10:01 p.m. – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of her house, 1500 block of 52nd. Officer contacted the registered owner of the vehicle. The owner was just passing through and stopped there to sleep. Officer asked the subject to move along.

2:53 a.m. – Kristopher Scott Clark, 25, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of third-degree theft and probation violation, 18th and Yucca. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.
6:32 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in the lobby, 1303 Long St., Sweet Home Post Office. Officer responded. The male had already left. Caller requested the male be trespassed. Officer planning to watch for the male to trespass him.
6:50 a.m. – Caller reported a subject sleeping in the doorway, 3031 Main St., Sweet Home Gleaners. Officer contacted the subject, and he moved on.
8:53 a.m. – Caller reported finding a purple gym bag in the gazebo, Sankey Park. Officer responded. The property appeared to have been pulled from a garbage can just to make a mess. Parks personnel disposed of the property.
11:08 a.m. – Caller reported that a neighbor’s dogs are running loose again because they left their gate open. Officer contacted owner, who advised the dogs had not been outside.
1:10 p.m. – Caller reported a car taken from the car lot, 1801 Main St., All-Star Auto. Report taken.
2:12 p.m. – Caller reported trailer ramps in the street, 700 block of Elm. Referred to code enforcement.
3:12 p.m. – Caller said he believes there was a transient camp set up near the Water Treatment Plant, near 1500 47th Ave. The caller could see a vehicle and blue tarp in the woods. Officer located an abandoned vehicle and a camp that also appeared long-abandoned. Officer planned to contact the registered owner of the vehicle.
4:58 p.m. – Caller reported a suspicious vehicle had been parked for four days, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Officer unable to contact registered owner. If unable to contact owner by the following day, then the vehicle was to be posted for removal.
8:31 p.m. – Caller reported his bicycle rims stolen, 1800 block of Vine. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.
9:36 p.m. – Caller reported that a juvenile stole meat, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.

2:35 p.m. – Caller turned in keys she found around Liberty Road. Placed in found property.
3:22 p.m. – Caller reported that she has a restraining against a male who sent two males to her residence while he waited in his vehicle, 2200 block of Long. Report taken.
3:52 p.m. – Linn County dispatch reported a 9-1-1 hang-up call, 1300 block of 47th. The dispatcher tried to call back. Someone picked up the phone and then hung up. The dispatcher could hear a male yelling in the background. Officer responded. Report taken for first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery and third-degree assault. Investigation continuing.
4:09 p.m. – Caller reported that someone tried to run another subject over with a vehicle and said the subject had a rifle, 3700 block of Green River. Report taken for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree assault, failure to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person and reckless driving.
11:52 p.m. – Officer located a male who had been hit by a car and may have had a broken arm, 3200 block of Main. Male refused to go to the hospital and moved along. A car had swerved toward the male, who was riding a bike. The vehicle never hit the male, but it caused him to fall from the bicycle.
