9:09 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 32, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of methamphetamine, 1200 block of Long.
March 7
1:47 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 27, arrested on Linn County warrants for probation violation on two original charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on a criminal citation, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, public indecency and failure to appear and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft. Transported to Linn County Jail.
2:24 p.m. – James Brian Tidwell, 61, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 100 W. Holley.
3:55 p.m. – Caller found a dog at large, 5600 block of Larch. Dog returned to owner.
4:12 p.m. – Caller reported an RV blocking the roadway and the driver got out and left it, 42nd and Main. Officer responded. Vehicle pushed out of the roadway.
4:51 p.m. – Eion Thomas Stafford, 19, cited for speeding, 70 mph in a 35-mph zone, 621 Main St., Thriftway.
6:14 p.m. – Caller reported that a male who had been trespassed was at location, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Male gone upon arrival. Report taken.
8:08 p.m. – Ty Robert Taylor, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.
March 6
1:26 a.m. – Officer located a vehicle reported stolen out of Sweet Home, 1200 block of 12th. Released to owner’s father.
6:50 a.m. – Caller reported a possible broken water main, 1500 block of 9th. Leak confirmed. Public Works Advised.
7:07 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor was burning garbage, 1700 block of 9th. Officer contacted the resident and advised of the complaint. The resident put out the fire.
8:16 a.m. – Tracy Backman, 53, cited for second-degree criminal trespass, 44500 block of Quartzville. Deputy had responded to a report of a car stuck in the mud, with half of the vehicle in the water. Vehicle removed.
9:46 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Carrico, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear, Albany.
10:36 a.m. – Caller reported that someone dumped sewage from a motor home into the roadway, 3100 block of Main. Officer contacted a male who was draining sink water from a motor home. The waste was visibly not sewage. Male advised of the complaint and agreed to clean up the area.
1:17 p.m. – Caller turned in a dog she found. Dog placed in kennel and released to family later.
1:21 p.m. – Caller reported hundreds of nails on the roadway, 9th and Nandina. Officer responded. Public Works advised. Officer assisted in removing nails from the roadway.
3:05 p.m. – Skylar James Samson, 29, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for failure to appear, Kalmia and 14th.
3:37 p.m. – John Robert Kulbeth, 30, cited for failure to stop for school bus lights, 47th and Main.
3:57 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving while suspended, O&M Tire. Cited and released.
6:19 p.m. – Kellie Ann Hesson, 53, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Cited and released.
11:11 p.m. – Rachel Louise Lawdermilt, 45, arrested for driving under the influence, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, 600 block of Main.
11:16 p.m. – Steven Scott Sims, 37, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

3:36 a.m. – Patrick Thomas Thornhill, 45, arrested on Linn County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, 15th and Main. Cited and released.
5:47 a.m. – Trevor Lee Justham, 18, turned himself in on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
8:14 a.m. – Caller reported a semi truck dragging a platform on a roadway, Main near Napa Auto parts. Driver noticed and pulled over. Officer responded. Truck gone upon arrival. No damage to roadway.
8:26 a.m. – Caller reported juvenile given marijuana laced with an unknown substance, 4200 block of Long. Patient evaluated by medics. Transported to hospital by parents.
10:19 a.m. – Caller reported a male and female on the railroad tracks, and the caller believed they may have been using drugs. Officer responded and contacted the subjects, who had a marijuana pipe. Subjects trespassed from location.
1:44 p.m. – Caller found a bracelet, 35th and Juniper. Placed in found property.
4:11 p.m. – Lawrence G. Mahlberg, 56, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, Corvallis.
8:31 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing at the church yelling, 501 Nandina St., Hillside Fellowship. Report taken for criminal mischief. Damage estimated at $200.
March 4
2:46 a.m. – Caller found a new CO2 pump for a soda vending machine in the box, alongside 44600 block of Old Hufford.
7:55 a.m. – Nicholas Adam Ames cited on Sweet Home warrant for second-degree criminal trespass, Washington County Jail. This log entry was a late entry from March 3.
8:20 a.m. – Caller reported that a bicycle was stashed behind a sign, 1602 18th Ave., Lester Sales. Bike placed in found property.
