4:06 p.m. – Joshua Dawson arrested on a warrant for probation violation, 40100 block of Highway 228.

6:23 a.m. – Caller reported a burglary, 26000 block of 2nd, Crawfordsville. Report taken.

Nov. 2

5:41 a.m. – Keith Newsome, 34, and Amanda Taylor, 28, cited for second-degree criminal trespass after allegedly driving into a tank trap while trying to access property managed by Cascade Timber Consulting. Newsome also arrested on three warrants for parole violation.

Nov. 1

1:10 a.m. – Timothy Loren Ames Jr., 29, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, 12th and Spruce. Cited and released.

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported a theft, 800 block of 43rd.

11:53 a.m. – Lucas Zoon arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving, 28200 block of Pleasant Valley.

Oct. 31

2:32 a.m. – Caller reported that a male entered his residence through the front door, 200 block of 10th. Caller confronted him with a firearm, and the subject ran out of the residence. Report taken.

8:28 a.m. – Caller reported a Jones Well Drilling van, a white 2001 Chevrolet Astro, taken during the night, 29400 block of Highway 20. Company graphics are visible on nearly all body panels. Report taken.

9:29 a.m. – Keegan William Sassaman, 18, cited for driving uninsured, 300 block of Holley.

11:33 a.m. – Stanley Edward Gray, 55, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, Linn County.

12:26 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole a jump start kit, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. Report taken.

12:47 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle stolen out of Sweet Home and recovered in Portland, 2500 block of Long. Items that don’t belong to the owner were left in the vehicle. Officer seized the items.

1:24 p.m. – Caller reported a single-vehicle crash, 24000 block of West Brush Creek. No injuries. No citations.

2:34 p.m. – Caller reported a sex offense, 28600 block of Highway 20. Report taken.

3:35 p.m. – Caller reported her medication was placed in the wrong post office box and taken, 400 block of 8th. Report taken. Loss valued at $10.

4:08 p.m. – Randy Dale Ensley, 54, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

4:39 p.m. – Caller found a dog wandering loose, 1200 block of Nandina. Dog placed in kennel. Photo posted on social media.

5:23 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was hit at the light at Main and Highway 228. The other vehicle left west on Highway 20. Report taken for hit and run.

5:44 p.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Daggett, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Lebanon.

6:28 p.m. – John Thomas Gordon, 47, arrested on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Deschutes County.

6:48 p.m. – Caller reported a dog was barking for an hour and a half, 1100 block of 24th. Officer responded. Quiet upon arrival. No answer at the residence.

8:59 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 30, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and an Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of alcohol, and Konane N. Leslie, 24, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of driving while suspended and probation violation and a Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, 1745 Long St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Oct. 30

3:01 a.m. – Zachary Guy Richmond, 25, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of harassment by Oregon State Police.

5:25 a.m. – Caller reported an alarm, 1331 Main St., Steven Hanscam CPA. Report taken for burglary.

8:55 a.m. – Megan Breann, 28, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of harassment, Multnomah County Jail.

11:55 a.m. – Caller reported a two-vehicle crash, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Parties exchanged information. No citations. No injuries.

12:36 p.m. – Caller found a stray dog, milepost 56 Highway 20. Placed in kennel.

4:21 p.m. – Caller reported seeing a cougar, 1100 block of 42nd. Officer unable to locate.

7:54 p.m. – Caller reported a dog had been barking for hours, Evergreen and W. Pine. Officer checked area on foot. Unable to locate any barking dogs.

8:44 p.m. – Caller reported a purse stolen from a vehicle, 1200 block of Long. The doors were locked, but the windows were left down a crack for a dog. Investigation continuing.

Oct. 29

8:11 a.m. – Caller reported that someone went four-wheeling in his front yard during the night, 4600 block of Kalmia. Minimal damage to a corner of the property. Investigation continuing.

10:17 a.m. – A 14-year-old juvenile referred to Juvenile Department for minor in possession of tobacco.

11:26 a.m. – Caller reported his neighbor intentionally ran over his dog, 1800 block of Cedar. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

1:28 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent charges to her bank account, 40700 Country Lane. Report taken.

1:46 p.m. – Caller reported a bottle of medicine in the drinking fountain at the Post Office, 1303 Long St. Property seized for disposal.

2:32 p.m. – Caller reported a customer drove off without paying for fuel, 890 Main St., Towne Pump. Report taken. Loss valued at $8.

3:31 p.m. – Caller reported his daughter saw a cougar in the area of 12th and the railroad tracks. Officer unable to locate.

4:03 p.m. – Caller reported cashed checks returned for insufficient funds, 25000 block of West Brush Creek. Report taken.

4:12 p.m. – A Linn County Circuit Court judge reported that a female advised that she was a caretaker for an elderly female and that she would be without care while she was incarcerated, 5200 block of Main. The caller requested an officer check on the elderly female. Officer contacted the female’s mother who advised that she was lying and that she uses this excuse to try to get out of trouble. There was no female needing care.

4:56 p.m. – Caller reported two dogs at large, 300 block of 12th. Officer unable to locate.

