2:22 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Aurthor Wayland Porter, 60, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of harassment and telephonic harassment.
2:22 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Natasha Sue Funk, 41, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
2:31 p.m. – Caller reported checking accounts opened in his name, 1800 block of Grape. Officer responded, info noted, caller is in touch with responsible banks, will call with any further issues.
2:32 p.m. – Caller reported a female near 200 block of Main is throwing things and rolling on the ground, requested welfare check. Officer responded, female is ok and reading her religious books.
3:16 p.m. – Lat entry from Oct. 15: Lebanon police cited Kenneth Michael Kelley, 35, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
3:53 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported a female having a seizure, Pleasant Valley and Main. Officer responded, female having mental health problems but is ok, female will continue staying at location and stay out of traffic.
4:12 p.m. – Caller reported a male screaming at the location, sounds as though he may be punching a wall, 1100 block of Nandina. Officer responded, contacted female at location who stated her husband was playing Call of Duty and yelling at the game. Also stated the sound the caller heard was the husband throwing his controller against the wall.
5:35 p.m. – Caller reported a male who was previously trespassed is currently at the old Wells Fargo, 1266 15th. Officer responded, James Robert Warrington, 42, cited and released for criminal trespassing.
5:41 p.m. – Caller reported car was keyed, 1200 block of Poplar. Officer responded, report taken, approximate value of damages $500.
6:58 p.m. – Caller reported a male in the Thriftway parking lot is intoxicated, concerned he will drive. Officer responded, contacted a group of people around described vehicle, male mentioned was not driving and had a sober/valid driver with him.
9:53 p.m. – Multnomah County jail arrested Steven Scott Sims, 38, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
10:05 p.m. – Caller reported a male made sexual comments toward her daughter when she was out on a walk, 1200 block of 44th. Officer responded, info noted. Will attempt to contact and counsel the male in question at a later time.

12:28 a.m. – Linn County Jail served a warrant to Crystal Dawn Warrant, 31, for failure to comply on an original charge of driving while suspended.
1:28 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant to Justin Ray Gomez, 28, for failure to comply on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
11:13 a.m. – Caller reported a male on 2400 block of Main is acting strange, seen going into laundry room and coming out with a pink bag, believes male stole the item. Officer responded, contacted male who was looking for a resident in a neighboring apartment complex. Michael Edward Westby, 43, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespassing.
11:42 a.m. – Cameron Michael Wark, 41, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespassing, two counts of possession of meth, and a criminal citation, 18th and Main.
1:12 pm. – Sheriff’s deputies stopped a dump truck hauling rock and towing a trailer full of loose boulders. According to a police report, the boulders were not secured and “load securement devices” were “lying loose in the trailer.” Operator Calvin Emmert, 82, of Sweet Home cited for operation of an unsafe vehicle and unsafe loading of large boulders. 41900 block Northside Drive/North River Drive.
12:33 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor kids came to residence and requested she call 911 for a verbal disturbance, 4400 block of long. Officer responded, contacted all parties, mostly verbal, minor physical. Female provided with CARDV info and will be staying with a friend.
1:38 p.m. – Caller reported being assaulted yesterday morning, 1100 block of 55th. Officer responded, report taken for harassment.
1:43 p.m. – Albany Police cited James Andrew Lidner, 32, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
1:46 p.m. – Albany Police located Samantha Christine Mansell, 28, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal trespass.
1:53 p.m. – Albany Police located Luke Thomas Ludwig, 35, on a Sweet Home warrant for criminal mischief.
3:58 p.m. – Caller reported apprehending a shoplifter at Bi-Mart, 1980 Main. Etta Louise Holt, 58, cited and released for theft.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor parked their RV on her property after she asked them not to park it there in the past, 1100 block of 38th. Officer responded, contacted the owner and advised her of the complaint. She agreed to move it off the property.
7:54 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on an individual yelling and hitting themselves in the head. Officer responded, contacted female in question. She is fine and doesn’t need any assistance at this time.
9:27 p.m. – Benton County Sheriff’s Office served Nathan Daniel Brown, 45, a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.
11:52 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s dog has been barking nonstop for nearly three hours, 500 block of 7th. Officer responded, contacted the resident and advised him of the complaint. He agreed to keep the dog quiet for the rest of the night.

2:05 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked in the field behind her house with all its doors open, 1800 block of 12th. Officer responded, contacted a male with the vehicle. He said he was given permission by the property owner to stay there and care for the field.
3:05 a.m. – Caller reported his son is being violent towards him, 1100 block of 32nd. Officer responded, report taken, minor domestic dispute. Caller didn’t wish to pursue charges.
3:35 a.m. – Caller tracked his iPad to 7-Eleven, 2405 Main. Prior to dispatching, caller called back and said the iPad was now in the Brownsville area, on Highway 228. caller referred to OSP.
8:14 a.m. – Office located abandoned trailer on 9th and Nandina. Vehicle bearing VIN ‘1SN200H22SD000326’ posted for removal on Oct. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
8:41 a.m. – Caller reported two unsecured vehicles entered, at location, 800 block of Birch. Officer responded, report taken for two counts of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft.
