Sept. 14

7:33 a.m. – Caller reported a homeless camp at the new City Hall, 3225 Main. Officer responded, contacted two individuals and advised them to find a better place to stay.

10:27 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle involved in arsons is parked at Husky Field and it appears the operator is attempting to hide gas cans near the grandstands, 1012 22nd. Officer responded, vehicle did not match the description, unable to locate any items that were dumped.

10:36 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle pulled into their driveway, 24300 block Brush Creek Road. Deputy did area check, determined intruder was mail carrier.

12:29 p.m. – Caller reported the vehicle involved in the arsons is now parked at Dollar Tree, 2414 Main. Officer responded, vehicle did not match.

3:19 p.m. – Caller reported stolen chainsaw in 39600 block Highway 228. Value $250. Report taken.

3:26 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle parked in area of 12th and Tamarack which may be suspect vehicle. Officer responded, checked the area, unable to locate. Vehicle parked at residence did not match.

3:33 p.m. – Vehicle reported stolen in Clatskanie area recovered near Foster Lake, 44600 block North River Drive. Report taken.

3:55 p.m. – Caller reported someone used a ladder to steal her cans and bottles 1800 block of Kalmia. Ladder was left and does not belong to her. Officer responded, info noted.

5:24 p.m. – Keith Andrew Blondin, 33, arrested for assault, SHPD. Booked, cited and transported to Linn County Jail.

8:39 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on son and husband, they evacuated and may have gone to a shelter, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, no response at residence, caller advised she was contacted by the shelter who had contacted the pair. She will follow up with the shelter.

10:53 p.m. – Officer located a male with a warrant on a traffic stop, 1600 block of Main. Jeffrey McNees, 27, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for contempt of court. Also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

Sept. 15

1:00 a.m. – Esther Huntingon cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 23rd and Main.

2:12 a.m. – Albany Police located Kendra Lynne Montoya, 22, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.

2:50 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle in 40000 block Upper Calapooia Drive. Turned out to be newspaper delivery person.

3:09 a.m. – Melissa Palmer, 28, cited for driving while suspended, 22nd and Main.

3:09 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicles. Deputy investigated. Turned out to be multiple Neighborhood Watch people driving through the area.

3:42 a.m. – Amanda Binks, 27, cited for driving while suspended, 1200 block of Nandina.

4:59 a.m. – Rozalind Oller, 62, cited for driving while suspended, 1600 block of Long.

9:48 a.m. – Caller reported shed was broken into and items were stolen, 200 block of 18th. Officer responded, report taken for burglary and theft.

12:07 p.m. – Columbia County sheriff’s office located Thomas Joseph Lee Burke, 41, on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal trespass and contempt of court seeking punitive sanctions.

12:38 p.m. – Katrina Lynn Andrews, 41, cited for driving while under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, failure to drive within the lane, driving uninsured, and no valid operator’s license, 1950 Main, SHPD, 1950 Main.

1:58 p.m. – Michael James Coomer, 45, cited and released on a Benton County warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, and a Lebanon warrant for a parole violation.

2:54 p.m. – Deputy contacted small Nissan pickup on Old Hufford Road. Individual was teaching his girlfriend to drive a stick shift.

3:32 p.m. – Caller reported students created social media usernames that are disrespectful to teachers, 800 block of 22nd. School resource officer to contact parents and counsel juveniles.

3:38 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle was entered, 1300 block of Elm. Officer responded, report taken.

5:01 p.m. – Caller reports someone threw a rock and it went through the windshield of a vehicle driving by, striking a male inside, 3100 block of Main. Officer responded, victim had minor injuries and male was counseled on his actions at victim’s request.

5:32 p.m. – Julianne Nicole Phillips, 27, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for a parole violation, meth possession, and heroin possession. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to install an ignition interlock device.

7:10 p.m. – Caller reported three males seen going into green building on Linn County Mill Property, believes they’re living inside of it. Officer responded, contacted multiple subjects. Some were fishing in the area and one was reminded of his trespass. No evidence of anyone living at location.

7:23 p.m. – Caller reported subjects in a white Honda were siphoning gas out of a white pickup, 4800 Main block of Main. Officer responded, contacted male who is new owner of the pickup, was working on getting it moved from the location.

8:33 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors setting off fireworks, 1400 block of 53rd. Officer responded, advised of complaint, will put out fireworks.

Sept. 16

5:30 a.m. – Cody Lobdell, 24, and Veronica Szuch, 24, both of Sweet Home, arrested on outstanding Municipal Court warrants. Caller reported suspicious vehicle in area of 42200 Ames Creek Road. Deputies contacted two occupants, who were trying to sleep. Report taken.

7:04 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 24, cited and released for theft of services, 1500 block of 47th.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported a male refusing to keep his mask on in the store and would like him trespassed, 890 Main, Towne Pump. Officer responded, contacted male and trespassed him from location.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported truck was broken into and tools were stolen, 1800 block of Vine. Officer took report by phone due to caller being out of town. Report taken for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, and theft, approximate loss valued at $345.

3:06 p.m. – School reported parent returned Chromebooks without charging cables, 3100 block of Long. Officer responded, collected items and returned to school.

3:21 p.m. – Citizen came to police department to report her child’s skateboard was taken from her residence, 1800 block of Cedar. A male contacted her claiming to have the item, but is no longer responding when asked to meet to return it. Officer took a report, approximate loss valued at $100.

3:43 p.m. – Citizen came to police department to report receiving a text from someone she has a restraining order against. Report taken for restraining order violation.

3:56 p.m. – Caller reported gunshots in 27300 block Fern Ridge Road. Deputy responded. It was a resident exterminating moles on his property, legally.

