8:09 a.m. – Sherri Lynn Smith, 41, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence and contempt of court, 959 Elm st. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
11:52 a.m. – Elisha Marie Adams, 32, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and state warrant for parole violation and charged with providing false information to a police officer, Seventh and Elm. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:38 p.m. – Caller reported a black Honda backed into a pickup and took off, 1000 block of 13th. Report taken. Approximately $10 in damage to a license plate. Registered owner did not wish to pursue charges.

1:51 a.m. – Alexander Lee Plawman, 21, arrested for driving under the influence and cited for refusing a breath test and failure to obey a traffic control device, 1300 block of Nandina. Vehicle impounded.
4:21 a.m. – Caller reported a firearm and one piece of jewelry missing from her residence, 4900 block of Locust. Report taken.

1:14 a.m. – Shawnee Laura Lee Koechig, 21, arrested on Linn County warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 785 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
8:04 a.m. – Caller reported chickens out of their pen and a rooster, 4400 block of Airport. Referred to code enforcement.

3 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject running at cars and standing in the roadway, Nandina between 12th and 15th. Officer contacted male, who denied the actions. Officer warned male for disorderly conduct.
3:02 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles in the gazebo at Sankey Park shooting a BB gun. Officer contacted a male who admitted that he fired an airsoft gun once. Officer warned male for violating city ordinance.
