Nov. 23

12:03 a.m. – Karissa Lynett Williams, 35, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 29th and Long. Cited and released.

3:29 a.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 20, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass; and Daniel Joseph Carrico, 30, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree theft, 1250 Nandina St. Roebuck transported to Linn County Jail. Carrico cited and released.

9:35 a.m. – Louis Anthony Carreiro, 50, cited and released in field for first- criminal trespass, 12th Avenue at the railroad tracks.

9:51 a.m. – Caller reported that a male started pushing and threatening her, 500 block of Mountain View. Report taken. Report to be forwarded to the city attorney for review.

11:25 a.m. – Eric Scott Roentz, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence and failure to comply on original charge of resisting arrest, Linn County. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:37 p.m. – Chase Randal Reinhart, 18, cited for speeding, 50-35, Main and 22nd.

4:01 p.m. – Caller reported finding items in the woods, east of the 1300 block of Quince. Seized and placed into found property.

4:53 p.m. – Oscar Junior Phillips, 43, cited for driving while suspended, 12th at railroad tracks.

11:13 p.m. – John Mark Tyler, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Cited and released.

Nov. 22

11:35 a.m. – Rondel Allen Adams, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence and failure to appear on original charge of possession of a controlled substance, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:20 p.m. – Marie Therese Ramos, 34, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of theft by receiving, Linn County. Cited and released.

3:59 p.m. – Caller reported a male grabbed her jacket and threw her against the wall, 1100 block of 18th. Report taken for harassment. Report to be forwarded to city attorney for review.

5:32 p.m. – Linda Joyce Lovato, 56, arrested on Linn County warrant for first-degree criminal mistreatment, Main and Ninth. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:06 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1300 block of Nandina. Report taken. Loss valued at about $250.

7:42 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole Vicodin from her purse, 400 block of Mountain View. Report taken.

8:39 p.m. – Caller reported two vehicles were egged, 1200 block of First. Report taken.

8:54 p.m. – Caller reported that someone walked out with product worth $2.40, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller has a picture. Report taken.

Nov. 21

3 a.m. – Daniel Paul Goughnour, 20, arrested for third-degree criminal mischief in connection to spray painting a building, covering a mural, 1206 Main St. Cited and released.

3:52 a.m. – Melissa Deanna Jimenez, 20, cited for failure to obey traffic control device in crash, 10th and Main. Minor injury.

7:39 a.m. – Caller reported her daughter’s vehicle stolen, 1000 block of 15th. Report taken.

7:41 a.m. – Caller reported his tailgate stolen, 2700 block of Juniper. Report taken. Item recovered.

9:01 a.m. – Tiffany Angelique Shreves, 33, arrested for possession of meth, distribution of meth within 1,000 feet of a school and two counts of child neglect, 2226 Larch St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:40 p.m. – Aaron James Evans, 31, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of theft of services, Main and 24th.

2:30 p.m. – Wayland A. Porter, 54, arrested on two counts of fourth-degree assault, 5351 Main St. Cited, held for detox and released. Caller had reported a male beaten up by another male.

4:26 p.m. – Jason Joshua Adkins Bates, 32, arrested on Tacoma, Wash., warrant for escaping Community custody, violation of a court order, 4600 block of Main. Transported to Linn County Jail to await extradition.

7:11 p.m. – Caller reported a male staring through the window of a house, 1100 block of Redwood. Police contacted a male who was watching a football game through his window while smoking a cigar.

Nov. 20

4:22 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a lighter, 2405 Main St, Circle K. Report taken.

4:54 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a vehicle, 500 block of 14th. Report taken.

10:36 a.m. – Caller reported someone got into her mailbox and threw her mail all over the ground, 900 block of Mountain View. She did not think anything was missing and planned to obtain a locking mailbox.

11:46 a.m. – Alicia May Grazer, 36, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of driving while suspended, 494 Nandina St. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported that someone attempted to set the building on fire, 4804 Main St. Burned items were seized. Unclear what the cause or intent was.

1:30 p.m. – Caller reported sediment from property leaching into an unimproved street, 1100 block of 47th. Referred to code enforcement.

3:09 p.m. – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, 31, arrested for contempt of court, 1140 12th Ave., Sweet Home Municipal Court. Transported to Linn County Jail.

3:24 p.m. – Caller reported two damaged mailboxes, 1400 block of 47th. Report taken.

8:10 p.m. – Caller reported a red pickup leaving Main Street Market, 1810 Main St., without paying for fuel. Report taken. Loss valued at $45.

8:26 p.m. – Ervin Leroy Smith, 61, cited for speeding, 67-35, Main and First.

2:39 a.m. – Helen Jo Moak, 56, cited for driving while suspended, Second and Highway 228.

8:55 a.m. – Caller reported a computer stolen from her car, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Referred to Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m. – Caller reported that someone hit his fence with a vehicle, 1500 block of 13th. Report taken. Loss valued at about $150.

11:41 a.m. – Caller reported debris from the recent fire at 1900 Willow St. is blowing throughout the neighborhood. Referred to code enforcement.

7:45 p.m. – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, 31, arrested for third-degree theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller reported a subject walked out of Safeway with two cases of beer.

9:26 p.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his backpack from his unsecured vehicle, 1200 block of 12th. Report taken. Loss valued at $150.

Nov. 18

2:07 a.m. – Shelby Coal Johnston, 23, cited for driving uninsured, 12th and Osage.

9:36 a.m. – Lynn Marie Damewood, 37, cited for following too closely in two-vehicle crash, Highway 228 and Long. Second driver was Shawn Christopher Ryan, 32. No injuries.

11:46 a.m. – Triston Lane Parker, 16, cited for unlawful parking in a disabled space, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School.

11:57 a.m. – Leslie Lee Gibson, 48, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Transported to Linn County Jail.

1:39 p.m. – Carla Faye Schmidt, 49, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Main and Highway 228.

1:58 p.m. – Caller reported 12 dogs at a single location, 900 block of Nandina. Referred to code enforcement.

2:19 p.m. – Caller reported a truck load of household garbage dumped on the 100 line off North River. Deputy found possible owner information. Investigation pending.

2:28 p.m. – Caller reported trash bags piling up at a house causing rodents to creep through the neighborhood, 1300 block of Elm. Referred to code enforcement.

2:43 p.m. – Caller reported a biohazard bag in the street, Eighth off Oak Terrace. Officer responded. Empty bag. Seized for disposal.

Nov. 17

12:42 p.m. – Caller reported a cut in her cyclone fence, 40300 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken. Damage estimated at $100.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported a leaning tree with a broken top, 1200 block of Gilbert. Referred to code enforcement officer.

3:14 p.m. – Caller reported 30 to 40 bags of garbage piled beside a house, 2200 block of Ironwood. Referred to code enforcement officer.

3:41 p.m. – Amanda Grace Howser, 40, arrested for third-degree theft, 4610 Main St. Cited and released.

5:07 p.m. – Doneeka Kiwanis Colburn, 22, turned herself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, 1950 Main St, Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

Nov. 15

7:46 p.m. – Keith D. Peterson, 54, arrested for strangulation (domestic violence), 41200 block of Highway 228. Transported to Linn County Jail.

Nov. 13

8:50 p.m. – Caller reported a tree blocking half of Fern Ridge Road near Liberty Road. Road Department notified.
