11:59 a.m. – Caller reported someone tried to break into her vehicle through the back window, and it won’t roll up now, 1800 block of Tamarack. Report taken for criminal mischief. Damage valued at $150.

10:15 p.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass and menacing, 12th and Nandina. Cited and released.
10:45 p.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 20, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree trespass, second-degree theft and third-degree theft (owes 29 days in jail) and Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation, 1101 13th Ave., Sweet Home Public Library. Transported to Linn County Jail.
June 25
5:09 a.m. – Caller reported that someone drove an RV around Circle K and crashed into a fence. Officer responded. Owner of fence and driver exchanged information. Damage less than $1,500.
5:30 a.m. – Caller reported a female who overdosed, 1890 Kalmia St., Trail’s End apartments. Transported to hospital by medics.
10:07 a.m. – Caller reported that a female subject took personal property out of the caller’s truck, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Report taken. Loss valued at $30,000.
10:46 a.m. – Caller reported a German shepherd wandering into the vendor area, 1500 block of Main. Owner collected dog before officer arrived.
1:59 p.m. – Caller reported his red Cutlass stolen, Husky Field.
6:58 p.m. – Patrick Lee McNees, 22, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct (owes five days in jail), Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, gravel parking lot at Foster Lake. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a disturbance between two males.
June 24
6:34 a.m. – Josiah Michael Van Amburgh, 37, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
10:19 a.m. – Valerie Ann Cornish, 51, cited for driving while suspended; R.C. Phillips, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of failure to appear; and Richard Alan Walls, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured and arrested on a Klamath County warrant for probation violation, west city limits. Phillips and Walls transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a trailer bouncing all over the road and a suspicious male driving the vehicle. Vehicle impounded.
11:17 a.m. – Caller reported finding sleeping bags and tents in the park behind the Vets’ Club. Officer responded. Someone had been camping and left behind debris. Employee disposed of the debris, and the officer would look out for subjects sleeping in the area.
3:03 p.m. – Caller reported a person sleeping on the bench at the bus stop, 13th and Kalmia. Earlier, the subject had been intoxicated and belligerent to a bus driver. Officer contacted the male, who said he was waiting for the bus. The officer advised him that he could wait for the bus but could not have his things strewn about.
3:14 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 43, arrested on state warrant for parole violation on original charge of robbery, 18th and Spruce. Transported to Linn County Jail.
5:54 p.m. – Caller reported an attempted check scam, 500 block of Fifth.
7:07 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his fifth wheel, 100 block of West Holley. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.
8:08 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 32, arrested for third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief; Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear; and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 1306 Main St., Main Street Market. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:42 p.m. – Caller found a set of eight keys, 1000 block of Long. Office placed them in found property.
10:54 p.m. – Wesley Alan House, 33, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Cited and released.

1:57 p.m. – Caller reported a dog stuck in bushes, 1200 block of Fourth. Officer placed dog in kennel for pickup by animal control.
9:31 p.m. – Andrea Joyce Ashby, 35, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, unauthorized departure and probation violation, 2200 block of Main. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
June 22
11:54 a.m. – Caller reported that one of his guitars is missing, 1500 block of Long. Report taken.
12:07 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog in her yard, 900 block of 23rd. Dog placed in kennel for animal control to pick up.
12:11 p.m. – Sandra Kay Cook, 35, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 1893 Kalmia St. Several callers had reported a male riding his bike through the area. Dogs chased the male, and he fell from his bike.
2:15 p.m. – Mary Jane Stoufer, 59, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Benton County. Cited and released.
3:52 p.m. – Ronnette Leeanne Robertson, 33, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 12th and Main.
5:18 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male in her yard, and he would not leave, 1400 block of 13th. Officer responded. Male was passed out and unable to awaken. Medics transported him to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
8:21 p.m. – Daniel Anthony Ciullo, 28, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, contempt of court and probation violation, 1712 11th Ave., Northside Park. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
8:27 p.m. – Matthew Allen Pitts, 27, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment.
June 21
10:21 a.m. – Caller reported blackberry vines growing over a fence, 3100 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.
11:48 a.m. – Caller reported a fence built with no permits, 900 block of Pinetop. Referred to code enforcement.
12:48 p.m. – Caller reported finding a purse, 5300 block of Poplar. Officer placed purse in found property.
1:23 p.m. – Officer took a report for two counts of child neglect, 2400 block of Main. The report was to be forward to the city attorney for review. Caller had reported that a male who had been evicted was harassing people.
2:02 p.m. – Caller reported that on Saturday she lost her handbag with all her credit cards in it. Report taken.
3:06 p.m. – Caller reported that she was watching a girl, and the mother of the child came to the residence and took her, 1500 block of 53rd. The caller said there was a restraining order protecting the children from the mother. Report taken. The child was located at a grandmother’s residence.
