KC Everett Merle Holt, 37, cited and released on a Coos County warrant on two counts of meth possession and giving false info to a peace officer.
8:37 a.m. – Caller reports her son took her vehicle this morning, 1700 Fir. Officer responded, caller doesn’t want to mark vehicle as stolen, officer will be on lookout.
10:50 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle he has been loaning to his child’s mother was taken last night by her boyfriend and impounded, and she called and said her boyfriend took her vehicle last night and her firearms are missing, 1200 block of 23rd. Officer spoke with callers by phone, report taken, investigation ongoing.
2:16 p.m. – Caller reported a male neighbor was riding a motorized scooter with his daughter on the front, 4600 block of Main. The scooter fell over and landed on the daughter, who didn’t have a helmet on and had a bloody nose. Officer responded, contacted male. Daughter does have scratches on her face, and he will have her wear a helmet next time.
3:18 p.m. –s Caller reported friends stranded in remote area while hunting, unable to hike out due to exhaustion. Deputies located the individuals and gave them a ride off the mountain. 43300 block Ames Creek/Teco Lane.
5:18 p.m. – Caller reported her boyfriend is hitting her, 4600 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted heavily intoxicated male. Caller didn’t want to press charges, male given a courtesy transport to another location.
5:52 p.m. – Caller reported a female yelling and undressing herself next to Dairy Queen, 1364 Main. Officer located female in area walking, not causing any issues.
7:26 p.m. – Caller reported a male refusing to leave after being asked to leave, would like him trespassed, 1203 Long, All Star Pizza. Officer responded, located male and trespassed him from location.
8:12 p.m. – Dustin James Carper cited for a driving while suspended.
8:52 p.m. – Ryan Sechrest, 33, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, Wagon Wheel Mobile Park, 1283 44th.
9:16 p.m. – Caller reported her son stole her car, 1700 block of Fir. Officer responded, caller denied calling to report vehicle stolen.
October 4
12:13 a.m. – Caller reported male has returned to location and is still intoxicated and causing issues, Wagon Wheel Mobile Park, 1283 44th. Officer responded, verbal only, female is leaving with children.
3:21 a.m. – Cody Lobdell, 24, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main.
3:48 a.m. – Corvallis Police located Jason Edward McCauley, 40, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass.
6:59 a.m. – Caller reported building was spray-painted, 5300 block of Highway 20. Officer responded, report taken.
9:26 a.m. – Caller reported a female was standing in the middle of the roadway blocking traffic, screaming and throwing water towards the Cornerstone Church, 1200 block of Long. Officer responded, contacted female who was having some mental health issues, refused help. Advised to stay away from the Cornerstone Church.
10:02 a.m. – CTC reported pickup parked in front of Whiskey Butte 1200 gate overnight. Sheriff’s Office contacted owner, who said he had been hunting and had walked out somewhere else in the dark.
10:13 a.m. – Caller reported her son took the car again last night, 1700 block of Fir. Officer responded, would like officers to be on lookout for vehicle.
12:33 p.m. – Janelle Gibbs, 41, turned herself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a Lebanon warrant for a probation violation, two counts of driving while suspended, and driving uninsured. Cited and released from SHPD.
2:40 p.m. – Caller reported a window was broken at the location, 1900 block of 37th, and saw a silver pick-up there with a female who went inside. Officer responded, female was the owner, had to break the window yesterday to get inside because renters did not give her the keys back.
3:41 p.m. – Caller reported a motor home towing a vehicle is stuck on the roadway blocking part of Main near Osage. Officer responded, Lloyd Rice assisted in moving vehicle, roadway clear.

8:08 a.m. – Caller reported hunters slowly traveling along Whiskey Butte Road/Cedar Creek. Requested extra Sheriff’s patrol.
8:15 a.m. – Caller reported belongings taken out of friend’s vehicle, 2200 block of Larch. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft from an unsecured vehicle. Approximate loss valued at $4,000, firearm entered as stolen.
8:55 a.m. – Deschutes County cited Ryan Dale Magee, 43, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
10:08 a.m. – Caller is concerned about dog which is outside tied to a tree with little slack and no food and water most of the time, 1200 block of 44th. Officer responded, dog not in distress, owner advised of tethering laws, they are bringing the dog inside.
10:38 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle broken into in 45000 block Highway 20. Purse, cash and personal documents were taken. Report taken.
11:09 a.m. – Albany Police cited Amanda Rae Stafford on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

1:05 p.m. – Caller reported the police mural has been vandalized, 1200 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken, approximate damage valued at $20.

