12:42 a.m. – Joshua Wayne Welch, 29, arrested on Brownsville warrant for failure to appear and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and cited for driving while suspended, illegal alteration or display of plates and driving uninsured, 2400 block of Main.

1:23 a.m. – Caller reported he caught a male attempting to steal items from the caller’s unlocked vehicle, 1800 block of 12th. Report taken.

5:04 a.m. – Lloyd David Lein-ger, 25, cited for speeding, 45 mph in a 25-mph zone, Main and 22nd.

Nov. 18

12:27 a.m. – Officer attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle speeding through the downtown area. The motorcycle crashed west of town on Highway 20. The driver fled on foot. A passenger was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics. Vehicle impounded. Report taken for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

12:27 a.m. – Caller reported that he received a text from his ex-wife’s number, and she has a restraining order against him, 500 block of 3rd. Information noted.

1:53 a.m. – Single-vehicle crash, 38600 block of Highway 228. A pickup went into a ditch. Another vehicle pulled it out, and the operator was able to drive away with it.

2:17 a.m. – Caller reported a dog was barking and she could hear something in her backyard, 500 block of Oak Terrace. Officer unable to locate anything.

3:37 a.m. – A drunken individual was handcuffed by his friends due to his behavior, 26700 block of Rowell Hill. Deputy gave the drunken individual a courtesy ride home.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been parked on the street since the previous week, 900 block of Poplar. Two vehicles tagged for removal.

1:08 p.m. – Caller turned in a counterfeit $10 bill, 2405 Main St., Circle K.

8:48 p.m. – Caller reported a shoplifter, 4824 Main St., Hilltop Market. Report taken.

Nov. 17

8:46 a.m. – Ashlee Flanagan, 30; Richard Stroud, 54; Suzanne Stroud, 59; Mary Tenbusch, 57; Debra Massey; and Burton Burnside, 59, cited for second-degree criminal trespass after being found allegedly camping on private property after they were told to leave, 49300 block of Highway 20. Flanagan arrested on outstanding warrants for probation violation and failure to perform community service, owing 30 days in jail, and transported to Linn County Jail.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported her grandson may have forged a check and her bank account had been emptied, 900 block of Long St. Caller to gather more information from her bank. Investigation continuing.

11:28 a.m. – Caller reported that he was scammed out of $2,800, 2900 block of Foothills. Report taken.

11:39 a.m. – Caller reported a dog running around the neighborhood, Fern and Strawberry. Officer unable to locate.

1:03 p.m. – Rondell Allen Adams, 27, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 1700 block of 9th. Cited and released.

2:20 p.m. – Patrick John Ward, 38, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 435 Oak Terrace.

3:59 p.m. – Caller reported an RV trailer parked on the street for two days, 1600 block of 18th. Posted for removal.

4:39 p.m. – Caller found a dog wandering around the neighborhood, 4400 block of Live Oak. Dog placed in kennel.

5:40 p.m. – Two callers reported outside furniture in the lane of travel, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded. Item removed from the roadway.

9:14 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been spray painted within the past five days, 1200 block of 41st. Report taken.

11:20 p.m. – Caller reported a female in the parking lot trying to get into a vehicle that was not hers, 1234 Main St., Downtown Lounge. Officer contacted the female, who was trying to find the vehicle with her dog inside. She was very confused and possibly under the influence of something. Officer gave her a courtesy transport to her grandmother’s residence.

Nov. 16

5:45 p.m. – Single-vehicle crash, 27500 block of Fern Ridge. The operator of the vehicle reported swerving to avoid hitting a deer.

8:16 a.m. – Caller reported a large piece of steel lying in the road, 2000 block of Main. Officer responded. Hazard removed.

8:18 a.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog was loose, 4800 block of Nandina. Prior to officer arrival, the person reporting called back and said the owner was able to get the dog back inside the yard and was attempting to fix a hole in the fence.

8:40 a.m. – A 15-year-old caller reported he received a phone call from Sweet Home Police Department saying he had a warrant for his arrest, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Officer contacted the caller. The phone call was a prank or a scam. Information documented.

10:27 a.m. – David Spencer North, 40, cited and released in the field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence and Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citation, 1166 18th Ave.

10:28 a.m. – Neil David Vanepps, 30, arrested on state warrant for parole violation, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of felony possession of a weapon, possession of heroin and third-degree theft and Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 925 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:36 a.m. – Darrell Loren Schilling, 50, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for second-degree trespass, 2298 Ironwood St.

11:42 a.m. – Oregon State Police cited Alora Linese Fulbright, 29, on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct.

11:50 a.m. – Caller reported that neighbors were deliberately taking up all the parking areas so her husband cannot park his log truck, 800 block of 5th. Officer contacted both parties involved. Neither were willing to budge on the matter. No one was committing any criminal activity.

12:41 p.m. – Caller reported that a female fell victim to a phone scam and was attempting to get a money order, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded and explained to her that it was a scam. She no longer wanted a money order.

