cited for noise ordinance violation.