7:38 p.m. – While on a traffic stop, officer located Jarrod Anthony Burcham, 35, on a Sweet Home warrant for criminal mischief, Main and Clark Mill. Cited and released.

9:23 p.m. – Caller reported someone attempted to break into their vehicle at location, 1300 Elm. Officer responded, report taken. Vehicle entered, nothing taken, will attempt to locate any related vehicles in the area.

10:03 p.m. – Albany Police arrested Rondel Allen Adams, 29, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving.

11:41 p.m. – Natalie Deshazer arrested for a restraining order violation at 7-Eleven, 2405 Main. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

11:41 p.m. – While on another call, officer located Machaelray Jensen, 39, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on two original charges of criminal mischief, 7-Eleven, 2405 Main. Cited and released.

11:57 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious males near a vehicle, 23rd and Long. Officer responded, males gone on arrival. Located a female sleeping in the back of the vehicle. Plates seized, Heather Elmer arrested on Lane County parole and probation violations, Lebanon probation violations, and an Albany warrant for contempt of court, along with more warrants from Albany and Lebanon. Lodged at Linn County jail awaiting shuttle to Lane County.

Sept. 17

2:48 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office located Marilyn Junet Crosiar, 58, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of theft.

2:52 a.m. – SWAT callout in the Lacomb area.

4:13 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle parked in field behind Spoleto’s, 1415 47th. Officer responded, contacted male who is living out of his vehicle and tried to park it out of the way. He was advised to have someone come move his vehicle for him. Jeffrey McNees, 27, cited for a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth.

9:49 a.m. – Caller reported someone stole her skateboard and bicycle, 1200 block of 44th. Officer responded, report taken for theft. Approximate value $150.

10:41 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle parked on the sidewalk with a smashed windshield, 1300 block of 45th. Officer responded, contacted owner who agreed to move it off the sidewalk, advised of parking laws.

10:49 a.m. – Linn County Jail served Isaiah James Jackson, 18, a Sweet Home warrant for theft.

10:57 a.m. – Caller reported seeing the vehicle involved in the arsons, 9th and Main. Officer responded, located the vehicle in question, which was not the same vehicle as the one involved in the arsons.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reported being shown a video of a juvenile smoking, 500 block of Surrey. Officer responded, juvenile counselled, parent will handle discipline.

2:34 p.m. – Caller reported a female harassing customers, another caller reported a female acting strange and walking in the middle of the road, 1810 Main, Main St. Market. Officer responded, Denise Rochelle Burrow, 53, cited on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on 10 charges of criminal citations, one charge of criminal trespass, and one charge of possession of meth. Cited and released in the field, trespassed from Main St. Market.

11:56 p.m. – Officer located Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 44, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass. 4700 block of Main.

Sept. 18

2:11 a.m. – Heather Elmer, 27, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 1500 block of Main.

11:20 a.m. – Multiple calls reported a male and female fighting, male kicking the car while female tried to run him over, 12th and Main. Jackalyn Elise Arneson, 27, cited and released on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of hit and run.

2:01 p.m. – Caller reported male and female fighting at location, 400 block of Holley. Allen Dale Ensley, 31, cited and released on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of meth.

2:26 p.m. – Clifford Lawrence Stoner, 47, turned himself in on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, driving while suspended, and a parole violation, 1200 block of 47th. Cited and released.

4:26 p.m. – Minor motor vehicle crash on Long and 228. Officer responded, operator Timothy James Shehan, 26, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

5:22 p.m. – Mark Aaron Lamb, 43, turned himself in on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of reckless driving.

9:38 p.m. – Caller reported a male calling her names and refusing to leave her residence, requested he be trespassed, 600 block of 8th. Officer responded, verbal disagreement over property, parties separated, male trespassed. Randy Dale Ensley, 56, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to perform duties of a driver and a Lebanon warrant of a probation violation.

11:23 p.m. – Late entry from Sept. 3. Marion County cited Janene Lynn Gust, 60, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.

11:41 p.m. – Benton County cited Joseph Aldor Dunham, 42, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass.

Sept. 19

12:11 a.m. – Caller reported a male trying to kick in her door, last seen running north of location, 5400 Main. Officer responded, report taken, checked area, unable to locate male.

2:36 a.m. – Officer cited and released Loren Kenneth Clark Jr., 48, for possession of meth, 1000 block of 29th.

3:34 a.m. – Caller reported a friend was attacked while on a walk, 3200 block of Main. Officer responded, report taken, investigation ongoing.

10:56 a.m. – Caller reported tools were taken out of his vehicle, 700 block of Birch. Officer responded, report taken.

11:50 a.m. – Officer located Heather Rachelle Greenwalt, 38, on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation, 400 block of Elm.

12:59 p.m. – Caller reported a firearm was stolen from an unsecured vehicle while at Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main, on Sept. 9. Report taken.

5:47 p.m. – Caller reported hearing a female yell at someone, 400 block of Holley. Officer responded, contacted female who was yelling at location. Dawn Thompson, 32, cited and released on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of theft and three counts of criminal trespass.

7:08 p.m. – Tony Roebuck, 26, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 700 block of Long.

8:01 p.m. – Melissa Palmer cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2295 Main, Mobil.

9:37 p.m. – Officer located Darren Botts, 53, cited on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to report as a sex offender, 1540 Main, Safeway. Joseph Salley, 48, cited on a Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal citation, driving while suspended.

10:54 p.m. – Elijah Sullivan, 25, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, 2405 Main, 7-Eleven.

11:39 p.m. – Lebanon Police located Austin Alton Wayne Jones, 24, on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal mischief.