6:46 p.m. – Caller requested an officer attempt to serve a warrant on a female. Officer responded, Keelee Joan Gatliff, 55, cited and released for failure to comply on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, 600 block of 8th.
7:30 p.m. – Caller reported a couple is claiming they were hit by a bus when they were not, 13th and Long. Another caller reported being “bumped” into by a bus, no injury. Officer responded, no apparent injuries but pedestrian complained of pain. Report taken for motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. Investigation ongoing.
8:25 p.m. – Caller reported two males who were buying her bike pushed her and took the bike, left on foot heading west on Highway 228. Officer responded, report taken for harassment and theft, 800 block of 4th.
8:26 p.m. – Tony Ray Roebuck, 26th, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of attempted burglary, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft, 1800 block of Main, Main Street Market.
11:18 p.m. – Caller reports her significant other just struck her in the face then left in her vehicle, 700 block of 1st. Officer responded, report taken for domestic violence – assault and strangulation.
October 6
5:26 a.m. – Caller reported two individuals just attempted to break into his neighbor’s vehicle, 18th and Dogwood. Officer responded, checked the area, unable to locate individuals described.
6:59 a.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in the bathroom at Northside Park, refused to leave. Officer responded, contacted male who was not refusing to leave but was a heavy sleeper, advised not to sleep in bathrooms in the future.
10:20 a.m. – Deputy seized “suspicious items,” which were placed into evidence. 38400 block Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken.
11:56 a.m. – Caller reported a male parked in two spots at 7-Eleven, 2405 Main, and is now slumped over in the driver’s seat. Officer responded, contacted male who was OK, owner responded and took control of the vehicle. Rondel Allen Adams cited for driving while suspended.
1:00 p.m. – Probation officer reported a female with a warrant, SHPD, 1950 Main. Officer responded, Abigael Elizabeth Wood, 32, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass.
1:42 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked in the intersection for 10 minutes, 47th and Nandina. Officer responded, contacted male who was in the area passing out flyers for the upcoming election, advised not to park vehicle in road due to safety concerns, male will comply.
1:58 p.m. – Caller reported someone drove through a fence sometime last night, 1300 block of Clark Mill. Officer responded, report taken, approximate value of loss $100.
3:48 p.m. – Caller reported a two motor vehicle crash, one lane blocked on 23rd and Long. Officer responded, report taken, over $2,500 in damage, both vehicles drivable, roadway cleared.
3:35 p.m. – Caller reported a pick-up speeding and doing burnouts around 1300 block of 42nd. Officer responded, contacted owner of vehicle who denied driving, advised of complaint and told that anyone operating the vehicle should do so safely.
4:11 p.m. – Caller reported a customer accidentally discharged a firearm in Bi-Mart, 1980 Main, round shot into floor. Officer responded, male counseled and given resources on proper handling of firearms at request of caller.
5:15 p.m. – Caller reported a male stole a fishing pole, caller was able to retrieve item, male last seen running east on Main. Officer responded, report taken, merchandise returned.
8:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male refusing to leave the store, Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long. Officer responded, contacted and trespassed male in question.
9:31 p.m. – Corvallis Police located Catherine Jean Hampton, 30, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of credit card fraud.
9:43 p.m. – Caller reported a female was hiding in the bushes then walked over and placed her face on the window, 500 block of Main. Officer responded, female gone on arrival. Caller doesn’t want her trespassed at this time.
10:06 p.m. – Caller reported two females were just in a physical altercation, 400 block of Elm. Officer responded, contacted one of the females in question. Minor physical altercation, parties separated.

4:02 p.m. – Caller reported a male who has been trespassed is in the store, 621 Main, Thriftway. Nicholas Scott Warren, 40, cited and released for criminal trespass.

8:32 p.m. – Caller reported a bat is flying around in her house, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Officer assisted in removing the animal from the residence.

1:15 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shauna Ray Harden, 26, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
1:15 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Brian Lutz, 30, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft of services.
4:24 a.m. – Caller reported a neighbor chased someone off who damaged their vehicle by trying to break into it, 2200 block of Kalmia. Officer responded, report taken, approximate damage $500.
6:39 a.m. – Caller reported vehicles entered, unknown if anything was taken, 2300 block of Cedar. Officer responded, report taken, nothing was stolen.
8:13 a.m. – Caller reported a motorcycle left in her driveway, didn’t know who it belonged to, 1700 block of Cedar. Officer responded, motorcycle belonged to a guest staying at a neighboring residence.

6:38 p.m. – Lebanon Police arrested Ian Thomas Buczko, 34, for domestic violence assault and strangulation. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
9:26 p.m. – Oscar Phillips Jr. cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, 2200 block of Nandina. Registration stickers seized.

10:40 p.m. – Caller reported her partner attacked her and took her cell phone, 1800 block of Vine. Officer responded, minor altercation, caller doesn’t wish to press charges. Caller given domestic violence resources, parties to remained separated within the residence.

