10:13 a.m. – Jason Edward McCauley, 40, arrested on Corvallis Police Department warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass, Corvallis Police Department.

11:25 a.m. – Hunter Areil Ringheimer, 27, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duties of driver, 1950 Main St.

11:42 a.m. – Matthew Allen Pitts, 32, arrested on a Linn County Jail warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, failure to appear on an original charge of menacing, and failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, Linn County Jail.

2:34 p.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 30, arrested for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree escape, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

2:50 p.m. – Officer trespassed multiple individuals from location, 1440 Nandina St. Steven Kenneth Stitt, 36, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

3:08 p.m. – Dennis James Citro, 46, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unlawful firearm purchase, 1950 Main St.

3:25 p.m. – Caller reports someone broke into her car, 1737 Long St. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and third-degree theft, approximate value $30.

4:49 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 27, arrested for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree attempted burglary, Oregon State Police.

5:05 p.m. – Caller at Chevron reports a female is standing by the propane tank, yelling at customers, 1306 Main St. Officer responded, contacted female and trespassed her from Chevron. She was also advised not to loiter at the pregnancy center any longer.

6:23 p.m. – Caller reports finding chewing tobacco in juvenile’s room, 3111 Long St. Officer responded, 15 year old female taken into custody for probation violation. Female also referred to juvenile detention center for being a minor in possession of tobacco.

7:27 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 1200 block Wiley Creek Drive/Highway 20. According to Sheriff’s reports, driver Phillip Groff, 23, of Lebanon and passengers Allyson Morehead, 22, and Kirsten Morehead, 21, both of Sweet Home, and Emily Speir, 22, of Lebanon, were on Wiley Creek Drive approximately three miles past the pavement when their vehicle left the roadway and rolled. No one was injured, according to Sheriff’s Office. Report taken.

8:09 p.m. – Brad Paul Bourland, 33, of Albany, cited and released on warrant for failure to appear, 800 block 18th Avenue. Report taken.

11:04 a.m. – Todd Jeremy Clark, 45, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth and failure to appear on an original criminal citation, Long and 24th.

11:49 a.m. – Caller found a purse at location, Shea Point. Officer placed purse and contents into property.

1:11 p.m. – Caller reports laptop and clothing was stolen at location, 2235 Long St. Officer responded, contacted caller. Report taken for first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree theft. Approximate loss of value $400.

3:10 p.m. and following – Deputy patrolling dispersed camping in 44000 block of Quartzville Road contacted multiple illegal camps.

3:38 p.m. – Samantha Horner, 28, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 52/35, 300 block Bishop Way, Brownsville.

3:40 p.m. – Caller reports her car was broken into two nights ago, 1745 Long St. Officer responded, contacted caller, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and second-degree theft, value of $410.

4:33 p.m. – Shay Cameron Kepler cited for driving with a suspended license, Dutch Bros.

5:15 p.m. – Horner cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for fourth-degree probation violation assault. Also cited for driving with a suspended license, 7th/Elm.

7:31 p.m. – Caller request male be trespassed from location, 1203 Long St. All Star Pizza. Faulconer trespassed from location.

9:20 p.m. – Deputy patrolling 44700 block Quartzville Road contacted couple camping on wrong side of road, on site posted “No Camping.” They agreed to leave site immediately.

9:55 p.m. – Caller brought in found purse, 1100 Block Main. Placed in property.

12:43 p.m. – Deputies patrolling Foster Lake reported four citations, five warnings.

Afternoon – Multiple illegal campers contacted along Quartzville Road. Warnings issued. They were cooperative and moved on.

1:27 p.m. – Caller reports dog running loose in roadway and advised another party was going to bring dog to police department, 2400 Block Main. Another caller brought dog into police department. Dog returned to owner. Jennifer Ranee Clark, 46, cited for dog at large.

3:21 p.m. – Lawrence Douglas Neilson, 76, cited and released for Hit and Run, 28580 Pleasant Valley Rd.

4:13 p.m. – Ryan Wesley Sechrest, 34, cited and released for driving with a suspended license, 1300 Block Main.

11:11 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious circumstance at Foster Lake. Thought they saw someone stealing from boats at marina. Deputies responded to find two teens sleeping on their parents’ boat. No further action.

12:50 a.m. – Michael Smith, 19, of Lyons, cited for speeding, 78/55, 29700 block Santiam Highway/Santiam Terrace.

11:02 a.m. – Caller reports two dogs bit her husband and are still running loose, 1418 Westwood Lane. Officer responded, contacted male who had a small injury from hitting the dogs, not a bite injury. Dogs were found and returned to owner. Christopher Dale Moffitt cited for dog at large.

1:16 p.m. – Marine patrol on Foster. Four citations, four warnings, one arrest.

1:43 p.m. – Brian Lee Lindsay, 33, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board for parole violation. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for interfering with peace/parole officer, resisting arrest, being a felon in possession of a firearm and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X2. Arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of heroin. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, 1100 Block 10th Ave.