8:50 a.m. – Caller reported male was transported by medics yesterday, unable to contact since then, 1900 and Kalmia. Officer advised the male was transported to Linn County Hospital.
11:08 a.m. – Caller reported finding a phone at location, 2400 block of Main. Placed in property.
12:30 p.m. – Caller reported an air compressor was taken from location, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Officer responded, report taken, approximate loss of value $200.
1:29 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office cited Kendra Lynne Montoya, 22, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.
1:41 p.m. – Caller reported finding a bone on a walking path, 4100 block of Long. officer responded, bone appears to be from an animal.
1:47 p.m. – Albany Police cited Chavanna Ann Bowser, 29, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of Sweet Home.
1:56 p.m. – Caller reported mother making suicidal statements and attempting to harm herself, 1800 block of 12th. Officer responded, contacted female who denied being suicidal and said her statements were taken out of context. Caller advised.
2:53 p.m. – Caller reported he is trying to get to the bus stop and a male in a white truck is following him, 12th and Kalmia. Officer responded, contacted caller who does not need assistance and is not being followed.
3:25 p.m. – Caller reported she confronted a female riding what she believes is her stolen bicycle and female and male became aggressive, 4800 block of Main. Officer responded, contacted caller who realized the bike wasn’t her stolen one.
4:39 p.m. – Jenny Rebecca Sherwood, 38, turned herself in on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, SHPD, 1950 Main.
5:05 p.m. – Caller reported a customer left without paying for fuel, 1306 Main, Chevron. Officer responded, report taken for theft, estimated loss $83.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported someone damaged a fuel hose, 890 Main, Towne Pump. Officer responded, report taken for hit and run.

12:00 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported an overdose, 1000 block of 43rd. Officer responded, patient transported by medics.
7:03 a.m. – Caller reported he hit a deer, narrows. Officer responded, deceased deer was moved off the roadway.
8:57 a.m. – Caller reported fuel stolen out of Bobcat, 2400 block of Harding. Officer responded, report taken.
10:05 a.m. – Caller reported animals are being neglected, 1500 block of Tamarack. Officer responded, contacted animal owner who admitted to animals being crated more than they should be, but are provided food and water. Officer advised her of proper animal ownership and additional resources on rehoming options.
10:41 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on public easement for a period of time, 300 block of Ironwood. Officer responded, vehicle posted for removal on Oct. 27 at 8 a.m.
11:32 a.m. – Caller reported two small juveniles riding pocket bikes down the roadway and one crashed into a neighbor’s bark dust, 700 block of 29th. Officer responded, checked area, unable to locate.
12:21 p.m. – Caller reported male is throwing items around the home, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, verbal only over family issues.
12:36 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen out of her yard, 1800 block of Kalmia. Officer responded, report taken.
12:58 p.m. – Oregon Department of Corrections cited Patrick Charles Hash, 43, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
2:43 p.m. – Caller reported two firearm denials that occurred on the 16th for the same subject, 1980 Main, Bi-Mart. Officer responded, report taken.
4:10 p.m. – Caller reported a female in the drive thru appears to be intoxicated, 2000 Main, McDonalds. Officer and medics responded, female transported to her home. Camella Boyd, 66, cited on a Linn County warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
4:25 p.m. – Caller reported fuel stolen out of vehicle over the last several weeks, 1000 block of 4th. Officer responded, report taken.
4:35 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located Julia Anne Payne, 41, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
5:05 p.m. – Caller reported female called male stating she would take her life, 1800 block of 12th. Officer responded, contacted female who said she wasn’t going to harm herself but was having a rough day, is with family.
8:23 p.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 27, cited and released on a Lane County parole and probation warrant for a parole violation. Also cited on an Albany warrant for contempt of court, 18th and Tamarack. Michael Scott Seiber, 40, arrested on Linn County warrants for two counts of meth possession, two counts of driving while suspended, failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, failure to appear on original charges of heroin and meth possession, and on a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation. Lodged at Linn County jail. Also cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
10:23 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported a female caller stated she was assaulted and a male was trying to kill her, 1900 block of Quince. officer responded, Calvin Matthew Perez, 29, arrested for strangulation and lodged at Linn County Jail.

12:49 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle was stolen, 1700 block of 13th. Officer responded, report taken, loss valued at $550.
2:14 a.m. – Albany Police located Taylor Robert Mespelt, 19, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of theft and false info to police.
3:56 a.m. – Caller reported an injured deer unable to walk, 3200 block of Main. officer responded, deer dispatched, ODOT advised.
9:53 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle was entered last night, 900 block of 23rd. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, theft, and fraudulent use of a credit card. Approximate loss valued at $30.
11:49 a.m. – Coffee Creek Correctional Facility placed a hold on Sarah Kathern Rodgers for a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief. Advised to contact court closer to release date.
2:18 p.m. – Oregon Department of Corrections served Lawrence Lee Jones, 23, a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving while suspended.