8:34 a.m. – Caller found a small dog, 900 block of 6th. Dog returned to owner.
9:09 a.m. – Caller found drug paraphernalia, 1500 block of 9th. Paraphernalia seized for destruction.
10:18 a.m. – Caller reported a theft and the female suspect left on foot, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken.

4 p.m. – Richard Leroy Aldridge, 55, arrested on state warrant for parole violation and Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:31 p.m. – Nicole Elizabeth Smith, 36, cited for driving while suspended, Northside Park.
4:32 p.m. – Caller reported her dog bit a friend’s granddaughter, who then went to the doctor, 1200 block of 2nd. Report taken. Animal quarantined.
4:45 p.m. – Shane William Wells, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, Albany.
7:24 p.m. – Caller reported multiple people fighting, 10th and Pinetop. Officer unable to locate any disturbances.
11:42 p.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree escape and Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released.
March 3
7:50 a.m. – Destiny Blackburn, 20, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Clark Mill and 24th.
8:44 a.m. – Ariel Brady, 28, cited for speeding, 40 mph in a 25-mph zone, Main and 9th.
9:39 a.m. – Caller reported a single-vehicle crash, 28500 block of Liberty. The driver’s dog jumped into the driver’s lap, causing the driver to drive off the road.
12:29 p.m. – Derrick James Freeman, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
3:11 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, Long and 43rd. Officer responded. Dog had returned home prior to arrival. The dog had followed the owner outside.
4:48 p.m. – Deputy recovered a stolen vehicle, 40700 block of Highway 228.
March 2
2:11 a.m. – Thias Brenton Johnston, 18, cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, 1400 block of 53rd. Caller had reported a male and female fighting. Officer responded. The commotion was from a mother attempting to get control of her intoxicated son.
5:13 a.m. – Allen Dale Ensley, 31, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and a new charge of possession of methamphetamine, 18th and Vine. Cited and released.
5:47 a.m. – Caller reported that a garbage truck ran into power lines, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken. No citations issued. Roadway cleared. CenturyLink advised of the line damage.
9:19 a.m. – Robert Scott Richards, 67, cited for speeding, 69 mph in a 45-mph zone, O&M Tire.
10:14 a.m. – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 43, cited for driving while suspended, defective lighting and failure to carry proof of insurance, The Point Restaurant.
10:27 a.m. – Caller reported dogs loose in the area, 46th and Airport. Officer responded. Upon arrival, the dog owner was taking the animals home.
11:36 a.m. – Report taken for theft, 43100 block of North River.
2:46 p.m. – James Kragness, 66, cited for criminal mischief, trespass and theft, 45400 block of Wiley Creek. Linn County Sheriff’s Office investigated the reported theft of 18 pounds of Oregon grape from property managed by Cascade Timber Consulting.
2:52 p.m. – Caller found a bag with possible drugs inside, 22nd and Ulex. Seized for disposal.
5:39 p.m. – Caller reported .22-caliber ammunition scattered on the road, 1800 block of Vine. The caller was able to pick some of them up. Seized for destruction.
5:49 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle in his yard since the morning, 1300 block of Hawthorne. Placed in found property.
8:41 p.m. – Caller reported a German shepherd running past, Main and Pleasant Valley. Officer responded. Unable to locate. Officer contacted a vehicle that hazard lights blinking. The driver said she had hit a dog and was looking for it. Vehicle was not damaged.
9:04 p.m. – Two callers reported a male lying in the middle of the roadway, 6000 block of Main. Male transported by medics for an overdose.
March 1
9:30 a.m. – Caller reported people camped in front of the building and requested they be trespassed, 1707 Main St., Les Schwab Tire Center. Officer responded and trespassed a female. Officer to trespass male when located.
5:08 p.m. – Caller reported someone dumped garbage, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Property seized for safekeeping and destruction.
6:50 p.m. – Anthony Holden, 30, arrested on Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree theft, possession of a forged instrument and failure to appear and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 3200 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a vehicle speeding and unable to maintain lane. At one point, it crashed into the sidewalk. Officer located the vehicle and contacted the occupants. No signs of impairment. The driver admitted to arguing with the passenger, which caused him to drive erratically.
11:35 p.m. – Samantha Christine Mansell, 27, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Albany.
