8:04 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle burglary in 30100 block Fairview Road. Stolen items included two wallets. Estimated loss $150. Report taken.

8:10 a.m. – Caller reported theft of fishing gear and other items from motor vehicle in 30300 block Fairview Road. Approximate value $150. Report taken.

8:14 a.m. – Jamie Daniel Carpenter cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, 22nd & Kalmia.

8:38 a.m. – Caller reported found property in 30300 block Fairview Road. Report taken.

9:30 a.m. – Michael James Adkins cited for driving with a suspended license, driving uninsured and speeding, Thriftway.

1:39 p.m. – Caller reports theft at location, 1251 Wiley Creek Rd. Report taken for second degree theft loss value $400.

4:12 p.m. – James Eugene Richards, 27, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of assault, 1950 Main St.

5:19 p.m. – Caller reported theft from pickup. Wallet and phone missing. 44400 North River Drive.

5:38 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle burglary, 30400 block Fairview Road. Report taken.

10:08 p.m. – Deputy spotted two vehicles in Shea Point rest area. Drivers asked to move on, as park was closed. 6300 block Highway 20.

10:13 p.m. – Caller reports syringe on the ground near location, 6th/Oak Terrace. Officer responded, item seized. Placed in Sharps Container.

May 18

6:43 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle on the track at Husky Field, 1012 22nd Ave. Officer responded, item placed in property.

8:35 a.m. – Earl William Myers, 56, arrested for failure to comply on an original charge of menacing, Salem Police Department.

5:34 p.m. – Austin Alton Wayne Jones, 24, arrested for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

7:17 p.m. – Caller asked to have neighbors trespassed from property in 27800 block Fern Ridge Road due to neighbors allowing others to park on caller’s property.

10:45 p.m. – Multiple callers call in a crash near location, Hwy. 228/Vista Lane. Officer responded, complaint of head injury, nobody transported. Justin Clark, 35, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.

May 19

8:12 a.m. – Taylor Jane Gann, 20, cited for speeding 57 in a 35, Main St./Holley Rd.

9:44 a.m. – Caller reports a male is there that has been trespassed, 1207 Long St. Earl Ryan Dodge, 27, cited and released for second degree criminal trespass. Also trespassed from All Star Pizza.

9:59 a.m. – Caller reported theft of 2008 maroon Pontiac Torrent with Oregon plate 354GNH from 43700 block Wiley Creek Drive. Suspect is known and deputies are attempting to locate suspect and vehicle. Report taken.

10:29 a.m. – Caller received a fraudulent check, 1530 Tamarack St. Officer responded, report taken. Information forwarded to detective for further investigation.

4:55 p.m. – While on traffic stop, officer located female with warrants, 1200 Block 23rd Ave. Amanda Binks, 28, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft. Cited and released on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree theft. Tony Roebuck, 27, cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.

7:08 p.m. – Caller reports juvenile neighbor hit her in the face, grabbed her by the throat and threatened her with a knife, 1530 Tamarack St. Officer responded, 14 year old male arrested for fourth degree assault and menacing.

8:31 p.m. – Barbara Kapicka, 58, of Sweet Home, cited on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant. 27600 block Highway 20/Sun Lane.

8:56 p.m. – Barbara Fay Kapicka, 58, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

9:03 p.m. – Caller reports subjects in burnt RV, 1530 Main St. Officer responded, Dustin Clarneau, 46, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation sex assault and arrested on Albany Cite & Release warrant for second degree criminal trespass.

May 20

3:41 a.m. – James Andrew Linder, 32, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft, Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Breanna Marie Mansell, 27, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft.

5:34 a.m. – Emily Nelson, 20, of Albany, cited and released on warrant, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and speeding, 85/55, 28400 block Highway 20/Dew Road. Report taken.

7:46 a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 28, arrested for driving with a suspended license misdemeanor, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed weapon. Cited for failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failure to obey traffic control device and failure to carry proof of insurance. Arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving X2. Arrested on original warrant for resisting arrest. Arrested on Albany Municipal warrant for third degree theft. Arrested on Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation. Arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for second degree criminal trespass and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X3, unlawful possession of meth and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation X4, and criminal driving while having a suspended or revoked license, violating the basic speed rule and failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation X2. Arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation. Cited and released on all charges and warrants, 14th and Hawthorne.

7:54 a.m. – Deputy assisted individual in accessing their bedroom after they’d locked themselves out. 43300 block Ames Creek Road.

8:12 a.m. – Caller reports graphics card stolen from computer, 1641 Long St. Officer responded, report taken for first degree theft.

9:32 a.m. – Frank Joe Jove cited for driving with a suspended license, Osage and Main.

10:39 a.m. – Deputy responded to report of possible recovered stolen vehicle in 800 block 6th Avenue. Vehicle was confirmed to be stolen out of driveway on Santiam Terrace, Lebanon. Registered owner Tony Martinez, of Lebanon, arrived and took possession. Several items found inside were not owner’s, so deputy transported them to Sheriff’s Office, lodged them in evidence.

5:59 p.m. – Rhett Jeremiah Tucker, 25, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, Salem Police Department.

8:54 p.m. – Michael Burkhart, 39, cited for speeding 44 in a 25, failure to install ignition interlock device and no valid driver’s license, 12th/Nandina.

May 21

1:12 a.m. – Caller reports vehicle is following her, Narrows Eastbound Hwy. 20. Officer responded, performed traffic stop, operator denied following caller. Jeremiah Boast, 20, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation third degree criminal mischief and Albany Municipal Court Cite and Release warrant for false information to police officer. Cited and released in the field.

1:34 am. – Melanie Ader, 33, Sweet Home, cited on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle after deputy stopped to investigate illegal camping in 43900 block North River Drive. She was told to leave the area. Report taken.

12:16 p.m. – Vehicle burglarized in 2600 block Foster Dam Road/North River Drive. Diabetic testing supplies reported missing. Report taken.

4:34 p.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 31, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft and failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespass, Albany Police Department.

May 22

2:49 a.m. – Vehicle struck mailbox belonging to Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. 43100 block North River Drive. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

9:56 a.m. – Burglary reported in 27100 block High Deck Road. Approximately $200 worth of items taken. Report taken.

10:11 a.m. – Anthony Edward Jackson, 39, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft, Corvallis Police Department.

6:23 p.m. – Caller reports female talking to self at location, 22nd/Nandina. Officer responded, contacted female who was having mental health issues, not a person of harm candidate at this time. Female’s family advised and will be sending someone to bring her home. Micaela Gabriela Horning, 27, cited and released on a Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest, eluding police, reckless endangering X3, and reckless driving.

8:28 p.m. – Caller reported cows in the road in 44600 block Old Hufford Drive/Quartzville Road. This area is open range.

11:59 p.m. – Rondel Allen Adams, 30, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third degree theft, Philomath Police Department.
