Nov. 16

7:23 a.m. – Aaliya Jordan Brog-Ruggiero, 17, cited for speeding, 51-35, Main and Clark Mill.

10:23 a.m. – Keith Allen Smith, 51, arrested on Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a citationa nd for probation violation and cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2230 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail. Vehicle impounded.

11:55 a.m. – Donald Wayne Ames, 52, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Cottage Grove.

Nov. 15

8:56 a.m. – Caller reported a gun, purse and cigarettes stolen from her vehicle, 1100 block of 43rd. Report taken.

1:58 p.m. – Joseph Rafael Gutierrez, 32, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of third-degree assault and Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, Main near 23rd. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:34 p.m. – Tobe Ray Bollier, 35, Oregon State Police arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence. Cited and released.

6:38 p.m. – Caller reported that someone left an animal skull in front of his gate, 1000 block of 13th. Officer responded. Cow skull discarded at location. No crime.

Nov. 14

5:12 p.m. – Hailee Jo Smith-Daggett, 22, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation, 12th and Nandina. Cited and released.

6:29 p.m. – Gerald Lee Stroud, 53, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and Linn County warrant for contempt of court, 4000 block of Long. Transported to Linn County Jail.

11:34 p.m. – Caller reported a male passed out on the sidewalk, 500 block of Oak Terrace. Officer responded. Male moved on.

Nov. 13

10:14 a.m. – Caller reported syringes in the trees by Northside Park. Officer unable to locate.

10:27 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole a credit card from another person and used it to give cash to another subject, All Star Pizza. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

1:10 p.m. – Ronald Kolbee Credille, 19, cited for driving while suspended and failure to carry proof of insurance, First and Nandina.

2:42 p.m. – Two-vehicle crash, 13th and Main. No injuries. No citations.

7:29 p.m. – Mason William Monroe, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

7:46 p.m. – Caller turned in brown prescription glasses found near Ames Creek Road and Surrey Lane. Placed in found property.

Nov. 12

10:02 a.m. – Caller reported receiving a baggie of marijuana attached to a business card that was delivered to a business in town. Investigation continuing.

11:34 a.m. – Keith Andrew Blondin, 28, cited for no trailer lights and failure to register vehicle, and Hunter Areil Ringheimer, 22, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation, 1500 block of Main.

12:16 p.m. – William Ernest Cockrell, 53, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation, Les Schwab. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

12:55 p.m. – Davy Anthony Phillips, 43, cited on Linn County warrant for possession of meth, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

2:19 p.m. – Caller reported that someone backed into her vehicle, 1300 block of 18th. Officer assisted with information exchange. No citations. No injuries. Minor damage.

4:18 p.m. – Joshua Clinton Edwards, 26, cited for driving while suspended, 19th and Main.

5:05 p.m. – Ervin Larry Smith, 62, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 18th and Grape.

5:21 p.m. – Gay Lynn Wagner (AKA Estep), 45, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrants for contempt of court on original charge of probation violation and failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and cited for driving while suspended and third-degree theft, Main and 22nd.

6:13 p.m. – John Matthew Fassler, 51, cited for failure to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk, causing an accident, 15th and Long. Female and son transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by private vehicle.

8;12 p.m. – Daniel Alexander Pope, 42, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of recklessly endangering another person, Linn County. Cited and released.

11:18 p.m. – Alarm reported, 3200 block of Main. Officer located a broken window. Report taken. Damage estimated at $340.

Nov. 11

7:49 a.m. – George Wilhelm Drexler, 69, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended, 1250 Nandina St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

9:32 a.m. – Caller reported repeated phone calls in the middle of the night, 900 block of Long. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

4:48 p.m. – Caller reported someone broke into his vehicle, 4300 block of Long. Report taken.

8:54 p.m. – Sydney Ellene Nichol, 16, cited for illegal U-turn resulting in a motor vehicle collision, and Brandon Earl Clark, 28, cited for driving uninsured, 53rd and Main. No injuries.

Nov. 10

12:32 a.m. – Caller reported his tires were slashed within the last 15 minutes, 1100 block of 29th. Report taken.

8:29 a.m. – Caller reported a male stealing beer, 1306 Main St., Main Street Market. Report taken. Loss valued at $3.04.

8:42 a.m. – Caller reported a sidewalk has been torn up, and the residents aren’t fixing it, 12th and Ironwood. Referred to code enforcement.

8:44 a.m. – Caller reported miscellaneous garbage and debris strewn all over the yard, 1700 block of Tamarack. Referred to code enforcement.

9:09 a.m. – Richard Guy Tagen, 26, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, Lebanon. Held at Lebanon Police Department on local charges and to be transported to Sweet Home Municipal Court on Nov. 19.

12:45 p.m. – Fourteen-year-old male taken into custody for third-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Released to parents.

3:01 p.m. – Shawn Michael Gali, 37, arrested for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

4:25 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen, 2200 block of Larch. Report taken. Loss valued at $500.

6:20 p.m. – Shannon Marie Richards, 42, turned in herself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

Nov. 9

2:13 a.m. – Keith Wayne Wolfe, 39, turned in himself on a state warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

8:23 a.m. – Michael Lee Winfrey, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of third-degree escape, third-degree theft, third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree escape, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

10:12 a.m. – A trailer filled with garbage that had previously been posted was impounded, 1300 block of 19th.

10:40 a.m. – Caller reported someone camping on her property, 1800 block of Vine. Report taken.

10:46 a.m. – Abandoned green Ford Ranger with no plates posted for removal, 1300 block of 19th.

11:06 a.m. – Michelle Kimberly Ray, 25, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant (owes five days in jail), Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended and new charge of possession of meth, 12th and Redwood. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:49 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of checks and possible elder abuse, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Information noted.

4:26 p.m. – Caller reported a male putting candy in his pocket and leaving when confronted, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Report taken. Loss valued at $1.99.

5:45 p.m. – Caller reported a violation of school bus flashing lights, Main and Clark Mill. Letter sent to registered owner.

6:06 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the caller’s vehicle while inside Skyline Inn Restaurant, 2425 Main St. Report taken.

Nov. 8

2:36 a.m. – Matthew Charles Nill, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on two counts of third-degree theft, Salem. Cited and released.

3:37 a.m. – Caller reported a wallet full of money stolen from Circle K, 2405 Main St. Report taken. Loss valued at $700.

1:02 p.m. – Lester Lee Hendrix Jr., 40, cited and released in field for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 2200 block of Long.

1:38 p.m. – Caller reported a male just tried to steal her jewelry box full of jewelry, 4100 block of Long. Report taken.

2:01 p.m. – Sixteen-year-old male taken into custody for harassment, 2263 Harding St. Transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention Center.

6:26 p.m. – Christopher Hoyt Cline, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft, Albany. Cited and released.

Nov. 7

8:50 p.m. – Brandilynn R. Lovik, 19, cited for no license and improper display of stickers, A&W.
