Caller had reported finding a male and female sleeping in his shed. Officer unable to locate the subjects. Caller identified the subjects and requested they be trespassed.
1:49 p.m. – Ronald Ray Nipp, 78, cited for careless driving, 1865 12th Ave. Callers had reported a pickup hitting a parked vehicle.

10:49 a.m. – Caller reported a male lying on the ground, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer contacted the male, who was sleeping. He moved on.
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported male lying behind a building in the 1200 block of Main. Officer responded. Male moved on.
2 p.m. – Callers reported a mattress in the roadway, Highway 20 in the Narrows west of Sweet Home. Officer responded and pulled the mattress onto the shoulder. Oregon Department of Transportation advised.
4:34 p.m. – Ronald Kolbee Credille, 20, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of failure to register as a sex offender and third-degree escape, Bend. Cited and released.
5:42 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen bicycle, 1000 block of Mountain View. Report taken. Loss valued at $50.
7:03 p.m. – Kevin Joseph Bachand, 44, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, 12th and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
Nov. 4
3:10 a.m. – Caller reported a 14-day-old male child that stopped breathing, 300 block of Seventh. Medics evaluated the child. Unknown why he stopped breathing. Mother observed child over night and planned to take the child to a pediatrician during the day.
9:03 a.m. – Caller reported a junker car, 800 block of 14th. Referred to code enforcement.
10:20 a.m. – Laticia Pilar Sanchez, 26, arrested on state warrant for parole violation and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of third-degree theft and probation violation, 1220 23rd Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:41 a.m. – Harvey Michael Kapicka, 31, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 600 block of Main. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male and female causing a scene, with the male on his knees, yelling and flailing around. Cited and released.
4:31 p.m. – Caller reported that a female left a bag of belongings behind, 1810 Main St., Main Street Market. Placed in found property.
4:32 p.m. – Carrie Ann Giles, 35, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Nandina and 13th. Transported to Linn County Jail.
4:59 p.m. – Caller reported that her husband was bitten by a neighbor’s dog, 800 block of 28th. Officer responded. The bite didn’t break the skin. Information noted.
5:39 p.m. – Vehicle impounded, 1900 block of Kalmia.
6:51 p.m. – Vehicle impounded, 13th and Quince.
7:26 p.m. – 7:26 p.m. – Eric Gordon Hansen, 48, cited for speeding, 47-25, Ninth and Main.
7:58 p.m. – Caller reported hearing a dog bark, a gun shot then a dog yelp, Ashbrook Park. Officer checked area. Unable to locate any dogs or people.
9:25 p.m. – Austin Ryan Richards, 23, cited on Sweet Home warrants for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and failure to comply on original charge of minor in possession of alcohol, Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
Nov. 3
1:52 a.m. – Caller reported a subject in a white Blazer parked on the street, 1700 block of Long, and the subject walked several blocks to a residence on 18th Avenue. Caller thought it was odd because there was plenty of parking in front of the destination. Officer unable to locate occupant of the vehicle.
5:08 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping near the east entrance, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Caller tried to tell him he couldn’t be there, but he just rolled over and went back to sleep. Officer contacted the male, who moved on.
9:15 a.m. – Caller reported a disturbance between herself and a male who has a no-contact order, 300 W. Holley road. Report taken.
10:23 a.m. – Gary Gean Townsend, 35, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Canby. Cited and released.
12:06 p.m. – Caller reported two large dogs running loose across the highway, 4200 block of Main. Dogs placed in kennel until released to owner.
1:49 p.m. – Caller reported a male who had been trespassed at location, 1203 Long St., All Star Pizza. Report taken.
2:08 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 26, arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Cited and released.

2:54 a.m. – Kimberly Ann Winney, 45, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of contempt of court (owes 12 days in jail), 4155 Osage St. Caller had reported a male with a no-contact release agreement against him at location. Officer did not locate the male in or around the residence.
8:04 a.m. – Caller reported the theft of two tablets, 1300 block of Sunset. Report taken.
8:48 a.m. – Caller turned in a wallet found at the west city limits. Placed in found property.
10:34 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for about a week, 1100 block of First. Officer responded and will take steps to post for removal.
12:01 p.m. – Matthew Charles Nill, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Portland. Cited and released.
2:29 p.m. – Samantha Leean Stotz, 25, arrested on Marion County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree forgery, and Tony Ray Roebuck, 22, cited for driving uninsured, driving while suspended and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, 23rd and Main. Stotz transported to Linn County Jail.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reported a bicycle found in the ditch, 18th and Vine. Placed in found property.
5:21 p.m. – Caller reported a dog tried to attack children as they got off a bus, north end of Clark Mill. Owner pulled the dog off the children. Information noted.
7:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male going through an abandoned van and taking items from it, 13th and Quince. Officer unable to locate anyone. Vehicle posted for removal.
8:16 p.m. – Caller reported dogs barking again, 700 block of Eighth. Officer sat in the area for 15 minutes. Unable to locate any dogs barking.

2:05 a.m. – Caller believed that there may be someone outside his door, but he couldn’t see out, 2400 block of Main. Officer contacted a subject that the caller wished trespassed. Subject escorted from the property.
11:44 a.m. – Michael John Hoffman, 44, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Lebanon. Cited and released.
12:24 p.m. – Caller reported locating belongings left by someone sleeping outside, 1300 block of Long. Officer left business card for owner of the belongings. Officer planned to find the subject and advise the subject to move along.
4:14 p.m. – Caller turned in a wallet found in the Foster Lake area. Placed in found property.
4:16 p.m. – Deshaun Scott, 24, arrested for third-degree theft, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Cited and released. Caller had reported someone breaking into his shed and stealing soda cans and fuel.
5:33 p.m. – Caller wanted a male who had fallen back asleep to be removed from his yard, 1800 block of Long. Officer assisted.
5:45 p.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 23, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charge of hit and run, 18th and Main. Cited and released.

12:38 p.m. – Caller turned in keys he found, Fourth and Ironwood. Placed in found property.
2:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male riding a bike and looking at houses, Ashbrook Park. Officer contacted a male who was trying to catch a Pokemon.
2:05 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street for more than three weeks with expired tags, 1200 block of 40th. Officer responded. Owner planned to move vehicle onto private property.
3:40 p.m. – Caller reported a male standing in the roadway and walking in circles, 600 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted a male who advised he was spinning in circles to make sure it was clear to cross the street.
4:50 p.m. – Caller reported that someone cut a hole in a fence, 4100 block of Main. Report taken.
8:08 p.m. – Caller found a wallet, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Placed in found property.
9:04 p.m. – Caller reported that a female in her 40s attempted to trick or treat at her residence then walked away and started looking into cars with a flashlight, 300 block of 12th. Second caller reported a female with a flashlight peering into cars. Officer unable to locate female.
Oct. 30
3:35 p.m. – Caller reported that someone entered her pickup during the night, 500 block of Sixth. Report taken. Loss valued at $100. Responding officer also contacted a neighbor, who said someone had broken into his vehicle and stolen a drill.
4:43 p.m. – Tanner Paul Lee, 21, cited for driving uninsured.
4:56 p.m. – Caller reported subjects camped in the gravel area for three or four nights, Wiley Creek park. Officer contacted a male and female who said they had been there one night and were moving on in 30 minutes.
9:27 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 40, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and charged with possession of meth, 18th and Main. Transported to Linn County Jail.
