1:16 a.m. – Lisa Marie Krisman, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of theft of services, Albany.

1:55 a.m. – Keith Allen Weygandt, 57, cited for no license, 2400 block of Main.

8:28 a.m. – Two-vehicle crash, Fern Ridge and Highway 228. No citations. One driver complained of neck pain but declined medical attention. Drivers were Kristina Alice Mathers, 28, and Jillian Lee Baker, 25.

11:38 a.m. – Willard Wayne Wood, 44, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, 4833 Main St. Cited, held for detox and released.

1:18 p.m. – Caller reported finding two black wallets on a Linn Shuttle bus. Placed in found property.

7:16 p.m. – Henry D. Tucker, 28, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.

March 1

1:46 a.m. – While on patrol, officer located abandoned bike, 5500 block of Poplar. Placed in found property.

10:44 a.m. – Caller reported that the house she is remodeling has been entered and about $400 worth of items taken, 4100 block of Osage. Report taken.

1:03 p.m. – Susan Renee Moore, 45, cited for failure to wear seatbelt, Main near 10th.

1:53 p.m. – Shaw Jerred Valentine, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

4:53 p.m. – Caller reported his bicycle was stolen, 900 block of 15th. Report taken. Bike valued at $300.

6:33 p.m. – Kevin Lee Keeney, 53, cited for operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communications device, Main and Ninth.

6:36 p.m. – Penelope Lee Grey, 67, cited for open container of alcohol, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s.

Feb. 28

9:17 a.m. – Caller reported a basketball hoop blocking the sidewalk, 1100 block of 29th. Referred to code enforcement.

9:19 a.m. – Caller reported trash cans blocking sidewalk, 1100 block of 29th. Referred to code enforcement.

11:38 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of snowboard boots, 700 block of Seventh. Report taken.

2:04 p.m. – Caller reported open storage, 100 block of West Holley, Highway 228. Referred to code enforcement.

2:59 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle has not been moved for a long time, 2300 block of Long. Vehicle posted.

3:23 p.m. – Jacob Hepler, 23, turned himself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

4:14 p.m. – Caller reported her son found a small purse near the lake across from The Point Restaurant. Placed in found property.

4:14 p.m. – Caller reported an older male in his yard with his pants down, touching himself, where the caller and her mother could see it from their front yard, 700 block of Steelhead. Officer contacted the male. His actions did not constitute a crime, but he was warned for public and private indecency.

5:46 p.m. – Kelly Sue Faulconer, 42, turned herself in on a Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

11:25 p.m. – Nicole E. Champeau, 15, referred to Juvenile Department for runaway, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Released to mother.

Feb. 27

8:11 a.m. – Caller reported a couch has been left sitting on the sidewalk for the past five to six days, 100 block of We mst Holley, Highway 228. Referred to code enforcement.

3:02 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her vehicle, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Report taken.

5:17 p.m. – Caller reported that a group of juveniles “jumped” her two children at Husky Field. Report taken for harassment. Investigation continuing.

6:01 p.m. – Caller reported finding a wallet near A&W. Placed in property.

7:33 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a phone, 1200 block of Nandina. Report taken.

7:57 p.m. – Kenneth Ray Faulconer, 20, arrested for parole violation and first-degree criminal trespass, 1201 15th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Feb. 26

10:05 a.m. – Elric Matthew Benson, 19, cited for failure to wear seatbelt, Highway 228.

10:33 a.m. – Dianna Dee Deshazer, 34, arrested on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 1314A Clark Mill Road. Cited and released.

12:43 p.m. – Caller reported he just watched two males tear the fence apart at the Skate Park in order to enter, 1990 Long St. Officer contacted two subjects who had entered the park through an area of fence that had already been pulled back. They were warned for their actions and trespassed from the park.

4:49 p.m. – Caller reported concern that subject building a fence may not know where the propery line is, 1800 block of Cedar. Referred to code enforcement.

5 p.m. – Caller reported receiving counterfeit bills. Report taken and information forwarded to Linn County Sheriff’s Office because the incident happened in the county.

10:12 p.m. – Jason Alexander Dodge, 19, arrested on four counts of first-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Feb. 25

12:51 a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 21, arrested on Lebanon warrants for failure to appear on a criminal citation, contempt of court and probation violation; Linn county warrants for failure to appear on original charges of first degree theft and driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving while suspended, driving uninsured and possession of meth; and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, north of the tracks on 18th. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:26 a.m. – Andrew Michael Deibele, 22, cited for driving while suspended, First and Highway 228.

9:52 a.m. – Caller reported a tractor and trailer parked on the street for four days, 1000 block of 38th. Referred to code enforcement.

10:43 a.m. – Caller reported cats defecating excessively in his yard, 700 block of Mountain View. Referred to code enforcement.

11:52 a.m. – Caller reported that her windshield had been broken during the night, Osage and Sunset. Information noted.

11:58 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered a house, 1900 block of Main. Report taken for first-degree criminal trespass. It appeared that someone has been entering the residence through an unlocked window.

12:02 p.m. – Kristopher Scott Clark, 22, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln County Jail.

2:23 p.m. – Caller reported a subject in a brown and white Dodge truck taking rock for his driveway from the mill property, end of Clark Mill. Report taken.

3:20 p.m. – Shelly Lee Cox, 42, arrested for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.

3:59 p.m. – Vicki Lyn Bauer, 45, cited for failure to wear seatbelt, Long and 13th.

5:07 p.m. – Kaitlyn Rae Carpenter, 15, and Kyra Kay Samson, 15, taken into custody for third-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Released to parents. Total loss was $1.38.

5:31 p.m. – Caller reported new fencing has been destroyed, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Report taken. Approximately $200 in damage to fence.

6:05 p.m. – Nicholas Aaron Tyree, 31, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on a citation and for failure to register as a sex offender, 4804 Main St. Cited and released.

9:40 p.m. – Ryan David Greer, 35, cited for driving uninsured and failure to register vehicle, 1058 Pleasant Valley Road.

10:53 p.m. – John Mark Taylor, 34, arrested for third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief, 2405 Main St. Cited and released.

Feb. 24

3:34 p.m. – Sheila Ann Meacham, 54, cited for failure to renew registration, 12th and Nandina.

5:17 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle abandoned in front of his yard five days earlier, 1800 block of Ulex. Officer responded. Vehicle had been there for about six months and was posted for removal.

6:56 p.m. – John Albert Smith, 68, cited for failure to wear seatbelt, Main near 19th.

7 p.m. – Caller reported someone entered her vehicle within the previous 20 minutes and $226 in cash was stolen, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Report taken.

7:21 p.m. – Linn County

9-1-1 operator reported a hang-up call from the 900 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted a male who said he was the caller. He reported seeing a member of the Ku Klux Klan at another apartment complex in the area. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Officer contacted a family member, who would pick up the male for the night.

8:12 p.m. – Larissa Arstill, 54, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Country Star RV.

8:20 p.m. – Nicolas Hernandez Damian, 33, cited for no license, 1800 block of Long.

10:33 p.m. – Caller reported a dog that had been hit in the middle of the road, 400 block of Main. Officer responded. Dog was deceased. Officer attempted to locate the owner but was unable. Officer put dog in bio-hazard bag and returned to the Police Department with it.

Feb. 22

1:02 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a .38-caliber pistol worth $364, 26700 block of Old Holley. Report taken.

Feb. 19

10:12 a.m. – Caller reported that her friend’s car was stolen from the Holley Market parking lot. Report taken.
