1:46 a.m. – Krista Diane Nohrenberg, 36, arrested for attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, westbound Main Street. Transported to Linn County Jail. Vehicle impounded.
1:59 a.m. – Caller reported that a customer just told him there was a possible drug deal going on behind the store, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer delayed by another call. Officer checked the area. No one was around.
8:28 a.m. – Caller reported garbage stacked in the backyard behind bushes, 1300 block of 56th. Referred to code enforcement.
9:48 a.m. – Tyler John Kistner, 28, arrested for strangulation and harassment (domestic violence), 990 23rd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail. Olivia Eden Spencer, 21, cited and released in the field for harassment (domestic violence) and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Caller had reported her sister calling her and telling her that her boyfriend hit her. She had a fat lip and asked the caller to contact the police.

12:22 p.m. – Joshua David Robertson, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Elm and Mountain View. Transported to Linn County Jail.
2:36 p.m. – Caller reported that someone gave him counterfeit money, 45th and Main, storage units. Report taken. Counterfeit currency seized.

3:23 a.m. – Michael Lee Winfrey, 34, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 1250 Nandina St. Caller had reported a male in the parking lot acting “crazy” and was concerned he may hurt someone. Officer responded and contacted male, who did not seem to be acting in a violent manner and was headed to his residence.
9:23 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor’s chickens were back, tearing up the caller’s yard, 4600 block of Airport Lane. Referred to code enforcement.
11:13 a.m. – Caller reported that a male keeps calling her mother, telling her that he is her nephew and trying to get money out of her, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Officer responded and determined this was a scam. Caller advised and given options.
2:01 p.m. – Caller reported that he was contacted via Craigslist, and the person wanted him to buy his item, send him a check for more than $1,000 above the price and asked him to cash and send the remaining balance to Denver, Colo. Information noted.
2:29 p.m. – Sandra Ann Kelly, 64, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 265 23rd Ave.
3:43 p.m. – Caller reported many abandoned vehicles and trash, 1600 block of Cedar. Referred to code enforcement.
3:53 p.m. – Caller reported a school bus light violation, 1300 block of Nandina. Letter sent.
6:21 p.m. – Caller reported a minivan at location with lights on for the past 45 to 60 minutes, Strawberry and Fern. Officer contacted a female who was using her phone. She would move on.

9:30 a.m. – Caller reported dead trees, 900 block of Alder. Referred to code enforcement.
11:46 a.m. – Caller reported criminal trespass and criminal mischief, 2200 block of Long. Report taken.
8:06 p.m. – Caller reported that juveniles just walked by her house and broke glass in the road, 4700 block of Airport Road. Officer contacted juveniles’ parents. Juveniles and parents responded back to the location to clean up the glass.

2:33 p.m. – Logan Paul Harer, 27, cited for no license, Main and Clark Mill.
3:03 p.m. – Billy Joe Richardson, 48, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
6:54 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog was hit by a car, 2100 block of Long. When the caller’s husband tried to help the dog, it bit him. Officer contacted all parties. Owner of dog would seek vet care for the animal. The male who was bitten would seek his own medical treatment.
8:11 p.m. – Joshua Casey Waddell, 31, arrested for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.
10:14 p.m. – Chris Lorraine Reigstad, 37, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, and Sarah Kathern Rodgers, 34, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for second-degree theft by deception, Main and 13th. Reigstad cited and released.

8:55 a.m. – Caller reported damage to a newspaper box and landscaping, with glass and a hard hat left behind, 48800 block of Highway 20.
Feb. 18
Caller reported a Toyota 4Runner upside down in a ditch, 48400 block of Quartzville. No one was around. Deputy responded and reported that it appeared the driver was traveling east, lost control while negotiating a slight curve. The guardrail was located on the edge of an overlook. The vehicle bent the guardrail A single tree prevented the vehicle from dropping off the shoulder into the lake. No evidence of injury. Investigation is continuing.
9:02 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a recoil starter and electric starter motor from his generator, 28200 block of Highway 20. report taken. Loss valued at $500.
