5:30 pm. – A 43-year-old caller reported a 17-year-old is harassing her via text messages, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Juvenile warned for telephonic harassment.
5:49 p.m. – James Paul Chapin, 27, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, a Klamath County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 4610 Main St. Caller had reported two males physically fighting.
8:04 p.m. – Nickolas Ryan Shoulders, 26, arrested on Lincoln County warrant for probation violation on original charge of contempt of court, Poplar and 13th. Cited and released.
9:05 p.m. – Caller reported a small child riding his bicycle on the shoulder about a half mile outside of Sweet Home. Second caller brought in a child he located riding his bicycle west of Sweet Home. Officer counseled child for his actions and released him to his father.
9:55 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Officer responded. Information noted. Caller wanted subject trespassed from the location.
11 p.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 19, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to use turn signal, 12th and railroad tracks.
11:14 p.m. – Caller reported vehicles parked at the baseball field revving engines and yelling, High School baseball field. Officer responded. It was a high school team bonding game. They were advised to go home past curfew.

3:21 a.m. – Cody Allen Berto, 20, arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, 1924 Main St. Cited and released. Caller had reported a male subject destroying a drain pipe. Loss valued at $10.
5:43 p.m. – Caller reported a small fire at the top of a pole, 1900 block of 19th.
9:03 a.m. – Illegally parked vehicle towed as a hazard, 900 block of 27th.
10:07 a.m. – Caller reported tall weeds and grass, with blackberries growing through the fence, 1500 block of Ninth. Referred to code enforcement.
11:31 a.m. – Caller reported a male stole some deli food, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $4.
12:48 p.m. – Caller reported that someone was in her residence while she was gone. She came home, and things had been moved, 1800 block of Ames Creek. Report taken for burglary and theft. Loss valued at $700.
1:58 p.m. – Joseph Rafael Gutierrez, 32, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of contempt of court, 18th and Main. Cited and released.
2:04 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of beer, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken.
5:15 p.m. – Caller reported a dog biting a 5-year-old, 3200 block of Main. No citations issued, but dog ordered into quarantine. Dog was chained to its own porch when the child was bitten. The child was taken to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by family.
5:59 p.m. – Caller reported recovering her stolen vehicle, 1100 block of Nandina.
4:51 p.m. – Sixteen-year-old male taken into custody for second-degree criminal mischief, 1000 block of 43rd. Referred to the Juvenile Department and released.
6:10 p.m. – Caller turned in a debit card and concealed handgun license, Foster area. Placed in found property.
6:59 p.m. – Caller reported an unoccupied vehicle parked in the middle of the gravel, end of Green River. Officer located vehicle but could not locate anyone around the vehicle. Officer left a message on the vehicle regarding trespassing.
7:48 p.m. – Caller reported someone is possibly staying in a vacant residence that her family owns, 2200 block of Larch. Officer responded. Residence was clear, but there was some evidence someone had been staying in it. Caller advised, and caller resecured the residence.
7:53 p.m. – Caller reported a child she was babysitting was missing, 300 Hwy. 228, Stonebrook Apartments. Officer responded. Child located in an entertainment center in his room.
9:04 p.m. – Caller reported two males attempting to get into her vehicle, 1800 block of Grape.
Offic er contacted juveniles, who stated they were playing hide and seek. Caller and parent advised.

12:57 a.m. – Phillip Randall Passmore, 49, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for hit and run, Lebanon. Cited and released.
1:09 a.m. – Caller reported two subjects dressed in black near fuel pumps, 6000 block of Main. Subjects took off running when someone spotted them. Report taken for criminal mischief. Loss valued at $300.
8:22 a.m. – Caller reported that someone stole his bike from his porch, 400 block of Maple. Report taken.
1:28 p.m. – John Leon Day, 59, cited on an Albany warrant for contempt of court for failure to comply, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

6:58 p.m. – Caller reported that someone took a window out and climbed into a house, 300 block of 16th. The back door was open, and some items were missing. Report taken.
8:01 p.m. – Caller reported trading her vehicle on a truck, and the title was for a Honda, 4600 block of Main. The VIN came back as a stolen vehicle. Officer contacted registered owner, who picked up the vehicle.

9:18 a.m. – Caller reported hitting a deer, but it was not dead, 2400 block of Main. Officer responded and moved deer to the side of the road for Oregon Department of Transportation to pick up.
9:36 a.m. – Joshua Casey Waddell, 31, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on six original counts of third-degree theft, Polk County Jail.
11:39 a.m. – Sixteen-year-old male taken into custody on a warrant for a weapons offense, 900 block of 15th. Transported to Oak Creek Detention.
1 p.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the street with no plate or tags, 4000 block of Osage. Officer posted for removal after attempting to locate owner of vehicle.
1:12 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of fuel from a school vehicle during the past two nights, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Loss valued at $26.

10:29 a.m. – Caller reported a male subject just rammed her friend’s vehicle with his own vehicle because he wanted to park in the shaded area where the other vehicle was parked, 18th and Fir. Officer responded. Information noted. Female did not want to pursue charges.
10:31 a.m. – Caller said a black horse is in bad shape, 30500 block of Fairview. Caller said the horse is tied up 24 hours a day, not fed well and can barely move.
10:46 a.m. – Caller said she is a caregiver nurse and the patient’s wife pulled a gun and threatened her husband (the patient) and his dog.
11 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of a credit card, 1600 block of Dogwood. Suspect in the Philippines.
11:38 a.m. – Caller reported property stolen off of his vehicle while it was parked in the 800 block of Long. Report taken. Loss valued at $160.
1:39 p.m. – Someone broke into a house, 40300 block of McQueen. Some suitcases were stolen. Report taken.

12:11 a.m. – Several callers reported loud drunk women at the Sunnyside campground near the pond.
11:31 a.m. – Caller said she was camping last night at Gordon Lakes. There was a man who had a fire going in his camping spot at the lower lake.

4:23 p.m. – Multi-vehicle non-injury collision, 41700 block of Upper Calapooia. There was a vehicle in the caller’s yard.
7:19 p.m. – There were several people in a boat near the Sunnyside Boat Ramp. They were stopping people in other boats asking for beer, gas or pot. One female exposed her chest as well.
9:45 p.m. – Caller reported a disturbance near the bathrooms at campsite 7C at Sunnyside Park.
9:56 p.m. – Caller reported an illegal camp on Sunnyside Road, just off the paved section on the east side.

7:16 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated man past the rock quarry toward McDowell Creek on Berlin that is carrying a beer and staggering in and out of traffic. He is happy to be walking according to the caller.

2:55 p.m. – Caller said that a man living in the 27900 block of Riggs Hill. was bragging that he has a warrant.

7:57 a.m. – Caller said her landlord just tried to run someone over with a tractor, 29400 block of Highway 20. Landlord has been blocking everyone from coming over.
