10:45 a.m. – David Steven Wamsley II, 44, arrested for violation of stalking order, 3538 Juniper St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:53 a.m. – Suzanne Marie Smith, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.
3:47 p.m. – Caller reported two large dogs running loose, Second and Highway 228. Officer unable to locate dogs.
6:18 p.m. – Angela Diane May, 38, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for second-degree theft, 1812 Willow St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
6:19 p.m. – Caller reported that dogs keep running out and attacking him and his dogs when the caller walks by, 4100 block of Main. Dogs were contained inside the residence. Officer contacted the owner, who advised the dogs would be controlled more carefully in the future and that he didn’t know how they got out earlier.
6:32 p.m. – Eric Edwin Steinborn, 39, cited and released on Lebanon warrant for probation violation and failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1220 23rd Ave.
9:33 p.m. – Leesa Joanne Perdue, 42, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin and charged with possession of meth and second-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released. Caller had reported a female walking out of the store with a cart full of groceries valued at $320.27.
10:14 p.m. – Brittny Ann Mahlee Gibson, 27, arrested on Linn County warrant for two counts of possession of meth, Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft and Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 18th and railroad tracks. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:31 a.m. – Hunter Areil Ringheimer, 23, arrested for third-degree theft, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male stealing a candy bar.
2:35 a.m. – Matthew James Wood, 25, arrested for harassment (domestic violence), 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Cited and released. Callers had reported a female being hit by a male.
4:32 a.m. – Caller reported that a male reached into a broken window of a vehicle and attempted to take some items, behind 1234 Main St., Downtown Lounge. Report taken. Unknown if anything was taken.
6:17 a.m. – Caller reported that a male was sleeping in the lobby, 1303 Long St., Sweet Home Post Office. Male trespassed from location.
12:01 p.m. – Caller reported a truck with flat tires had been parked in the street for several months, 400 block of Fifth. Officer contacted the owner and advised him of the complaint. He would work on moving the truck during the weekend.
12:07 p.m. – A Speedy delivery truck was stuck in the driveway, 250 Main St., OK Country Feed. Westbound traffic blocked while the roadway was cleared.
1:29 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1023 Main St., Trash to Treasure. Report taken. Loss valued at $15.
1:34 p.m. – Hunter Sky Banta, 21, arrested of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 1709 Fir St. Caller had reported a male punching his mother in the side.
2:39 p.m. – Caller reported that a hound dog showed up at his residence, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer unable to locate the dog.
3:32 p.m. – Caller reported a stalking order violation, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
5:21 p.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle had been hit on Sunday, Kalmia St. Information noted.
6:47 p.m. – Sweet Home dispatcher located two men’s dress shirts in the lobby, 1950 Main St., Sweet home Police Department. Placed in found property.

9:55 a.m. – Caller reported two large, aggressive pit bulls in the parking lot, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Officer unable to locate dogs.
10:25 a.m. – Caller reported a black Lab impeding traffic, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Officer unable to locate dog.
11:27 a.m. – Marie Therese Ramos, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.
12:24 p.m. – Caller reported two stray puppies, 29th and Long. Placed in kennel and then released to owner.
1:01 p.m. – Deshaun Scott, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Eugene. Transported to Lane County Jail.
1:02 p.m. – Officer located a stray dog, 4000 block of Clark Mill. Officer followed it to a nearby residence. Dispatch was unable to contact homeowners. Dog would not allow the officer near it. Dog remained loose for the time being.

2:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male and female were passed out in an RV, Canyon Creek Road. Officer contacted the registered owner, who was asleep in the vehicle. She advised she was waiting for someone in a nearby residence.
3:21 p.m. – Harvey Michael Kapicka, 31, arrested on Linn County warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, 900 Oak Terrace. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4 p.m. – Jacob Lynn Goodwin, 22, arrested for two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:01 p.m. – Ruth Gaynelle Robbins, 44, cited and released in field for third-degree theft due to having a juvenile daughter with her, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug.
4:45 p.m. – Caller reported a knife in the parking lot, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Placed in found property.
7:58 p.m. – Callers reported a disturbance, 4600 block of Main. One male was assaulted by another male, and his nose was broken. Victim refused medical transport, and neither male wanted to pursue charges. Officer counseled both for their actions.
March 15
12:13 a.m. – Caller reported a truck running with a male sleeping in the driver’s seat, 1400 block of 22nd. Officer contacted the registered owner of the vehicle. He had nowhere to go for the night. He was advised to go on foot if he did leave.
10:43 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of mail at her mother’s residence, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Information noted. Caller given options.
11:04 a.m. – Caller reported a utility cable was down, 4300 block of Long. Officer responded. The line appeared to be a TV cable. Officer cleared the roadway and advised Comcast.
2:24 p.m. – Caller reported that a grandson purchased a skateboard the previous day and then insisted it was stolen. Officer responded. Skateboard seized. Unknown whether it was stolen.
2:40 p.m. – Caller located a counterfeit $100 bill, 4400 block of Live Oak. Item seized.
4:11 p.m. – Makenna Nerese Ashton, 19, cited for dangerous left turn, and Leslie Jean Austin, 34, cite for driving while suspended and driving uninsured in a two-vehicle crash, 800 block of Long. No injuries.
5:02 p.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 25, arrested on Linn County warrants for probation violation on original charges of possession of meth and possession of heroin and for failure to appear. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:16 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had messed with his truck again, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken.
11:28 p.m. – Caller reported an alarm, 2450 Main St., Coffee Hut. Report taken for burglary.

6:04 a.m. – Johnny Lee Stone, 24, arrested for misuse of 9-1-1, 2205 Main St. Cited and released. Linn County Sheriff’s Office had reported a hangup 9-1-1 call.
10 a.m. – Kassandra Leanne Masters, 17, cited for no license and failure to obey traffic control device in two-vehicle crash, Main and 22nd. Vehicle impounded.
10:37 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog is constantly getting out and coming into his yard, 900 block of Grape. The dog tends to be aggressive. Officer responded and provided options to the caller, who would call back if problems continue.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog, 2200 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel and then released to Animal Control.
3:09 p.m. – Caller turned in a scooter left in her front yard, 800 block of Seventh. Placed in found property.
4:17 a.m. – Caller reported that his neighbor has blackberry vines growing up from under the fence, 800 block of 18th. Referred to code enforcement.
6:56 p.m. – Zachary Wayne Martinez, 23, arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing, 1260 49th Ave. Cited and released.
9:03 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated male walked into her house then left on foot toward Long Street, 1100 block of 42nd. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Caller would call back if he returned.
March 13
12:44 a.m. – Lisa Marie Jones, 55, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, behind Spoleto’s and Hilltop Market. Cited and released.
9:18 a.m. – Department of Human Services reported that a child picked up Friday exhibited symptoms of heavy drug use, Maple Lane. The child tested positive for meth, and the child reported smoking marijuana with the father. Report taken.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of his wallet, 400 block of 11th. Report taken.
11:17 a.m. – James Lyle Jeppsen, 71, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device in a non-injury crash, 15th and Main.
1:29 p.m. – Caller turned in found property, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s.
3:26 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent activity related to a previous employer, 1200 block of 37th. Investigation continuing.
4:39 p.m. – Caller reported a travel trailer and a utility trailer parked for a prolonged period of time, 500 block of Fourth. Referred to code enforcement.
9:29 p.m. – Joshua Casey Waddell, 33, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
March 12
2:12 p.m. – Caller said they found a dog that was in bad shape at Clear Lake Campground. It had a broken leg, was emaciated and covered in scars. The call was forwarded to Animal Control for investigation.
March 11
12:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog attacked pigs at her residence, 29400 block of Highway 20. Deputy responded and investigated. The pigs belong to someone else. Two pigs were attacked and injured but did not die. The dog owner does not currently live on the property and was unable to be present to care for the dog. The report was forwarded to Animal Control for further investigation and to work with the property owner, whose care the dog was left in to see what can be done about the dog.
1:20 p.m. – Caller said two pit bulls have been in her carport since last night, 42200 block Ames Creek Drive. The caller said they were growling at her.
March 9
2:08 p.m. – A caller reported that someone purchased a power saw at Jerry’s in Springfield with his credit card. The loss amount is unknown, and the incident is under investigation.
