2:45 a.m. – Chara Mae Tagen, 24, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft and identity theft, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Cited and released.
9:40 a.m. – Caller brought in video of subjects trying to break into a vehicle, 11th and Cedar. Information noted.
10:53 a.m. – Caller requested extra patrol because her daughter’s vehicle continued to be egged, 1800 block of Elm. Posted in Police Department log.
12:01 p.m. – Anthony Justin Zib, 39, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Clackamas County warrant. Cited and released.
3:50 p.m. – Richard F. Burnside Jr., 26, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and improper display of validation stickers, Northside Park.
4:23 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles with long poles destroying the football turf, Husky Field. Officer contacted juveniles but was unable to locate damage to the turf. The juveniles admitted to accidentally knock off a piece of trim from one of the sheds. The piece was already loose.

10:29 a.m. – Michael Edward Potts, 64, cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended and Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court, 890 Main St. Caller had reported a crash in the parking lot and advised the other driver did not have a license.
1:27 p.m. – Caller reported that a female claimed the caller’s dog attacked her and that she would call the police if the caller did not pay her $100, 3000 block of Main. Information noted.
3:11 p.m. – Caller reported a male assaulted him, 4100 block of Osage. Report taken.
8:53 p.m. – Caller reported Christmas lights taken from his yard, 1200 block of 44th. Report taken. Loss valued at $59.
9:45 p.m. – Alex Gabriel Porter, 23, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and new charges of driving under the influence and misdemeanor driving while suspended and cited for careless driving, Foster Dam Road. Cited and released. Caller had reported a pickup parked in the middle of the road. It appeared to be abandoned. A second caller reported his friend wrecked his vehicle and they left the scene. A third caller reported wrecking his pickup about a half hour earlier. Vehicle impounded.

1:03 a.m. – Samuel Armstrong Monroe Jr., 39, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1100 block of 26th. Cited and released.
12:49 p.m. – Caller reported vehicles backed into each other in a parking lot, 3700 block of Long. Officer assisted in exchange of information.
1:29 p.m. – Kristy Lynn Keenon, 37, cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. License plate seized from vehicle.
3:11 p.m. – Caller brought in a dog he found, Sweet Home area. Dog placed in kennel, and dog control notified.
4:35 p.m. – Linda May Massey, 57, arrested for driving under the influence in two-vehicle crash, 6400 block of Main. Cited and released. Vehicle impounded.
4:37 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen from a shop, mill property off 47th Avenue. Report taken. Officer spoke with both parties, who had different stories. Investigation continuing.
5:53 p.m. – Caller reported his stepson was bitten by a dog, 2000 block of Long. Report taken. Dog quarantined for 10 days.
6:13 p.m. – Trammel Pablo Scott, 56, arrested on Marion County warrant for misdemeanor driving while suspended and on new charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and misdemeanor driving while suspended, 6300 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail. Vehicle impounded. Caller had reported a male stealing tools from a tool box then driving into a ditch.
7:53 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into the concession stand, Husky Field. Report taken. Loss valued at $100.

1:24 a.m. – Christopher Paul Hanson Eilers, 25, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1015 Seventh Ave. Cited and released. Caller had reported loud music and people talking loudly. They agreed to keep it down for the rest of the night.
6:04 a.m. – Caller reported that a dog ran out and tried to bite him as he was walking his down on the sidewalk. Officer attempted to contact the owner, but there was no answer.
6:11 a.m. – Caller reported a male who had been trespassed at location, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
8:31 a.m. – Caller found a bicycle, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Placed in found property.
10:18 a.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 26, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for probation on original charge of possession of heroin, 18th and railroad tracks. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:57 a.m. – Helen Jo Moak, 58, cited for driving uninsured and driving while suspended, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller had reported males fighting after one backed into the other male’s car. No injuries.
1:17 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle had been parked on the street for several weeks, 4100 block of Osage. Officer contacted a male at the residence who advised that the vehicle belongs to a female who lives there. He denied the vehicle had been parked there for an extended period of time.
1:36 p.m. – Caller reported two juveniles stealing items, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Caller had video of the juveniles. Officer contacted the caller, who did not want to pursue charges. Juveniles trespassed from the store.
1:54 p.m. – Kenneth Lee Hal-verson, 21, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, Upper Sankey Park. Cited and released.
3:40 p.m. – Caller reported open storage, 5900 block of Nandina. Referred to code enforcement.
4:52 p.m. – Caller reported his ex-girlfriend stole money from his account, 1200 block of Linden. Report taken.
8:47 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor ran over her trash cans and left, and the incident was on video, 800 block of Poplar. Officer contacted the driver, who was impaired. The driver admitted to having several drinks after returning home. Officer advised the driver of the complaint and told the driver to slow down and be careful.

