6:21 a.m. – Caller reported a dog that looked like it had been hit on the sidewalk, 3rd and Holley Road. Dog made its way home. Officer unable to locate owner. Message left for resident.
1:57 p.m. – Warning issued to owner of dogs for chasing chickens, 26700 block of Fern Ridge.
March 21
4:04 a.m. – Zachary Gene Johnson, 29, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis.
5:05 a.m. – Chad Jones, 27, cited for driving uninsured, Main and 19th.
8:24 a.m. – Caller reported that a fight occurred after school on March 20, 880 22nd Ave., Sweet Home Junior High. Officer contacted and warned both parties for disorderly conduct. School and parents handled discipline.
9:11 a.m. – Caller found what he believed was a stolen bicycle and other property, 4700 block of Main. Officer responded. Not stolen. Placed in found property.
9:44 p.m. – Cody Isaiah Milligan, 22, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of criminal trespass, 3000 block of Main.
10:56 a.m. – Caller reported a two-vehicle cash, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Damage less than $2,500. Officer assisted in exchange of information.
11:21 a.m. – Krystal Lee Cowger, 27, cited and released in field for felony driving while suspended, Grape Court.
1:21 p.m. – Broken down vehicle posted for removal, 800 block of Dogwood.
5:18 p.m. – Donald Charles Ackeret, 30, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief and failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1600 block of Long.
5:43 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running loose, 1700 block of Cedar. Dog returned to owner. Owner warned for dog at large.
5:46 p.m. – Caller turned in a bag left at 2414 Main St., Dollar Tree, for a month. Placed in found property.
11:44 p.m. – Cassandra Maria Angulo, 30, and August Charles Borromeo, 40, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrants for second-degree criminal trespass, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s.
March 20
8:44 a.m. – Richard Kintzley, 30, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of heroin and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured; and a 17-year-old juvenile taken into custody on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 3225 Main St. Kintzley transported to Linn County Jail. Juvenile transported to Juvenile Department. Vehicle impounded.
12:52 p.m. – A juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.
1:43 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into a can shed three times over the past seveal weeks, 6000 block of Main. Caller had video. Report taken for criminal mischief and theft.
2:51 p.m. – Skylar James Samson, 28, cited and released in field for possession of meth, 1000 block of 15th.
3:56 p.m. – Tyler Mitchell Mengore, 26, arrested on Marion County warrant for possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 2100 block of Long. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:25 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 1303 Long St., Sweet Home Post Office. Placed in found property.
8:41 p.m. – Kayla Leinaala Garcia, 23, cited for speeding, 1200 block of Main.
March 19
7:53 a.m. – James Mobley, 34, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charges of possession of meth and third-degree escape, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller had reported a male stealing items from location. The male dropped the items, but the caller requested the male be trespassed. Male trespassed from location.
9:16 a.m. – Alexis Youngs, 20, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, 18th and Main. Felisia Pecue, 27, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended. Pecue transported to Lebanon Police Department. Multiple callers had reported a crash.
10:24 a.m. – Caller reported a male driving a silver Chevrolet Impala parked in the caller’s driveway and left on foot, 3100 block of Main. The passenger said the male said he didn’t have a license and a police officer was following him so he ran. Officer unable to locate male. Vehicle towed as a hazard.
10:33 a.m. – Bryer Abram Thomson, 28, arrested on Marion County warrant for contempt of court on a restraining order violation, 49400 block of Quartzville. Deputy had contacted two adults who had set up a camp with a burning campfire in a prohibited camping area.
10:43 a.m. – Caller reported that a male left a syringe, 3100 block of Main. Officer disposed of the syringe.
11:28 a.m. – Christopher Meredith, 31, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reported that a truck took out utility lines and was blocking the road, 3000 block of Main. Officer responded. The lines fell partially into the bicycle lane. The driver was lost and then went on his way.
3:52 p.m. – Robert Kelley, 29, cited and released in field on Albany warrant for contempt of court and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, west city limits.
6:45 p.m. – Timothy Eric Clauson, 34, cited for driving while suspended, Long and 22nd.
7:02 p.m. – Jasmin Lynelle Diaz, 42, cited and released in field for harassment, 1907 20th Ave. Caller had reported a female slapping him.
9:01 p.m. – Darren Wade Botts, 52, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court, 12th and Long.

3:20 a.m. – Caller reported fuel stolen from farm trucks, 26500 block of Fern Ridge.
10:55 a.m. – Obediah Jerimah Teixeira, 39, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released in field.
12:37 p.m. – Caller reported his debit card was stolen March 16 from his unlocked pickup and had more than $1,000 in charges on it, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken.
12:58 p.m. – Demetrius Scott, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.
3:54 p.m. – James Paul Chapin, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of resisting arrest, Curry County.
3:55 p.m. – Officer located a ring in the booking room, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Placed in found property.
7:20 p.m. – Caller repoted dogs continue to run loose in the area, 1400 block of 53rd. Officer responded, contacted a female and warned her for dog at large. She said there was a hole in the fence.

11:02 a.m. – Officer located an empty purse, Northside Park. Placed in found property.
12:53 p.m. – Julie Anne Thompson, 50, cited for speeding, 38 mph in a 25-mph zone, 22nd and Main.
6:30 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his ehicle during the afternoon, 1100 block of Ironwood. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.
7:45 p.m. – James David Stedman, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, Polk County Jail.
8:24 p.m. – Jacob Misha Fein, 25, cited for speeding, Main and Holley Road.
9:15 p.m. – Caller heard an explosion and something landed on her roof, 1700 block of 9th. Officer contacted the caller and checked the area. Unknown what caused the noise.
11:07 p.m. – Caller reported third-hand information that there were gunshots at Sankey Park, 877 14th Ave. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Call may be related to the previous call.
11:19 p.m. – Caller reported his friend was being stalked by someone, 1200 block of 45th. Report taken for telephonic harassment.
March 16
11:25 a.m. – Ryan Joe Holley, 43, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Benton County.
6:52 p.m. – Caller reported a battery taken out of his vehicle, 4600 block of Airport Lane. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.
March 15
10:46 a.m. – Caller found a driver’s license on the ground, 22nd and Long. Placed in found property.
11:38 p.m. – John Mark Taylor, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Lincoln County.
1:07 p.m. – Caller believed she had been scammed, 1800 block of Fir. Information noted.
4:41 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle’s driver and passenger doors were keyed on Feb. 2, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Report taken. Damage more than $1,200.
7:23 p.m. – Officer assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle, Highway 20 and Highway 228. Vehicle towed at motorist’s request.
March 14
8:14 a.m. – Caller reported a pickup with a possible broken axle blocking a lane, 900 block of Main. Vehicle towed, and roadway cleared.
8:38 a.m. – Caller reported a person sleeping in the gazebo, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Police issued a 30-day exclusion notice to two persons, who refused to sign the exclusion notice. One of them refused to accept a copy of the exclusion notice.
8:59 a.m. – Caller turned in marijuana left on a bus, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Seized for destruction.
12:21 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.
1:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male in the neighbor’s yard, 200 block of W. Holley Road. When confronted, the male cursed at the caller and then walked toward town. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate the male.
1:22 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was hit while at City Hall or the Post Office. Officer contacted the caller. Information noted. Damage less than $2,500.
4:32 p.m. – Caller found two dogs in the roadway, 22nd and Long. Dogs placed in kennel.
4:58 p.m. – Caller ran over and then turned in a phone in the middle of the road, west city limits. Placed in found property.
8:32 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking constantly for more than an hour, 1200 block of 49th Avenue. Caller was unable to determine where it was coming from.
