May 1

3:19 a.m. – Thomas Junior Hernandez, 53, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 4500 block of Main. Cited and released.

April 30

1:04 a.m. – Bobby James Mize, 34, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for two counts of disorderly conduct, 4610 Main St.

8:20 a.m. – Lael Knuths Brown, 37, arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, 1146 Ironwood St. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male throwing rocks at his trailer.

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported a duffle bag lying by a telephone pole, 12th and Hawthorne. Placed in found property.

12:49 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dog has been barking nonstop for two days, 1300 block of Quince. Officer responded. Quiet upon arrival. Dog only barked when the officer knocked on the door. Officer contacted a neighbor who has been caring for the dog while the owner is away. No violations or crimes committed at this time.

1:38 p.m. – Andrew Benton Erickson, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, Main Street Market. Cited and released.

5:41 p.m. – Caller found a guitar amp, 1100 block of Elm. Placed in found property.

6:15 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, 1010 Main St. No injuries. No citations.

6:17 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a motor home hitting the mirror of a parked vehicle and leaving east on Main Street, 1439 Main St. Report taken. Damage estimated at $300.

7:39 p.m. – Hunter Areil Ringheimer, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and minor in possession of alcohol, car wash. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:59 p.m. – Laryssa Jean Cox, 27, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct, 1000 block of Main. Cited and released.

11:07 p.m. – Andrew Christopher Jones, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany. Transported to Linn County Jail.

April 29

1:18 a.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Breanna Marie Johnston, 23, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft. Cited and released.

5:10 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs running loose, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Dogs placed in kennel. Animal Control advised.

11:10 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking and howling for the previous hour, 700 block of 27th. Officer located where the barking was coming from. A responsible person arrived and let the dog in the house.

April 28

4:34 a.m. – Casey Rae McDowell, 28, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation on original charges of driving under the influence and failure to use seatbelt and new charges of resisting arrest, assaulting a public safety officer, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and possession of meth, 600 block of Ironwood. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:16 a.m. – Caller reported items stolen, 2000 block of Willow. Report taken. Loss valued at $300.

11 a.m. – Report taken for theft, 1400 block of Nandina. Caller had reported two females fighting.

12 p.m. – Caller reported hit-and-run damage that occurred somewhere in Sweet Home between April 9 and April 15. Report taken. Vehicle had been repaired. Caller reported the offense for insurance purposes.

12:34 p.m. – Kelly Raelynn Hess, 43, arrested for first-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller had reported an employee had been stealing over a period of time. Loss valued at $1,162.

1:59 p.m. – Caller reported a loose aggressive dog in the street, 1400 block of Elm. Dog returned to its backyard area through an open gate. Officer secured the gate.

2:12 p.m. – Caller reported a male curled up in the bottle area and not responding to employees, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer contacted the male and trespassed him at the request of the caller.

2:59 p.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of meth, two failure to appear citations, delivery of meth and Linn County supervisory warrant for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:08 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 29, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for disorderly conduct, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:44 p.m. – Caller reported that someone put gasoline in caller’s diesel pickup, 400 block of Maple. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

4:56 p.m. – Marie Therese Ramos, 36, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

8:20 p.m. – Caller reported that aggressive pit bulls knocked a neighbor child off of his bicycle when they were running loose, Water Treatment Plant off 47th Avenue. Juvenile was injured by falling off the bicycle, not by the dog. Officer contacted the owner of the dog.

9:49 p.m. – Caller reported that her laptop tablet has been missing for about three weeks. Report taken. Loss valued at $550.

11:57 p.m. – Oregon State Police arrested Gerald Lee Stroud, 54, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft. Cited and released.

April 27

7 a.m. – Jason Scott Sylvester, 41, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, Lebanon. Cited and released.

9:28 a.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 28, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 2151 Ames Creek Road. Cited and released.

12:01 p.m. – Caller reported a dog at large, 3100 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel then released to owner.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1023 Main St, Trash to Treasure. Report taken. Loss valued at $5.

2:35 p.m. – Caller reported vandalism, 1200 block of 44th. Report taken.

3:05 p.m. – Caller reported that her boyfriend was hitting her, 800 block of Oak Terrace. Report taken.

5:43 p.m. – Caller reported that her husband, who has a restraining order against him, just drove by her house, 900 block of Grape. Report taken.

6:56 p.m. – Heather Marie Richner, 36, arrested for delivering marijuana to a minor and possession of meth, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Transported to Linn County Jail.

8:32 p.m. – Caller reported finding a small dog, 200 block of E. Holley Road. Dog placed in kennel.

8:48 p.m. – Brandon John Cassidy, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for providing false information to a police officer, Multnomah County Jail.

8:59 p.m. – Anthony Eugene Vrell, 50, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 940 14th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:02 p.m. – Landon Frank Gerard, 41, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Albany. Cited and released.