1:39 a.m. – Richard Lee Curtis, 46, cited for switched plates, The Point.
10:02 a.m. – Caller reported the fence around the nursery was cut, 1244 Long St., Santiam Feed. Report taken.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported that two aggressive dogs tried to attack her chickens, 1100 block of Fourth. Officer unable to locate dogs but would attempt to locate owner.
11:09 a.m. – Patricia Jean Seleen, 53, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance, 1254 Fourth Ave.
11:56 a.m. – Steven Scott Sims, 34, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
2:05 p.m. – Caller reported a rooster crowing all day, 1200 block of Fourth. Referred to code enforcement.
2:08 p.m. – Caller reported that a student may have been drinking, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken for minor in possession of alcohol.
5:33 p.m. – Caller reported a motor home parked at Elm Street Baptist Church, 1150 Elm St. Officer responded. A note in the vehicle stated that it ran out of fuel. Officer planned to keep an eye on it.
7:54 p.m. – Caller said his Chevy Tahoe was stolen, 30800 block of Sodaville Road. Report taken.

12:01 a.m. – Caller reported a male trying to climb on top of Santiam Drug, 1530 Main St. Officer contacted a male who admitted to climbing a post to grab a hacky sack from the roof. He denied being on the roof.
8:29 a.m. – Officer located a vehicle parked in violation of city code, 600 block of 14th. Vehicle posted for removal.
9:31 a.m. – Caller reported his bicycle stolen, 1200 block of 47th. Report taken.
10:45 a.m. – Caller reported a juvenile stole items from the store, and the caller had recovered the items from the juvenile’s backpack, 1501 Main St., Speedee Mart. Report taken.
11:42 a.m. – Caller reported a pistol and binoculars stolen from her truck, 5300 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $350.
12:53 p.m. – Smile Keepers reported that someone altered a prescription for medication and attempted to fill it at Bi-Mart, 1980 Main St. Information noted.
3:36 p.m. – Caller reported dogs attacked and killed a cat, 1100 block of 43rd. Information noted.
4:13 p.m. – Caller reported a male with gun was threatening her, Hilltop Market. The caller refused to give dispatch her name and hung up the phone. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate. Officer spoke with a neighbor in the area who said the caller left prior to officer arrival and that the argument was verbal only. The caller called back again and said the officer went to the wrong house. The caller still refused to give her name and hung up the phone. Officer responded to the location given by the caller. The resident there said the male stopped by to borrow a car battery. The caller and male subject were arguing.
7:08 p.m. – Weston Donovan Thompson, 25, arrested on Linn County warrant for contempt of court and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court, 2228 Larch St. Cited and released.
7:52 p.m. – Shawna Ray Harden, 22, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 2228 Larch St. Cited and released.
10:41 p.m. – Caller reported that someone was sleeping on his property, 700 block of Long. Officer contacted a male who was sleeping in the bushes. He moved on at the request of the caller.
Nov. 13
2:23 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 610 Main St., Dan Dee Sales. Caller had video. Loss valued at $33. Report taken.
4:35 p.m. – Skylar James Samson, 26, arrested for second-degree forgery and third-degree theft, Sweet Home warrants for two counts of failure to appear on original charges of second-degree forgery and Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, 1037 15th Ave. Cited and released.
6:02 p.m. – Caller said someone shot at his house, 38200 block of Courtney Creek Drive. He did not know who did it, but said the person shot three times. Deputies found one bullet hole in the residence. Report taken.
9:29 p.m. – Caller reported to 9-1-1 that she suspected her 13-year-old sister of stealing her Victoria’s Secret underwear, 1600 block of Elm. Officer responded and spoke with the caller and juvenile, who denied stealing the items. Officer advised the caller on the proper use of 9-1-1 and gave her the non-emergency number.
10:42 p.m. – Abraham John Woosley, 22, cited for careless driving, 2390 Cedar St. Caller had reported a suspicious vehicle driving back and forth in the area and that a driver had tried to run the caller over while on the phone with dispatch. Officer advised Woosley how to handle the situation if it were to occur again.
Nov. 9
1:42 p.m. – Caller said she was talking to someone on Facebook who turned out to be not who they said they were. The unknown person had information about the caller, including her birth date.
1:52 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a lock off of his gate, 45200 block of Sunnyside. The caller had a trail cam with a picture of a truck that was possibly involved.
4:01 p.m. – Caller said the vehicle she drives is owned by her in-laws, and she has been letting her uncle drive it. Someone took fuses out of the car. Report taken.