12:54 p.m. – Caller reported that someone keeps stealing her mail, 4200 block of Long. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

1:38 p.m. – Caller reported that an ex-employee had just threatened to shoot up the business, 5301 Main St. Report taken for menacing.

2:10 p..m. – Jamie Crystal Glass, 26, cited and released in field for third-degree theft and resisting arrest, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Caller had reported a shoplifter taking $18.76 in items. Glass trespassed from location.

2:43 p.m. – Caller reported two mean pit bulls in the middle of the street, 1100 block of Ironwood St. Officer unable to locate.

2:45 p.m. – Caller reported that a male took a swing at him with a bat, 1100 block of 18th. Officer contacted both parties. The male advised that he had a bat to protect himself against the caller, who had turned off power to his living area. The male denied hitting the caller with the bat. Both advised to try to avoid each other. Report taken for harassment.

3:18 p.m. – Caller reported she believed a male subject was stalking her and had made threats on her life, 4100 block of Main. Report taken for menacing.

3:26 p.m. – Caller reported a barking dog and two parties yelling at each other, 1100 block of 46th. Officer responded. Both agreed to be civil until one moves out next month.

3:30 p.m. – Caller reported a car rolled across 18th Avenue from the gas station hitting the fence at 1400 18th Ave., McCool Millworks, before leaving. Report taken. Damage to fence estimated at $150. CenturyLink advised.

3:58 p.m. – Caller reported a male driving a van backed into the caller while she was holding her infant, 1540 Main St., Safeway. No injuries. Officer counseled the driver to be more cautious when backing up.

6:19 p.m. – Caller reported a car down in the ravine at Long and Mountain View. Officer contacted the new owner, who said her boyfriend had the vehicle. She was advised it was towed as a hazard.

7:20 p.m. – Caller reported that a male hopped the fence to get inside and then was escorted out, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Officer unable to locate.

8:39 p.m. – Kody Wayne Nunn, 29, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of disorderly conduct, Klamath County.

10:37 p.m. – Brandon James Thomason, 32, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for third-degree theft, Marion County.

11:46 p.m. – Jamie Elizabeth Geiger, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

Nov. 15

9:47 a.m. – Officer located four juveniles, 47th and the railroad trestle. Juveniles put on a bus and transported back to school.

2:17 p.m. – Caller reported that someone may have used her ATM card without permission, 1800 block of Main. Report taken.

2:16 p.m. – Nicholas Ware, 27, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of heroin, 28200 block of Pleasant Valley. Drug detection dog alerted to drugs in a vehicle. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:15 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole multiple items from his shed, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at $400.

4:41 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 24, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of trespass and Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

6:33 p.m. – Caller reported that someone damaged the radio in his vehicle, 2400 block of Long. Report taken. Damage estimated at $25.

6:45 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a fawn was hit and needed to be dispatched, Main and Wiley Creek. Officer located the fawn on the south side of the roadway and dispatched it due to its injuries.

6:45 p.m. – Caller reported a dog barking for the previous two hours, 1300 block of Poplar. Officer responded and did not hear any barking. Officer talked with the owner, who said the dog was usually inside before dark, but the owner had just gotten home and brought the dog inside the house.

Nov. 14

12:48 a.m. – Caller reported two males were in her backyard, 500 block of Oak Terrace. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. Caller did not believe anything was taken.

2:19 a.m. – Jennifer Lynn Harp, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Salem.

5:40 a.m. – Amy Danielle Ward, 35, cited and released in field for third-degree theft. Late entry from Nov. 13.

8:31 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Coiner, 37, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Department of Corrections.

9:30 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of costume jewelry, 1000 block of North River. Caller did not want to pursue charges.

9:52 a.m. – Jordan Scott Carter, 28, arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, state warrant for parole violation, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1220 23rd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail. Stolen vehicle recovered.

1:10 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for several weeks, 1200 block of 4th. Vehicle posted for removal.

1:36 p.m. – Caller reported several trailers were missing batteries, 4300 block of Main. Report taken.

2:23 p.m. – Caller reported her computer was messed up and someone she talked to the previous day was going to take $500 out of her bank account to fix it, 1800 block of Fir. Officer advised caller of options. Information noted.

3:25 p.m. – Caller reported subjects were on the property going through items, 3200 block of Main. Information noted.

3:39 p.m. – Caller reported a battery stolen from an RV, 4691 Main St., Sweet Home RV. Report taken. Loss valued at $75.

4:33 p.m. – Caller reported subjects were sitting at tables outside smoking marijuana, 2000 Main St., McDonald’s. Officer contacted subjects who were smoking tobacco in a glass pipe.

8:37 p.m. – Brian Scott Peterson, 38, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violation) and strangulation,1500 block of 40th Lane. Transportation to Linn County Jail.

Nov. 13

5:20 a.m. – Michael Scott Seiber, 38, cited for driving while suspended, Trailer Villa.