11:10 p.m. – Matthew James Wood, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court, 300 W. Holley Road, Stonebrook Apartments. Cited and released.

April 26

1:37 a.m. – Caller reported that a male came back and kicked in the front door, 1300 block of 47th. Officer contacted all parties involved. Report to be forwarded to the district attorney.

8:22 a.m. – Caller found a mountain bike in a ditch, 16th and Elm. Placed in found property.

8:50 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Browand, 23, arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charges of first-degree criminal trespass and consuming alcohol in public, 2312 Main St. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male sleeping on the back patio. An officer contacted a male, who had agreed to move along.

9:48 a.m. – Caller found two stray dogs, Green Peter area. Placed in kennel. Animal Control advised.

11:57 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 43, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Coffee Creek Correctional Institution.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a dog was just hit by a car, 5400 block of Main. Officer responded. The dog did not appear to be fatally injured, and Linn County Animal Control responded immediately to pick up the dog.

6:31 p.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s two dogs continuously get out, and one of them growled at her, 1300 block of Nandina Officer contacted the owner and advised him of the complaint. He said he would keep better control of the dogs.

7:50 p.m. – Caller reported a firearm stolen within the past month, 1200 block of 40th. Report taken. Loss valued at $540.

9:11 p.m. – Konane Nicoiulane Leslie, 23, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 900 Oak Terrace.

10:11 p.m. – Caller reported that a cougar had been seen chasing a cat, 4600 block of Main. Officer checked area on foot and was unable to locate any sign of a cougar.

4:47 a.m. – Oregon State Police reported a vehicle blocking the slow lane in The Narrows, Highway 20 west of city limits. Sweet Home officer responded. A vehicle had run out of fuel. Oregon Department of Transportation was able to bring fuel and clear the roadway.

April 25

7:29 a.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dogs bark constantly, 700 block of 10th. Dogs were barking upon officer arrival. Officer contacted both parties. No further action.

8:23 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole fuel and a license plate from a vehicle, 1333 Clark Mill Road, Sunshine Industries. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported persons living in a fifth-wheel trailer, 4000 block of Osage. Referred to code enforcement.

9:32 a.m. – Lisa Marie Magers 36, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of heroin and possession of meth, 300 E. Holley Road. Cited and released.

10:51 a.m. – Caller reported a stray pit bull, 4000 block of Coulter Lane. Dog held in kennel until owners were found.

11:46 a.m. – Caller reported picking up a stray a week ago and keeping it on the back patio, 1200 block of 44th. Animal Control notified.

12:06 p.m. – Caller reported a large black rooster, 2400 block of Harding. Referred to code enforcement.

12:41 p.m. – Caller reported utility lines down, 1300 block of Grape. Comcast notified.

12:54 p.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval, 36, arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office detention order, 4824 Main St. Released to Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Caller had reported a male urinating behind a building.

3:44 p.m. – Caller reported taking a counterfeit $10 bill at a yard sale, 1400 block of Evergreen. Bill seized. Report taken.

5:34 p.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 29, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and trespassed from Sweet Home High School, 1800 block of Long. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male waving around a toy gun.

7:19 p.m. – Christian Phillip Riley, 38, arrested for second-degree burglary, state warrant for parole violation, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass and Albany warrant for contempt of court, 18th and Willow. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a disturbance between two males. One left south on 18th with a vehicle following him.

7:41 a.m. – Caller reported that a male stole her debit card and money from her account, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Report taken.

8:15 p.m. – Caller reported that a male with a restraining order against him drove by his house, 900 block of Grape. Report taken.

11:47 p.m. – Caller reported that a male with a restraining order was trying to get into the house, 1300 block of 47th. Report taken.

April 24

8:44 a.m. – Caller reported that her vehicle was hit and damaged while parked, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.

9:32 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his vehicle, 1000 block of 24th. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card.

9:43 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his wallet from his vehicle, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Report taken.

11:53 a.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 23, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

1:55 p.m. – Caller reported that he chased off a shoplifter, 3229 Main St., Midway Grocery. Report taken. Loss valued at $11.55.

2:54 p.m. – Ross Allen Scott, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County. Cited and released.

6:25 p.m. – Caller reported that someone put graffiti on her building and cut wires to a light, 2300 block of Main. Information noted.

6:46 p.m. – Caller reported that a female stole flowers from her front yard, 1000 block of 12th. Report taken.

6:57 p.m. – Caller reported that someone hit a traffic sign, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Officer retrieved the sign. Oregon Department of Transportation notified.

7:01 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his house and stole his tools, 800 block of 14th. Report taken. Loss valued at $1,300.

10:07 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 44, arrested for third-degree theft and a Linn County warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:17 p.m. – Mary Jane Stouffer, 60, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Jail.
