12:25 p.m. – A woman flagged down an officer to report her children missed the bus to school and she can’t find them, 1200 block of Tamarack. Officer checked multiple locations, unable to locate. Woman called and reported they have been found and are riding their bicycles to school.
7:15 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle unable to maintain the lane, almost driving off road, eastbound on Main from 228. Officer responded, contacted operator, no sign of intoxication, male stated he just got off work and is tired.
10:24 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant to Derreck Leo Reynolds, 52, for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespassing.
10:54 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant to Joey Dwayne Persinger, 27, for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
Nov. 3
12:22 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant to Andrew Christopher Jones, 24, for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
2:45 a.m. – Officer located two individuals with warrants on the 4000 block of Main: Franklin Archie Thompson, 46, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct and Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of two counts of meth possession and failure to appear. Anita Pauline Wolfe–Holley, 47, cited and released on a parole violation.
3:05 a.m. – Caller reported a deceased deer is blocking the westbound lane on the 4400 block of Main. Officer responded, animal moved to shoulder, roadway cleared.
8:35 a.m. – Dallas Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Kenneth Dell Laster, 27, for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
9:42 a.m. – Officer noticed a gate at the Mill property was open and a chain had been cut. Report taken, no suspects, Linn County Sheriff’s Office advised of damage and will need to resecure gate.
10:29 a.m. – Caller reported rent money was taken from his wallet, 1700 block of 13th. Officer responded, report taken, approximate loss of value $300.
11:01 a.m. – P&P Timberlake reported a male in the lobby with an active probable cause warrant for criminal mischief. Ashton Lane Robertson, 18, cited and released.
11:52 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors of a vacant residence are using a hose from that location on their property, 900 block of 6th. Officer responded, info noted, caller does not wish to pursue criminal charges, requested neighbors counselled and extra foot patrols in area. Attempted contact with neighbor, no answer, left business card.
12:51 p.m. – Caller reported ongoing issues with neighbors stealing things and siphoning gas from vehicles, 1200 block of 46th. Officer responded, contacted resident who requested male and female be trespassed, and they were.
4:59 p.m. – Timberlake probation officer reported a male with a warrant in the SHPD lobby. Aaron Leopold Lovato, 27, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth.
6:23 p.m. – Kyle Austin Hanscam, 27, turned himself in on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, SHPD. Cited and released.
6:35 p.m. – Caller reported a male who is a felon currently in possession of firearms, 5500 block of Nandina. Officer responded, info noted, will attempt a follow–up with the caller for more details.
7:20 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole his firearm, 1900 block of Willow. Officer responded, info noted, investigation ongoing.
7:23 p.m. – Officer reported someone stole her unemployment check, 4000 block of Osage. Officer responded, info noted, investigation ongoing.
8:17 p.m. – Caller reported her son threatened to come after his cousin with a gun, 1300 block of Tamarack. Officer responded, caller’s son was gone on arrival. Contacted other parties involved, was a verbal disturbance only. Will attempt to locate the son.
11:01 p.m. – Skylar James Samson, 30, turned himself in to SHPD on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft, two counts of meth possession, and mail theft. Cited and released.
Nov. 4
5:06 a.m. – Albany Police arrested Travis Pressey, 42, on a probable cause warrant for assault, menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
12:44 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle high–centered on curb on 2400 block of Main. Officer responded, tow truck able to free vehicle, no apparent damage.
6:21 p.m. – Caller’s girlfriend is trying to bust down the door, 1200 block of 44th. Officer contacted both parties, verbal only, they are going to try to work things out.
8:55 p.m. – Caller reported a transient inside one of the dumpsters on the west side of the building, 621 Main, Thriftway. Contacted subject, who was advised to get property owner permission before getting into dumpster.
11:09 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle just ran into a fire hydrant and then drove off, 54th and Main. Renea Codi Seitz, 42, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Booked, cited and released.
Nov. 5
1:49 a.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 31, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft, 1600 block of Long.
8:10 a.m. – Caller reported female violated conditional release agreement, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Officer responded, report taken, will forward to district attorney for review.
8:43 a.m. – Caller reported a male hit her vehicle as she was backing out in the parking lot of Sweet Home Family Medicine, 679 Main. Officer responded, report taken, damage under $2,500, helped operators exchange info.
11:33 a.m. – Yahama Side By Side repossessed from 1500 block of Tamarack.
12:00 p.m. – Caller requests son be trespassed from location, 1800 block of Fir. officer contacted caller by phone, unknown where male is living currently, will be on lookout for male and trespass him.
4:29 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile was shooting a BB gun at an employee, 4300 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted juvenile and mother, advised them of city ordinance, mother will handle discipline.
6:16 p.m. – Minor motor vehicle accident, 4400 block of Main, drivers exchanged info.
8:18 p.m. – Caller reported boyfriend kicked her out of bed and won’t let her back in bedroom 1200 block of 44th. Child got on phone and said he heard mom’s boyfriend hit her. Officer contacted all parties, will remain separated, non–mandatory arrest, mostly verbal.
9:32 p.m. – Albany Police confirmed stolen vehicle with license plate 752KNQ parked in their city. They are watching vehicle as it appears recently parked. Vehicle later located, unoccupied, both plates still intact and drivable. Victim notified and responded to pick up vehicle.
9:34 p.m. – Albany Police located Alexis Morgan Bowers, 20, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of trespass.
9:58 p.m. – Caller said her brother pulled a gun on her and her boyfriend, 4600 block of Airport. Is inside the house now with caller’s mom and brother’s wife. Report taken to be submitted to district attorney. Varying statements.
11:44 p.m. – Intoxicated male is outside banging on the door and has urinated on sidewalk, 1200 block of Main. Caller is locked up and afraid to go to her car. Officers delayed, caller called back and said the subject left, stayed on phone with dispatch while she walked to the car.