10:48 a.m. – Caller reported he was hit in the crosswalk by a vehicle, 18th and Long. Officer contacted the caller, who wanted insurance information from the driver. The caller did not want to pursue charges.

11:23 a.m. – Caller wanted it documented he was contacted in a credit card scam, 40900 block of Skyline.

11:53 p.m. – Jody Lawrence Maruffo, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Cited and released.

12:02 p.m. – Officer contacted a juvenile who was on house arrest, 2200 block of Main. Probation officer advised. Juvenile released to guardian.

3:57 p.m. – Caller found a woman’s ring, 4200 block of Long. Placed in found property.

3:58 p.m. – Caller reported he was rear-ended, 15th and Main. Parties exchanged information.

8:34 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog, 5400 block of Main. Dog placed in kennel.

8:54 p.m. – Daniel Charles Steiger,33, arrested on Benton County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth and a criminal citation and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 29, arrested on Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of assault and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 22nd and Main. Both transported to Linn County Jail.

Nov. 12

10:43 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two mountian bikes, 27800 block of Fern Ridge. Report taken.

12:07 p.m. – Caller reported his neighbor’s dog was in his yard, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Owner warned for dog at large.

12:18 p.m. – A 14-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

2:14 p.m. – Amanda Marie McDowell, 24, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 12th and Tamarack. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.

4:41 p.m – Caller reported a neighbor with whom she has been having issues drove by and almost hit her child, 1900 block of 20th. Officer contacted the caller and counseled her for leaving her child unsupervised. Officer contacted the driver and advised the driver to slow down around the blind corner.

5:20 p.m. – Caller reported a female camped out in the city parking lot, 13th and Kalmia. Officer contacted the female, who moved along.

7:58 p.m. – Ryan Logan Binks, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln County.

8:54 p.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 20, cited for no license and driving uninsured, and Andrea Michelle Gali, 38, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, driving while suspended and a criminal citation and a Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1200 block of Nandina.

Nov. 11

12:47 a.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 20, cited for no license and driving uninsured, 1100 block of Main.

11:08 a.m. – Donald Charles Ackeret, 29, arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, 1166 18th Ave. Cited and released.

1:59 p.m. – David Spencer North, 40, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original interlock device violation and two original charges of driving under the influence, 1166 18th Ave.

1:59 p.m. – Caller reported a puppy just showed up in the parking lot, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market. Officer contacted the owner and advised her to get a leash and tags.

2:20 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog just showed up at her house, 1200 block of 47th. Owner retrieved the animal prior to officer arrival.

2:23 p.m. – Amanda Marie McDowell, 24, arrested for possession of meth on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 26700 block of Rowell Hill. Transported to Linn County Jail.

4:58 p.m. – Amanda Grace Howser, 44, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lincoln City.

7:42 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 28, arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home warrants for failure to comply on original charge of criminal trespass and failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and two original charges of third-degree theft.

9:03 p.m. – Christopher Andrew Hughlett, 29, cited and released in field on a Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth, east side of Sweet Home High School.

Nov. 10

1:51 p.m. – Dawn Marie Thompson, 30, cited and released in field for second-degree criminal trespass, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Caller had reported a female camped in front of the store yelling at customers.

4:02 p.m. – Caller reported that his neighbor is constantly letting her dog run loose in the trailer park, 4610 Main St. Officer responded. The dog was out upon officer arrival. Officer contacted the owner and warned her for dog at large.

5:05 p.m. – Caller reported a random bike showed up on her back porch, 1200 block of 23rd. Caller held the bike and posted it on Facebook. If not claimed, she would have an officer pick it up.

5:07 p.m. – Caller reported her father was in the process of moving and the people helping him were stealing his things, 1300 block of 13th. Report taken.

5:43 p.m. – Caller found a credit card, 18th and Long. Placed in found property.

6:50 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into his travel trailer, broke a window and stole batteries, 1200 block of 44th. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

7:03 p.m. – Caller reported a cougar was in his backyard and ran east through blackberry bushes, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate.

Nov. 9

8:53 a.m. – Caller reported someone got into a truck box and tried to take items, 1099 Long St., Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. No items taken.

10:57 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was off the roadway crashed into a tree, 2400 block of Ames Creek. Report taken. Vehicle was to be removed by a family member.

11:04 a.m. – Akasha Jean Elizabeth Davis, 25, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 400 block of 5th. Two callers had reported a dog loose in the area.

1:19 p.m. – Caller reported a fuel tank stolen, 1700 block of 12th. Report taken. Loss valued at $60.

4:51 p.m. – Sweet Home police assisted Lebanon police in stopping and recovering a stolen 2007 Dodge Van headed toward Sweet Home.

10:40 p.m. – Caller reported a female was banging on his residence, requesting he call the police and stating that someone was taking photos of her residence, 3224 Main St., South Fork manufactured home park. Officer unable to locate female o anyone else in the area.

11:16 p.m. – Caller found a leg bone on the sidewalk, 23d and Main. Officer responded. Animal leg was probably a deer. Oregon Department of Transportation advised.
