12:01 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor’s dogs had been barking for hours, unusual behavior, 1200 block of Nandina. Caller was worried about the welfare of the neighbor. Officer spoke with another neighbor who advised the female was on vacation and has someone checking on the dogs.
2:56 a.m. – Elbert Samuel Hackworth, 57, arrested for third-degree theft, criminal trespass and interfering with a police officer, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.…
