1:41 a.m. – Ryan Patrick Savolt, 36, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrant for two counts of contempt of court, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.
9:25 p.m. – Caller reported that someone downstairs was breaking out windows, 1200 block of Main. Officer and medics responded. A male was transported to the hospital. Report taken for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
11:52 a.m. – Caller reported a male stole two boxes of candy and took off running down Nandina Street, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $28.

12:13 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 28, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft; and Deanna Bernice Terwilliger, 31, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft and probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, 2695 Kalmia St. Meredith cited and released. Terwilliger transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported seeing flashlights inside a residence that was supposed to be vacant. Officer located two subjects in the area who were not associated with the call.
8:35 a.m. – Daniel Oliver O’Neal, 22, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 1950 Main st., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
12:32 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor’s dogs barking all the time, 1700 block of 11th. Officer contacted owner, advised her of the complaint and gave her an option on how to keep the dogs quiet.
6:18 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor was on the front porch smoking marijuana, 2300 Main St. Officer contacted the male and advised him that he cannot smoke marijuana in public.
7:36 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 25, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:44 p.m. – James Eugene Richards, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis. Cited and released.

3:13 a.m. – Kyle Matthew Rains, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for second-degree theft, 1300 block of Long. Cited and released.
6:48 a.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, 3037 Main St. Cited and released.
10:15 a.m.- Linn County jail served a Sweet Home warrant on Kristopher Ray Moak, 29, for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended.
10:32 a.m. – Linn County Jail served a Sweet Home warrant on Steven Kenneth Stitt, 31, for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
1:04 p.m. – Caller reported a black lab was at the back fence barking and growling at children, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights Elementary School. Officer placed dog in kennel and contacted Linn County Animal Control. Photo placed on Facebook.
2:10 p.m. – Angie Kay Cline, 41, turned in herself on a Sweet Home warrant for second-degree forgery, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
9:38 p.m. – Officer located a stolen vehicle, 1337 Tamarack St. Michael Scott Seiber, 36, arrested of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and cited for driving while suspended; and Michelle Kimberlyray, 25, arrested on Lebanon warrants for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth. Seiber transported to Linn County Jail. Ray cited and released.

10:23 a.m. – Caller reported that the neighbor’s chickens continue to come into her yard, 900 block of Third. Referred to code enforcement.
12:42 p.m. – Caller found a dog and took it to the Police Department, Skyline Road. Dog placed in kennel. Photos placed on Facebook and Linn County Animal Control notified.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported that someone is applying for credit cards using her identity, 1600 block of 13th. Officer referred the caller to the Federal Trade Commission and provided identity theft victim information.

10:16 a.m. – Caller reported multiple vehicles and trash, 400 block of Fifth. Referred to code enforcement.
10:31 a.m. – Caller reported blackberries growing over and under a fence, 2200 block of Kalmia. Referred to code enforcement.
3:54 p.m. – R.C. Phillips, 47, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
10:03 p.m. – Carmen A. Espinosa, 48, cited for driving uninsured, McDonald’s parking lot.
11:42 p.m. – Caller reported that someone hit a deer, Gilbert Lane and Highway 228. It was still alive but hurt. Officer responded and dispatched deer. Oregon Department of Transportation notified for removal.

11:53 p.m. – James Albert Reed, 23, cited and released in field on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer.

4:57 p.m. – Caller said there was damage to her vehicle at the Mud Festival yesterday. The other driver refused to give caller insurance information.

3:35 a.m. – Caller said people were breaking into the gate on Childers about a mile up the 300 line. Deputies responded and checked the area. They found no evidence of anyone being there.
