11:10 a.m. – Caller reported being stuck, partially blocking the road with a 38-foot motor home, Highway 20 and Osage. Officers assisted.

2:26 p.m. – Caller reported someone passed a fake $5 bill, 76 station. Bill seized. Officer unable to locate vehicle.
5:54 p.m. – Caller reported subjects entering a vacant house, 2200 block of Main. Officers contacted three subjects coming out of the residence. They were advised not to return. Report to be forwarded to the city attorney for trespass charges.
June 27
12:05 a.m. – Caller reported two bags found in her yard, one containing a crystal substance, 1300 block of 13th. Property seized.
2:33 a.m.- Alicia Marie Upton, 26, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Seventh and Dogwood.
3:38 a.m. – Officer located graffiti near the railroad, and the park closure sign in the park was bent over, 12th and Nandina. Report taken. Public Works notified.
10:06 a.m. – Caller reported plants stolen, 1200 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $30.
10:55 a.m. – Michael Lee Winfrey, 44, arrested for possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft and probation violation, 2200 block of Main. Cited and released. Multiple callers had reported a male hitting a female.
2:14 p.m. – Kenneth George Adair II, 47, arrested for possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 890 Main St. Cited and released.
6:49 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a vehicle with windows barely down, Skyline Inn. Officer contacted subjects, who started the vehicle and turned on the air conditioning. They were advised of penalties.
7:39 p.m. – Tiffany Anne Burks, 34, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct; a 16-year female referred to Linn County Juvenile Department for second-degree disorderly conduct; and Brandilyn Ray Marie Lovik, 19, cited and released in field for second-degree disorderly conduct, Poverty Beach, Foster Lake. Burks and juvenile cited and released. Multiple callers reported females fighting.
7:50 p.m. – Caller reported a sign stolen from the front of his house, 1200 block of 46th. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.
7:57 p.m. – Jessica Thayer, 31, cited for unlawful left turn and careless driving in two-vehicle crash, 6400 block of Main. Second driver transported by ambulance to hospital. One vehicle on its side. One vehicle had turned in front of another into the Shea Point park.
10:11 p.m. – Caller reported a male siphoning fuel from a vehicle, 4900 block of Main. Officer responded. Unable to locate.

6:14 a.m. – Louis Bradford Phillips, 55, arrested for possession of meth, and Julianne Nicole Phillips, 21, cited for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold, 1250 Nandina St., number 2. Both cited and released.
9:13 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 27, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and Haley Jo Johnston, 22, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 1250 Nandina St. Cited and released.
12:18 p.m. – Caller reported finding a backpack, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Item seized as found property.
1:20 p.m. – Angela Diane (McDonald) May, 37, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem. Cited and released.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle sitting at the end of 18th Avenue all day long. Officer responded. Vehicle parked on private property. Property owner would tag vehicle for 72-hour removal.

5:04 a.m. – Caller reported finding a white mountain bike in the middle of the road, Pleasant Valley Bridge. Seized as found property.
