12:43 p.m. – Caller reported he just watched two males tear the fence apart at the Skate Park in order to enter, 1990 Long St. Officer contacted two subjects who had entered the park through an area of fence that had already been pulled back. 9-1-1 operator reported a hang-up call from the 900 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted a male who said he was the caller. He reported seeing a member of the Ku Klux Klan at another apartment complex in the area. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Officer contacted a family member, who would pick up the male for the night.

8:20 p.m. – Nicolas Hernandez Damian, 33, cited for no license, 1800 block of Long.
10:33 p.m. – Caller reported a dog that had been hit in the middle of the road, 400 block of Main. Officer responded. Dog was deceased. Officer attempted to locate the owner but was unable. Officer put dog in bio-hazard bag and returned to the Police Department with it.