9:28 p.m. – Caller reported that a male against whom she has a restraining order was texting her and saying he was going to come to her residence. Report taken.

9:31 p.m. – Caller reported a window in her home had been broken, 43700 block of Wiley Creek. Report taken.

9:44 p.m. – Caller reported she may have hit a small dog, 4000 block of Long. Officer responded. Dog returned to owner.

10:57 p.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 24, arrested for restraining order and attempting to elude a police officer, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Oct. 28

10:21 a.m. – Kenneth Lee Jones, 28, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass by Oregon State Police.

11:16 a.m. – Benny Murphy, 78, arrested for fourth-degree assault and physical harassment, 40800 block of Highway 228.

11:26 a.m. – Caller reported that her ex-husband’s girlfriend keeps calling and texting her after she has repeatedly asked her to stop, 1200 block of 45th. Report taken for telephonic harassment.

11:53 a.m. – Dusty Logan McWilliams, 25, cited for driving uninsured, 18th and Main.

12:44 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog showed up at his residence, 4300 block of Nandina. Dog placed in kennel.

3:54 p.m. – Caller reported a criminal mischief, 1200 block of Main. Report taken.

8:52 p.m. – Caller reported that someone took bags of cans and ran, 4400 block of Airport. Officer responded and located the bags of cans west of the property. Unable to locate the suspect. Report taken.

Oct. 27

1:43 a.m. – Colby James Decleve, 24, cited for driving while suspended, and Kendra Lynne Montoya, 20, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of heroin, three Linn County warrants for probation violation and Lebanon warrants for contempt of court and probation violation on original charges of third-degree theft and failure to appear and for failure to appear on a criminal citation, Flannigan off Clark Mill. Montoya transported to Linn County Jail.

11:26 a.m.- Caller moved and her previous landlord was not allowing her to get her vehicle out of a storage unit, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Investigation continuing.

12:46 p.m.- Caller reported that her neighbor’s dogs try to attack her every time she gets her mail, 1100 block of 4th. Officer contacted a juvenile and advised her of the complaint. She said she would let her parents know and that they would be watching the dogs more closely.

1:56 p.m. – Natalia Gerai Arroyo, 18, arrested for hit and run, 15th and Main. Cited and released.

3:19 p.m. – Sweet Home K9 unit deployed for an Oregon State Police traffic stop, 13th and Nandina. Dog alerted to drug paraphernalia and residual substances.

5:16 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles were beating the playground equipment with a bat, Ashbrook Park. Officer contacted two juveniles who admitted to striking the slides with a bat. Unable to locate any damage to the equipment.

5:23 p.m. – Caller found a purse at the bus stop, 13th and Kalmia. Placed in found property.

5:31 p.m. – Caller found a makeup box, 1641 Main St., Sweet Home High School. Placed in found property.

8:42 p.m. – Officer located two bicycles and golf clubs in Sankey Park. Placed in found property.

8:42 p.m. – Cory Michael Lostritto, 31, arrested on Crook County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, 44th and Live Oak. Transported to Linn County Jail. Caller had reported a male lying in the mud with his feet in the roadway.

9:03 p.m. – Caller reported her phone was lost at Subway. Officer checked the last location where it was tracked. Unable to locate. Report taken. Loss valued at $600.

Oct. 26

7:13 a.m. – Caller reported a back porch light was on and a shed door open at a neighbor’s residence, 1700 block of 9th. The neighbor was not home. Officer secured the shed. The residence was secure.

9:27 p.m. – Richard Francis Burnside, 28, cited for driving while suspended, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, Linn County Justice Court warrants for three counts of failure to appear and Lebanon warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and failure to appear on a criminal citation, 1500 block of Tamarack. Cited and released. Brandon Freeman, 24, arrested on a parole and probation detainer. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:43 a.m. – Richard Allen Belanger, 55, cited and released on Albany warrant for second-degree theft, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart.

10:46 a.m. – Caller reported household garbage dumped in a park trash can, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park.

10:52 a.m. – Jennifer Marlene Robertson, 44, turned in himself on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

10:56 a.m. – Bryce William McGowan, 35, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, probation violation and failure to appear on a citation, Clackamas County warrant for providing false information to police and a Marion County warrant for second-degree burglary and cited for driving uninsured, 1810 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail. Vehicle impounded as evidence.

2:06 p.m. – Darrell George Berrigan, 46, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County.

4:55 p.m. – Caller reported his wallet stolen, 1100 block of 43rd. Report taken for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of mislaid property. Loss estimated at $1,000.

5:18 p.m. – Caller reported he was assaulted and the caller was leaving town, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Caller uncooperative in filing a report. Officer attempted followup. Information noted.

6:44 p.m. – Russell Earnest Barley, 72, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

7:24 p.m. – Andrew Benton Erickson cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon.

10:15 p.m. – Officer located a portable toilet knocked over at Northside Park. Report taken. Public Works advised.

10:41 p.m. – Bryce Taylor Keenon, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft, 1234 Main St., Downtown Lounge. Cited and released.

11:58 p.m. – Joseph Gene Salley, 46, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
