4:45 a.m. – Caller reported someone entered his vehicle and took things, 900 block of 23rd. Report taken. Loss valued at $519.

9:19 p.m. – Abandoned travel trailer tagged for removal, 49000 block of Quartzville Road.

May 21

9:39 a.m. – Adam Linday, 35, arrested for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, Mobil Station. Cited and released.

10:07 a.m. – Caller reported a crashed vehicle, 24200 block of Brush Creek. No one was with the crashed car. Vehicle towed. Report taken.

10:44 a.m. – Caller reported a theft, 899 Main St., Sweet Home Napa. Report taken. Loss valued at $20.

11:40 a.m. – Christopher Rowton, 50, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 4310 Main St., Herring Auto. Caller had reported a male taking cones from the location. Cones were returned.

7:38 p.m. – Kenith Dell Laster III cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Main Street Market.

8:14 p.m. – Cassandra Kay Dillinger cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Swan.

10:38 p.m. – Catherine Jean Hampton, 30, cited and released in field for theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit card, 2405 Main St., 7-Eleven.

11:41 p.m. – Joey Dawayne Persinger, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for third-degree theft and failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

May 20

12:22 a.m. – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 43, cited for driving while suspended, 22nd and Kalmia.

9:14 a.m. – Caller reported that someone broke in and took a TV, Sweet Home Gleaners. Report taken. Loss valued at $30.50.

11:20 a.m. – Nicolas Scott Warren, 40, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, alley between 10th and 12th.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported a truck and trailer had been parked on the side of the road for an extended amount of time, Wiley Creek and Main. Truck and trailer tagged for removal.

2:39 p.m. – Officer located a cooler in the road, Main and 41st. Placed in found property.

5:20 p.m. – Caller reported money fraudulently withdrawn from an account, 24900 block of Springer Road. Report taken.

6:29 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 18th and Main. Placed in found property.

7:30 p.m. – Norman Wayne Gagnon cited for no license, 1400 block of 53rd.

May 19

12:46 a.m. – Jasmin Lynelle Diaz, 44, cited and released in field for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct, 2405 Main St., 7-Eleven. Caller had reported a vehicle blocking another vehicle and the occupants yelling at each other.

2:11 a.m. – Sara Kay King (McBee), 28, cited for driving while suspended, 1900 block of Willow. Caller had reported a female throwing rocks at her house. Officer unable to locate anyone around the residence. Officer contacted the caller, who did not actually see the person who threw the rocks. She only heard it.

2:42 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a bicycle, 2200 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $80.

8:19 a.m. – Caller reported a crash involving a vehicle and bicyclist, Clark Mill and Main. Report taken. Bicyclist Frederick Cadger, 53, transported to hospital by medics. Driving the vehicle, a Public Works truck, was Donald Sullivan, 56. A citation is pending for the bicyclist for improper use of lanes.

9:36 a.m. – Caller found a bag, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Item seized as found property. Report taken for trespassing and criminal mischief.

4:39 p.m. – Caller reported someone left a bag of trash in a shed, 4536 Main St., Slip ‘n’ Snip. Report taken. Suspect is believed to be a dumpster diver.

6;06 p.m. – Amy Leigh Barnes, 29, cited and released in field on Washington County warrants for probation violation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin, 1900 block of Main.

7:22 p.m. – Christopher K. E. Kauffman, 29, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Corvallis.

8:55 p.m. – Caller reported a male camped out behind his business, and the caller wanted him trespassed, 930 Main St. Officer checked the area. Male gone upon arrival. No sign of any trash left behind. Caller to report back if he returns.

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported a male with a restraining order was attempting to contact her through her Facebook friends, 1800 block of Ulex. Report taken.

May 18

7:10 a.m. – Caller reported drug paraphernalia on the front step to the school, 605 Elm St., Oak Heights Elementary. Officer seized it for destruction.

9:46 a.m. – Caller found a syringe on the sidewalk, 2200 block of Main. Officer disposed of the syringe.

10:21 a.m. – Caller reported that a male cut the lock on a gate, entered U.S. Forest Service property and took a large vice, 51600 block of Highway 20, Cascadia.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reported wood illegally cut from a tree on property managed by Cascade Timber Consulting, 51200 block of Highway 20, Cascadia.

6:34 p.m. – Jason Dodge, 25, cited for driving uninsured in two-vehicle crash, 13th and Main. Second driver complained of head pain from the impact but denied attention. Parties exchanged information.

10:40 p.m. – Phillip Wayne Groff, 22, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 22nd and Main.