2:45 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was entered also, 900 block of 23rd. Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and theft, approximate value $53.
3:15 p.m. – Oregon State Police reported a firearm denial at Bi-Mart, 1980 Main. Report taken, investigation ongoing.
4:12 p.m. – Caller believes her boyfriend’s mom may have stolen her ring, 1800 block of 12th. Report taken, value $1,500.
5:54 p.m. – Caller reported Marcus is being verbally abusive to caller and a couple others who are staying at location and may have stolen from them, 415 Holley, Sweet Home Church of Nazarene. Officer responded, Marcus Wesley Hesson, 49, arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender and a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of resisting arrest. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
6:22 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 53, cited for possession of meth, twelve counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation, and criminal trespass, 415 Holley, Church of Nazarene.
9:21 p.m. – Caller reported her son stole her car, which has an American flag in the back left window, 400 block of Holley. Report taken.
11:30 p.m. – Caller reported her son just returned with her vehicle, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, Jonathon Anthony Underwood, 27, cited and released for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.
Oct. 24
7:17 a.m. – Caller came into police department to report a female opened the door of residence earlier this morning and let the caller’s dogs out, then hit and killed one of the dogs with her car when leaving, 5200 block of Redwood. Officer responded, info noted, investigation ongoing.
11:44 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered his vehicle during the night while he was camped at Sunnyside Campground, 44900 block Quartzville Road, and stole several items. Report taken.
2:06 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen phone tracked to location, 1100 block of 24th. Another caller reported a group of men in two vehicles parked at location staring at houses. A third caller came into police department to turn in cell phone found at location. Officer responded, contacted caller, property turned into SHPD. Advised Linn County Sheriff’s Office, property returned to owner.
6:01 p.m. – Family of six got stuck behind a locked Campbell Global gate while hunting in 49400 block Canyon Creek/Highway 20. They entered the area and did not see the “no access” sign, returning to find the gate closed and then noticing the sign. They walked out to get cell service, and called Campbell Global, then 9-1-1. Due to “key issues,” it took an “extended amount of time” to reach them, according to a Sheriff’s report, which added: “The male was warned for trespass after sitting with his less-than-happy wife for eight-plus hours.”
7:15 p.m. – Caller reported the fuel line of his vehicle was cut, 900 block of 23rd. Officer responded, report taken for theft and criminal mischief, total loss valued at $60.
8:13 p.m. – Deschutes County Jail served a Sweet Home warrant to Michael Eric Clendenen, 37, for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving while suspended.
9:00 p.m. – Michaelray Jensen, 39, cited on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, 1600 block of Long.
10:02 p.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of her credit card, 100 block of Holley. Officer responded, report taken.
Oct. 25
12:01 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office radio stated there’s a tree fire behind Dairy Queen, 1364 Main. Officer responded, report taken.
2:59 a.m. – Caller reported his girlfriend’s ex blocked in his truck and threatened to steal it, 1200 block of 46th. Officer responded, unable to locate male, contacted caller who said his girlfriend just recently purchased the truck and he’s concerned it’s stolen. Officer advised him it’s clear.
4:49 a.m. – Caller reported the vehicle he was attempting to recover was involved in a road rage incident, 1200 block of 46th. Officer responded, info noted.
5:03 a.m. – Open 911 line, dispatch can hear multiple people yelling in the background, 600 block of 4th. Officer responded, report taken, info forwarded to city attorney.
5:53 a.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was broken into last night and her purse and gun were taken, 1300 block of Tamarack. Officer contacted caller by phone at work, initial report taken, gun entered as missing. Once caller returned home, officer responded, caller found gun and purse inside her residence. Report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
11:47 a.m. – Benton County Sheriff’s Office cited David Melvin Buck, 27, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
12:57 p.m. – Lebanon Police cited Amanda Leah Binks, 27, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
1:45 p.m. – Caller reported a door open on an apartment, 1000 block of Long. Officer responded, door handle was locked. Door possibly was blown open by wind. Caller advised, caller will contact property owner and advise them of the outcome.
3:26 p.m. – Caller reported a check written in his name at Safeway, 1540 Main. Officer responded, contacted caller by phone, report taken, investigation ongoing.
4:04 p.m. – Caller reported a sudden large amount of traffic related to a Trump rally, Sweet Home area.
10:36 p.m. – Benton County Sheriff’s Office served a Sweet Home warrant to Michelle Harley Webb, 27, for two counts of failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
Oct. 26
1:05 a.m. – Lebanon Police served a Sweet Home warrant to Kaitlyn Carol Tibbs, 23, for failure to appear on an original charge of animal abandonment.
2:13 a.m. – Caller reported hearing his neighbors arguing, 1700 block of Fir. Officer responded, parties agreed to stay separated for the time being. Kaleb Kimber Banta, 22, cited and released on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of theft, resisting arrest and escape.
4:28 a.m. – Caller reported someone was in her carport, attempting to break into her vehicle, 1000 block of Vista Lane. Officer responded, checked the area, unable to locate.