2:12 p.m. – Deston McQuiston, 22, city of residence unavailable, arrested for operating a boat while intoxicated, Foster Lake. Report taken.

3:17 p.m. – Caller reported his window was broken out and wallet stolen in 44600 block Quartzville Road/Hufford Drive. Window valued at $200, wallet $5. Report taken.

4:11 p.m. – Caller reported firearm stolen from unlocked vehicle in 44500 block Quartzville Road/Highway 20. Valued at $400. Report taken.

4:50 p.m. – Deputies took report of theft of approximately $2,000 worth of items from home in 27900 block Liberty Road. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

5:17 p.m. – Deputies responded to single-vehicle crash in 44600 block Quartzville Road/Old Hufford Drive. Vehicle left road and ended up resting against tree on two wheels, according to Sheriff’s report. Minimal injuries to driver, whose names were not available. Vehicle totaled. Report taken.

5:31 p.m. – Deputies took report of stolen vehicle in 45800 block Highway 20. Bree Hernandez, 30, of Albany, was parked along Highway 20 while accessing the river when she couldn’t find her keys and realized her vehicle, a red 2014 Toyota Camry, was missing. Unknown suspects. Report taken.

6:33 p.m. – Caller reports someone took the gas caps off two of his vehicles, 780 9th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value $15.

7:12 p.m. – Caller reported that she and her boyfriend were assaulted with pepper spray during an altercation at Gedney Creek boat ramp. According to Sheriff’s log, the incident involved an ex-husband and new boyfriend. Names were not available. Participants refused to cooperate with deputies, according to Sheriff’s report.

7:33 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle break-in in 2400 block Foster Dam Road. Registration was stolen from unlocked vehicle. Report taken.

11:29 a.m. – Aaron Myers, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for unlawful use of a motor vehicle following traffic stop in 43400 block of Marks Ridge Drive/North River Drive. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.

11:46 a.m. – Caller reports someone stole items out of his truck bed, 2211 Ironwood St. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree theft and unauthorized entry into motor vehicle. Approximate value $600.

12:05 p.m. – Caller reports someone stole welding supplies from the back yard, 1028 13th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Approximate value of $70.

4:33 p.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 24, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree theft, Oregon State Police.

5:56 p.m. – Criminal mischief reported in 38300 block Hwy. 228 stemming from neighborhood dispute over video cameras, one of which was damaged when it fell off a fence. According to Sheriff’s Office, one neighbor blamed another for damaging her camera when it was knocked off the fence. The other neighbor claimed it was an accident and there was no intent to damage the camera. Names were not available. Report taken.

5:47 p.m. – Caller reports bow was stolen out of unlocked vehicle, 2308 Harding St. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree theft and unauthorized entry into motor vehicle. Approximate loss of value $250.

June 4

5:07 a.m. – Anthony Wade Holden, 31, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:48 a.m. – Caller reports vehicle was entered and wallet was stolen, 1131 Long St. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and second-degree theft, loss of value $500.

8:08 a.m. – Caller reports phone was likely dropped at location and was stolen, 2749 Kalmia St. Officer responded, report taken for theft and fraudulent use of credit card. Value over $1,000.

9:28 a.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle and a friend’s vehicle’s fuel lines were cut while they were fishing at pond in Sunnyside Park, 44900 block Quartzville Road. Information documented at caller’s request. Deputies later warned citizens to make sure their property was secured, due to “high theft rate” at park.

11:02 a.m. – Daniel Eugene McCarty, 61, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 1950 Main St.

12:21 p.m. – Caller reports female was threatening customers and refusing to leave, 2450 Main St. Officer responded, contacted female, having mental health issues. Trespassed from location.

2:07 p.m. – Deputies took a report of an assault at Shea Point, 6300 block Santiam Highway. Suspect still outstanding. According to Sheriff’s Office, Nicholas Adam Ames, 32, of Sweet Home, charged with fourth-degree assault following an argument with a former fellow inmate. Report taken.

2:54 a.m. – Caller requests female be trespassed from location, 2405 Main St. 7-Eleven. Officer responded, female has been trespassed from location.

6:02 p.m. – Melissa Kay Rutherford, 50, arrested on Klamath County Circuit Court warrant for second-degree kidnapping and second-degree custodial interference, 4478 Long St.

8:54 p.m. – Jacob Mitchell Thurber, 29, cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failing to report as a sex offender, criminal citation X4, possession of meth X3, and possession of a stolen vehicle. 10:40 a.m. – Caller reported his pickup’s canopy door window was broken while parked at the Sunnyside boat ramp between 9 and 10 a.m. as he was fishing. Someone broke the window and stole a Yeti cooler containing food and a duffel bag with clothes from the pickup bed. Value of broken window estimated at $350. Stolen items valued at $200. Report taken.

12:42 p.m. – Caller reported his girlfriend’s Facebook Messenger was hacked and suspect requested money be sent via a cash app. Caller’s girlfriend had provided the suspect with her photo ID but had not sent money. Report taken. 28000 block Fern Ridge Road.
