3:56 p.m. – Caller reported seeing someone in a white Nissan Frontier dump a sleeping bag with a deer head and guts inside it, mill property. Oregon State Police will investigate.

10:05 a.m. – Caller reported an oxygen tank stolen, 1800 block of Fir. Report taken.
10:31 a.m. – Caller reported a female slipped a teller a note stating, “A bad witch was trying to take refuge in her room,” 1266 15th Ave., Wells Fargo. Officer recovered note from teller and would be on the lookout for the female. She was later located, counseled and advised to continue her treatment for mental illness.
2:37 p.m. – Caller reported finding a bag full of cell phones, 600 block of Main. Property seized.
3:06 p.m. – Caller reported a subject intentionally plugged a toilet, 1203 Long St., Report taken. Damage estimated at $293.
4:44 p.m. – Daniel Lee Kellum, 38, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, contempt of court and probation violation, 1950 Main St. Cited and released.

7:39 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Meredith, 26, arrested on Linn County supervisory warrant for second-degree theft (owes 10 days in jail), Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft and Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 13th and Main. 10:04 a.m. – Caller reported finding a bag with a gun and drug pipes inside, 1400 block of Tamarack. Property seized for destruction. Gun was not a real firearm.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported a male pulled down his pants and did a little dance to her children, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Officer responded. Male was actually a female. No crime. Caller advised.
4:11 p.m. – Caller reported a group of juveniles smoking marijuana at Sankey Park. Officer contacted a group, who denied activity. Officer could smell a slight odor of marijuana. Officer walked through the rest of the park and did not observe another group doing the described activity.

6:23 p.m. – Gypsie Marie Esperum, 55, arrested on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, 1234 Main St., Downtown Lounge. Cited and released.
10:53 p.m. – Richard James Armstrong III, 24, cited for speeding, 40-25, 900 block of Main.
11:24 p.m. – Steven Anthony Clark, 35, arrested for harassment (domestic violence), 1283 44th Ave. Transported to Linn County Jail.

2:29 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her trailer and vehicle and stole her property, 1200 block of 55th. Report taken. Loss valued at $350.

Sept. 19
3:17 p.m. – Caller reported a single-vehicle crash, 49200 block of Highway 20. Vehicle went over an embankment. No injuries. No citations. No property damage. Vehicle owner would make arrangements to remove vehicle.
4:14 p.m. – Caller reported that her fence had been cut in three or four places, and she also found signs of a campfire, 28700 block of Pleasant Valley.
Sept. 17
5:05 p.m. – Caller reported an adult male with a restraining order was at property, 47300 block of Highway 20. Deputies escorted the male from the property. The male later returned and damaged some of the caller’s property. Suspect’s location was unknown at that time. Report taken.