7:03 a.m. – Caller reported boyfriend ran into the back of a vehicle, 800 block of 6th. Officer responded, report taken. Andrew Eugene Stewart, 31, cited for careless driving.
7:49 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors involved in a verbal disturbance, 900 block of 6th. Officer responded, contacted both parties. Aleece Woods, 34, cited and released for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
10:18 a.m. – Caller reported a homeless female had her backpack taken, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, report taken, approximate loss valued at $30.
10:39 a.m. – Leslie Gibson, 53, cited and released for theft, 400 block of Holley. Property returned to owner.
11:11 a.m. – Robert Botta, of Salem, cited for failure to obey a traffic control device after allegedly driving through barricades into an area closed following recent forest fires, 49500 block Quartzville Road.
11:26 a.m. – Caller reported illegal camping in 43600 block Wiley Creek Drive. Deputy determined that people were living in RVs and tents in violation of county code. Referred to county code enforcement.
2:15 p.m. – Caller reported motor vehicle accident in 48600 block Quartzville Road. RV parked on side of road was left in gear and rolled down an embankment toward Green Peter Lake. No injuries reported. Report taken.
2:31 p.m. – Caller reported there have been cash withdrawals on his sister’s bank account since she has been in the hospital, 1900 block of 37th. Officer spoke with caller by phone, but victim can’t speak due to illness. Caller encouraged to cancel calls and call back when she is well and home so the investigation can continue.
2:48 p.m. – Caller reported roommate is yelling at her and his girlfriend, 1500 block of Tamarack. Officer responded, verbal only, male will leave location for a while to calm down.
3:31 p.m. – Caller reported lost handgun, 51300 block Quartzville Road. Report taken.
4:16 p.m. – Caller reported several syringes on trail to Sankey Park. Officer responded, items disposed of.
October 10
1:30 a.m. – Switched plates seized from vehicle parked on side of the road, 1200 block of Long. Left property receipt in vehicle as windows were down.
3:17 a.m. – Caller reported her boyfriend pushed her and tried to choke her, 1100 block of Spruce. Officer responded, non-mandatory arrest, parties agreed to remain separated within the residence.
9:58 a.m. – Caller reported finding a group of juveniles in her home, 1200 block of 49th. Officer responded, males were invited to location by caller’s brother who also resides there. Males trespassed at caller request and have left the location.
10:56 a.m. – Caller reported a plugged drain at 15th and Nandina causing the road to flood. Officer responded, not a hazard at this time, public works advised.
11:49 a.m. – Caller reported two transients camping in front of Elite Performance Academy, 933 Main. Officer responded, male and female trespassed from location.
1:21 p.m. – Callers reported a vehicle drove off the road and hit a fence, operator left scene in a gold suburban, Pleasant Valley and Main. Officer responded, located operator at residence of vehicle’s owner, Anthony Neil Warren, 37, arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. Vehicle impounded.
2:47 p.m. – Caller reported a female in the area not wearing pants or underwear, 1600 block Fir. Officer responded, contacted female, gave her a courtesy transport to bus stop.
3:36 p.m. – Caller reported a female he has never met in person is accusing him of sexual assault on social media, 4100 block of Osage. Officer responded, contacted male by phone, advised of civil options.
5:04 p.m. – Caller reported a possible overdose at location, 4600 block of Mahogany. Officer responded, located male was unresponsive but is now okay. Appeared to be under the influence but denied substance abuse, male and friends advised to call if they need medical assistance.
5:17 p.m. – Caller reported a male with dementia left home on foot and was last seen at Towne Pump, 890 Main. Officer responded, located male who was alright and was reunited with the caller.
6:00 p.m. – Caller reported hitting a dog in 43800 block Wiley Creek Drive/Whiskey Butte area. Unable to locate its owner.
6:09 p.m. – Caller reported a female is refusing to leave after being asked several times, 1203 Long, All Star Pizza. Officer responded, contacted and trespassed female from location.
7:38 p.m. – Caller reported a male driving around Sweet Home while intoxicated. Called back around 8 p.m. and said he rolled his vehicle somewhere on Ames Creek Rd. Officer responded, checked out to the 42000 block of Ames Creek Rd, unable to locate described vehicle. Linn County Sheriff’s Office advised.
8:14 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor was taking pictures of her daughter, 1300 block of Sunset. Officer responded, info noted, will attempt to contact neighbor in question.
9:51 p.m. – Caller reported a male is trying to choke his mother, 1600 block of Cedar. Officer responded, contacted parties involved, mostly verbal, minor physical. Non-mandatory arrest, parties not wanting to pursue charges, caller left with sister and mother.

12:02 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors shooting something up in the air that smells foul, 900 block of Birch. Officer responded, contacted resident and warned for illegal firework possession.
4:18 p.m. – Caller reported a female threatened to run caller over with her car and then drove off and was swerving, 6000 block of Main. Officer responded, checked area, unable to locate vehicle described. Caller wanted info noted for now. Issue stems from other female believing her boyfriend is having a relationship with the caller.
10:58 a.m. – Caller reported that shop was burglarized in 43700 block Wiley Creek Drive. Firearm valued at $269 stolen. Report taken.
