8:16 a.m. – Caller reported a transient sleeping by the back door to his business, 1351 Main St. Officer contacted male, who moved on.
9:43 a.m. – Caller reported his vehicle stolen, 1200 block of 23rd. Report taken. Vehicle recovered later near Albany on Knox Butte Road. Arrested were Zachary Johnson, 21, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, attempted second-degree theft and a warrant for failure to comply and Stefani Brock 24, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