5:08 p.m. – Craig Bruce Adams, 37, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1200 block of Wiley Creek. Transported to Linn County Jail. Adams had reported a female entering a residence uninvited and hitting the caller and that she had his house and car keys.
5:14 p.m. – A caller reported a total of $1,000 charged on her Discover card at different places. Report taken.
7:06 p.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle was hit while in the parking lot, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
7:23 p.m. – Caller reported that she thinks someone entered her residence while she was gone, 1200 block of Fourth. Report taken. Nothing taken, but a model car was broken.
7:59 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a threatening verbal message and wanted an officer to listen to it, 2400 block of Main. Report taken. Officer planned to contact the person who left the message and advise that person not to contact the caller any more.
8:44 p.m. – Caller reported three or four juveniles trying to start a fire under a tree, next to Sankey Park. Officer located juveniles, counseled them and advised their parents. No crime.
9:38 p.m. – Caller reported driving away with her grandson’s phone and wallet on top of her vehicle. They traced the phone, but the tracker had been turned off, 3100 block of Main. Report taken.
11:47 p.m. – Caller reported a possible cougar sighting, Kalmia and 26th. Officer unable to locate.
June 20
1:47 a.m. – Theresa Christina Alberts, 28, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree theft and Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft, Main Street.
3:51 a.m. – James David Stedman III, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, Independence. Cited and released.
7:42 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered through a window and stole her property, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken. Loss valued at $40.
10:07 a.m. – Caller and a group were trying to get back from camping on the other side of Green Peter but the people who took them there are refusing to take them back. Marine deputies responded. There was a group of people that went camping with a couple who owned the boat. The boat had some problems, leaving the group stranded across Green Peter. The stranded group was brought back, with belongings, by Marine Patrol deputies, who then helped tow the boat into Sunnyside.
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported that his neighbor’s dogs scare him because they are vicious and bark at him when he walks by them in their fenced yard, 1900 block of Kalmia. Officer responded and and told the caller that dogs will bark, but if they bark late at night, the caller can make a report. The officer also spoke to the owner, who would try to keep the dogs quiet.
1:15 p.m. – Shauna Kay Harden, 22, cited and released in field on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
1:33 p.m. – Caller reported one Skil saw, two circular saws, and some rechargeable batteries were taken some time last month,40100 block of Mountain Home. Report taken.
2:02 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his vehicle, 1200 block of 47th. Officer responded. Caller did not have proper ownership documents. Shortly after the officer responded, the caller reported that the Oregon State Police found his vehicle wrecked.
4:16 p.m. – Stolen bicycle was returned to the owner, 1300 block of Nandina.
5 p.m. – Caller reported that someone wrote a vulgar message and her name and number on a table at Sankey Park. Information noted.
8:12 p.m. – Small black dog located at Sweet Home High School. Placed in kennel, and dog control advised.
June 19
11:52 a.m. – Zachary Parker cited for keeping a nuisance dog and keeping an unlicensed dog, 26800 block of Rowell Hill. Caller had reported that her neighbor’s dog just killed half of her chickens. It is an ongoing problem with the dog getting out. The replacement of the chickens is a civil issue between the owners.
2:32 p.m. – Caller reported a cat wandering the street with a wounded leg, 900 block of 31st. Officer responded. Cat dispatched and removed.
4:21 p.m. – Caller reported that it appeared someone tried to enter her vehicle during the night, 2400 block of Main. Report taken.
4:35 p.m. – Caller reported her bicycle was stolen two days earlier, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $600.
4:47 p.m. – Someone parked their truck on caller’s property which is marked, “no trespassing,” 28800 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. They got out kayaks and got in the river.
10:29 p.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix Jr., 41, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on two original charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended (owes 27 days in jail), 13th and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
June 18
1:05 a.m. – Caller reported a man had firearms outside his residence and had fired 10 shots, 43500 block of Wiley Creek. He had knives and was stabbing into carpet. Deputies responded. The man was intoxicated and reportedly had fired a firearm, but not in anyone’s direction and not in a menacing way. Both the caller and the man, who were in different dwellings on the property, were intoxicated. No crime.
June 16
7:31 a.m. – Brandon Miller, 24, failed to negotiate a curve, 48900 block of Quartzville, and crashed his car into Green Peter Reservoir. He was not injured, and no citations were issued at the time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was notified about the vehicle in the lake.
June 15
9:10 a.m. – There was a female in the caller’s car, 41100 block of Highway 228. The caller asked her to leave, and she would not. Deputies responded and were able to get the woman to leave.
7:13 p.m. – A motor home was towed as abandoned from the 45000 block of Little Wiley Creek Road. Linn County Sheriff’s Office unsuccessfully attempted to locate the owner.
