6:10 a.m. – Caller reported a dog barking and howling all night, 900 block of 12th. Officer contacted resident who was taking care of the dog and having a hard time keeping it quiet but would work on it.
8:54 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole two laptops from a maintenance shed, 900 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $200.
2:20 p.m. – Sheree Lynn Daniels, 64, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis. Cited and released.
3:05 p.m. – Caller found boots and a DVD player in the grass, 1900 block of Main. Placed in found property.
4:08 p.m. – Lisa Marlana Rivers, 44, arrested for possession of meth, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Cited and released. Caller had reported a female handing her money to pay for items, and a little bag with white powder was with the money.
8:18 p.m. – Caller reported multiple people actively fighting, 3224 Main St., South Fork trailer park. Officer responded. Physical altercation between a female and a juvenile male. Conflicting statements from both sides. Report taken and forwarded to Juvenile Department.

10:09 a.m. – David Edward McCracken, 21, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, Gresham. Cited and released.
10:30 a.m. – James Robert Warrington, 37, arrested for contempt of court, 1140 12th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:39 a.m. – Colyn Jay Van Eck, 19, cited for failure to renew registration and failure to carry proof of insurance, Terrace and Seventh.
1:41 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking all the time, 2000 block of Ames Creek. Referred to code enforcement.
5:13 p.m. – Caller reported her purse stolen, 1200 block of 23rd. Information noted.
9:15 p.m. – Caller reported a female acting strangely and going into traffic, Ninth and Oak Terrace. Officer contacted a female who denied walking into traffic. The female and the officer agreed that the female should not carry a firearm. Officer seized firearm for disposal.

7:59 p.m. – Caller reported catching a dog that had been running loose for several days, 800 block of Third. Dog placed in kennel.

12:18 a.m. – James Robert Warrington, 37, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, 2405 Main St., Circle K.
9:51 a.m. – Caller reported that Thriftway has received three checks from a non-existent checking account, 621 Main St., Report taken.
11:20 a.m. – Andrew Leslie Seeger, 57, cited for no license, 4900 block of Main. Caller had reported a subject pulling out in front of his loaded log truck and driving erratically. Officer located the driver of the vehicle. The driver denied the complaint.
11:40 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole several guns and two flat-screen TVs, 1000 block of Fourth. Report taken.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported that the boat ramp at Thistle Creek came apart and damaged his boat. It also threw his daughter out of the boat when it hit. Report was taken.

Eugene May arrested on new charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. Eugene May cited and released due to an injury. May 2
8:56 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two empty 30-gallon canisters, 48200 block of Cascadia Drive. Report taken.
2:45 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor with garbage piled 5 feet high in the backyard, 3100 block of Main. Referred to code enforcement.
2:55 p.m. – Caller reported two mules in the roadway near the intersection, 28500 block of Highway 20.
8:48 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle driving through someone’s yard, Foothills and 29th. Officer contacted a driver who was having mechanical issues. He told the officer he would fix the bark dust.
8:51 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle with a revving engine back in the bushes, Main and 45th. Caller did not know if it was stuck. Officer contacted two males who were trying to pull a motor home out of the brush, and their truck broke down in the process. The officer advised them they wouldn’t be able to tow the motor home because the wheels do not turn.
