9:27 a.m. – Deputy responded to report of theft and criminal mischief to equipment on Cascade Timber Consulting property, 35600 block Courtney Creek Drive. Damage to CTC equipment estimated at about $1,000. Report taken. Under investigation.

5:06 p.m. – Black Scion speeding in area, ran into a ditch at location, 17th/Dogwood. Alysha Serenity Enhaynes, 18, cited for careless driving.

10:47 a.m. – Deputy took report from Cascade Timber Consulting regarding damage to backhoe equipment, 49400 block Canyon Creek Road.

2:11 p.m. – Caller reported male accessing back of flat bed trailer in 40000 block Mountain Home Drive. Further details unavailable.

6:40 p.m. – Brian Neal Clement, 50, cited and released after turning himself in on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant, 1950 Main St.

11:03 a.m. – Deputies took report for motor vehicle accident that caused significant property damage in 39200 block Crawfordsville Drive. Further details unavailable.

1:59 a.m. – Non-injury crash in 41800 block North River Drive.

7:16 a.m. – Elizabeth Lee Vanden Bos, 36, cited for speeding 43 in a 25, 23rd Ave./Main St.

7:43 a.m. – Caller reported that his stepdaughter slashed tires on his vehicle, 40900 block Highway 228. Report taken for criminal mischief.

10:08 a.m. – Corey Brandon Ford was arrested on an Oregon Department of Corrections warrant for criminal mischief, Oregon Department of Corrections.

10:51 a.m. – Caller reports female shoplifting alcohol. Michelle Leigh Melbye, 49, cited and released for theft, 621 Main St.

12:00 p.m. – Lisa Dawn Johnston, 46, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 4600 Block Main St.

1:26 p.m. – Heather Dean Church, 54, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass, 1300 Block Long St.

2:04 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run. Damage to vehicle estimated at $1,300. Caller did not know when or where it had occurred. Deputy documented the information. 45200 block Wiley Creek Drive.

2:08 p.m. – Timothy Loren Ames, 31, arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, 3137 Main St. Arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of theft and failure to comply on an original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

3:28 p.m. – Linn County dispatch requested officer assist at location for possibly violent female, 1283 44th Ave. Officer responded, female transported to Linn County Hospital by medics.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reports unsecured vehicle entered into, 811 Oak Terr. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and theft. Approximate loss of value $160.

4:48 p.m. – Brad Morgan, 35, cited for unlawful operation of ATV on highway, 1100 Block Main.

4:51 p.m. – Jackie Harden, 25, arrested for failure-to-appear warrant out of Linn County Justice Court. 26000 block 1st Street/Glass Street, Crawfordsville.

5:11 p.m. – Sheryl Feigum, 51, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 1100 Block Nandina. Cited and released for hit and run.

10:35 p.m. – Report of subject fleeing or attempting to elude police officer vehicle, 3200 Block Main. Pursuit terminated after approximately 2 minutes, subject continued eastbound on Main.

Feb. 25

1:55 p.m. – Small pack with miscellaneous clothing, no identification located in 47000 block Highway 20. Taken to Linn County Sheriff’s Office as found property. Report taken.

3:14 p.m. – Caller reports vehicle was entered, 924 7th Ave. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into motor vehicle.

3:37 p.m. – Driver of over-length truck advised he needed to turn back to I-5. 47500 block Highway 20, Foster. Further details unavailable.

4:00 p.m. – Samuel Armstrong Monroe Jr., 43, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Corvallis Police Department.

4:38 p.m. – Nicholas Adam Ames, 31, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief, Lebanon Police Department.

4:48 p.m. – Nicholas Ames, 31, arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct, Lebanon Police Department.

4:56 p.m. – Bryce William McGowan, 37, arrested on Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving with a suspended license, 2240 Nandina St.

5:10 p.m. – Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 31, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, PV & Main. Cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespass.

2:10 a.m. – Tiffany Ann Bates, 20, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft, Albany Police Department.

3:23 a.m. – Rhett Jeremiah Tucker, 25, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft, Redmond Police Department.

11:25 a.m. – Matthew Carl Martin, 30, cited and released for theft and false information. Cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on original charge of criminal trespass, 621 Main St. Cited and released on Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation theft. Arrested on Linn County Circuit warrant for probation violation possession of heroin. Arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

12:07 a.m. – Jonathan Matney, 35, arrested on Linn County Sheriff’s Office felony warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, 1950 Main St. Sweet Home Police Department back lot.

12:55 a.m. – Report taken for attempted burglary, criminal mischief, 4639 Main St. Sweet Home Choppers. Approximate damage value $1,700.

11:47 a.m. – Caller reports someone stole the license plate from her vehicle, 810 Elm St. Officer responded, report taken, approximate value $24.50.

1:04 p.m. – Cody Allen Bowman, 31, cited for failure to provide current proof of insurance, 1400 Block Nandina St.

5:07 p.m. – Catherine Jean Hampton, 30, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of credit card fraud, Clark Mill Rd./railroad tracks.

5:34 p.m. – Caller reports a male kicked in his front door then ran away. Allen Dale Ensley, 32, arrested for criminal mischief, approximate value of damages $200, 1825 Vine St. Arrested on Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for assault and possession of meth.

6:06 p.m. – Caller reported explosions she has heard and felt, coming from Brush Creek area. Deputy explained that Sheriff’s Office has dealt previously with a male who has been asked to explode his Tannerite responsibly with respect to neighbors. 40400 block Holley Heights Loop.

10:23 p.m. – David Michael Schocker, 49, cited and released for disorderly conduct, 6099 Main St. Woods Roadhouse.

11:19 p.m. – Caller reports his vehicle was entered and items taken, 1227 Main St. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and theft, approximate loss of value $25.00.
