1:12 a.m. – Caller reported that she was dropping off friends, and subjects in a vehicle pulled up and pointed a firearm at them, 1100 block of 2nd. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
1:45 a.m. – Caller reported witnessing someone trying to enter his shed, 1700 block of Fir. Subject was last seen headed east on Fir. Officer checked area. Unable to locate.
3:47 a.m. – Marcus Wesley Hesson, 45, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments.
10:35 a.m. – Caller reported several broken down vehicles were parked in the roadway, 1800 block of 19th. Officer contacted a male, who said they were just there temporarily and would be moved soon. Information forwarded to code enforcement.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole the fog lights from his truck, 4400 block of Live Oak. Report taken. Loss valued at $90.

5:13 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole $20 worth of pop cans from a property, 39400 block of Highway 228. Caller was taking his dog out and caught a vehicle and subject on his property taking items. He followed them to Upper Calapooia Road. Report taken.
9:17 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges on a company account, Rice Logging. Investigation continuing.
11:39 a.m. – Allen Hall, 39, arrested on two Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon. Cited and released.
1:50 p.m. – Caller reported an alarm had been going off at his neighbor’s house for two weeks, 1900 block of 12th. Officer responded. Residence was secured. Unknown if anyone lives at the location.

9:52 p.m. – Caller reported that someone is under her residence with electric drills, and it has been going on for two hours, 1530 Tamarack St, Mountain Shadows. Officer checked the area. No one underneath the house. Ongoing mental issue.
9:57 p.m. – Weston Donovan Thompson, 26, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 22nd and Main. Cited and released.
Feb. 24
9:41 a.m. – Caller reported two men walking into the caller’s house the day before, 43500 block of Wiley Creek. The men claimed to be vacuum salesmen and left when asked to. The caller was advised to call 9-1-1 if something like that happens again.
1:58 p.m. – Caller said she was at a location trying to save a horse that she gave to someone, 28600 block of Santiam Highway. She said the people she gave the horse to did not provide shelter. Deputies called an emergency vet and the horse had to be put down with the consent of the owner.
2:35 p.m. – Caller said a lock was cut off a gas valve and between 10 and 20 gallons of gas were taken, Camp Tadmor. Report taken.
Feb. 23
10:36 a.m. – Caller reported that someone hit and damaged 50 feet of his barbed wire fence during the night, 38800 block of Mountain Home. The vehicle left.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported that someone on Facebook was posting and offering to pay people to beat her up. This started as an argument over marijuana. The caller did not have any contact information on the other person. Deputy advised the caller to block the other person.
7:01 p.m. – Caller said a man took her vehicle during the night. The man was in jail at the time of the call. Report taken. Investigation continuing.
