5:05 a.m. – Caller reported an unknown male sleeping on the caller’s couch in his underwear, 4300 block of Long. Officer responded. The male had no idea how he ended up on the caller’s couch. Officer provided a courtesy ride home. Caller did not wish to pursue charges.
1:09 p.m. – Caller reported losing his wallet in the Sweet Home area. Information noted.
3:16 p.m. – Leesa Joanne Perdue, 39, cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, 1400 block of 42nd. Vehicle impounded.
4:39 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Stolen items valued at $46.99.
5:55 p.m. – Caller contacted 9-1-1 three times screaming profanities at dispatchers. Caller reported a male subject walking down the street being disruptive and threatening, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Officer responded and warned the male for improper use of 9-1-1 and disorderly conduct. Any further issues would lead to an arrest.

7:57 a.m. – Loretta Rose Sharp cited for failure to maintain lane, 1800 block of Elm. Caller had reported her vehicle was hit while parked on the side of the road.
9 a.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle ran him off the road. The caller followed the other drive and confronted him at a gas station, where they started arguing. The subject left, and the caller followed him to his residence. Officer responded and counseled both on how they should have handled the situation.
11:04 a.m. – Caller reported nearly $1,000 in fraudulent charges to her checking account, 28600 block of Highwy 20. Report taken.

1:42 p.m. – Lacey Marie Davidson arrested for third-degree theft, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Cited and released. Caller had reported a shoplifter. Stolen property was worth $1.29.
3:16 p.m. – Caller reported a broken window, 900 block of Nandina. Report taken.
2:11 p.m. – Caller reported a dog bit a female at Sankey Park, and he would like an officer to come and get the dog. Officer contacted the caller and informed him of his options for the animal.
3:22 p.m. Caller reported a male put his hand through a fence and was bitten by a dog, 4000 block of Clark Mill. Dog has been quarantined. No enforcement taken.
3:55 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle in the parking lot had the windows down and a wallet and keys on the front seat, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded. The owner of the vehicle had dropped his keys while getting out and didn’t realize he left his wallet in the vehicle.
4:54 p.m. – Caller reported his daughter was the one bitten by a dog earlier in Sankey Park, and she has a bruise on the back of her leg. Officer contacted caller. Information noted.
7:15 p.m. – Caller reported hearing gunshots and someone burning out in a vehicle, Clark Mill area. Officer unable to locate.

2:41 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole a case of beer, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
4:16 p.m. – Danielle Larae Hewitt, 42, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and providing false information to a police officer, 900 block of 12th. Cited and released. Officer located and recovered a vehicle reported stolen in Eugene.
5:11 p.m. – Caller reported that three dogs she was watching while house sitting were fighting, and she couldn’t get them to stop, 300 block of West Pine. They were bleeding, and she requested police assistance. Officer responded and talked to the caller. The dogs had stopped fighting.
8:01 p.m. – Caller reported a group of boys smoking on Weddle Bridge, 877 14th Ave., Sankey park. Officer located a group on the bridge. There was no sign of smoking or drugs.
10:48 p.m. – Timothy Tyrell Combs, 32, cited on Sweet Home warrant for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Linn County Jail.
