11:42 a.m. – Austin Wayne Sater, 26, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on two original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct by Oregon State Police.

8:13 a.m. – Anthony Gandrud, 27, cited for keeping a dog as a public nuisance and trespassing by neighbor Curtis Long, 54, 1025 Third Avenue. Caller reported the neighbor’s dog chased him into his house. Caller had previously reported on Nov. 4 that the neighbor’s dog had “torn the fence apart again.”

11:16 a.m. – Stanley Edward Gray, 52, arrested for contempt of court, 1140 12th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:34 a.m. – Caller reported a loose dog at her house, 1600 block of Elm. Sweet Home Police Department picked up the dog. Dog’s image placed on social media. Linn County Dog Control notified to pick up the dog.
11:53 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of a battery, TVs and other items from his RV, 4600 block of Main. Report taken. Loss valued at $800.
2:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject trying to pick up children from Hawthorne School, 3205 Long St. Male did not know the children’s names. Officer contacted the male, who was walking a dog for a female who had children in school there. The male was attempting to take the children home to their mother.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole her husband’s boots, 1900 block of Willow. Report taken. Loss valued at $60.
3:58 p.m. – Zona Mae Carper, 44, cited on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of first-degree criminal trespass, Portland.
