March 26

1:04 a.m. – John Marian Gillispie, 56, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Douglas County. Cited and released.

1:18 a.m. – Officer seized license plates from vehicle, 250 Main St., OK Feed.

3:28 a.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 19, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, 3133 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.

5:31 a.m. – Alejandro Martinez Arciniega, 23, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Albany. Cited and released.

6:57 a.m. – Caller reported that dogs had been barking for the past half hour, 300 block of 7th. Officer responded and located dogs barking in a backyard. It did not appear that anyone was at home. Officer left a business card for the owner to contact him.

March 25

5:37 a.m. – Caller reported that her son stole rings, 4800 block of 48th. Report taken. Loss valued at $178.

6:05 a.m. – R.C. Phillips, 49, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Deschutes County. Cited and released.

11:03 a.m. – Caller reported an overdose, 500 block of 10th. Medics transported a male to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.

11:47 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered her unsecured vehicle during the night and stole $200 worth of items, 900 block of Oak Terrace. Report taken.

12:26 p.m. – Cody Dean Duckett, 32, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Chevron.

2:10 p.m. – Caller reported a male sleeping in the women’s bathroom, 877 14th Ave., Sankey Park. Officer responded and contacted a female, who requested medics for a diabetic issue. Medics cleared the female, and officer provided courtesy transportation to another location.

2:53 p.m. – Tyrone Aundry Hampton, 36, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, Albany warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and a new charge of possession of meth, 2400 block of Main.

3:02 p.m. – Caller reported a dog running around in the neighborhood, 5th and Ironwood. Officer located the dog. It would not come to the officer. The dog was older and not aggressive.

3:25 p.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on a male who was passed out next to a fire hydrant, 1700 block of Elm. Officer contacted a male, who was fine and moving on.

8:09 p.m. – Nathan Dean Danielson, 34, cited and released in field for sexual harassment, 140 7th Ave.

9:16 p.m. – Caller reported a theft, 925 Main St., Going Green. Report taken. Loss valued at $54.

10:36 a.m. – Rachel Leann Adams, 24, arrested for third-degree theft, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

March 24

12:59 am. – Vehicle tagged for removal, 900 block of Cedar.

5:17 a.m. – Brandon Scott Schatz, 28, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth, Church of Christ. Transported to Linn County Jail.

12:17 p.m. – Caller reported that someone damaged her rock border in front of her home, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Information noted.

2:13 p.m. – Caller brought in a dog she found in the 4600 block of Live Oak. Placed in kennel.

5:02 p.m. – Britney Leanne Warren, 28, cited for driving while suspended, 1540 Main St., Safeway.

8:57 p.m. – Jason Dale Beeman, 36, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, 1121 Spruce St.

9:34 p.m. – Katrina Marie Tenbusch, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

9:40 p.m. – Caller reported that her stolen ID was used to try to get into a bar, 1200 12th Ave., Chewy’s. Information forwarded to Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

March 23

6:16 a.m. – Caller reported that a male stole 12 packs of cigarettes, 3239 Main St., Midway Market. Report taken. Loss valued at $80.

7:05 a.m. – Single-vehicle crash, 27100 block of Fern Ridge. A 17-year-old female slid off the road in the snow and rolled the car. No injuries. All parties entered an agreement about a damaged fence.

9:41 a.m. – Ra Ross Allen Scott, 24, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

10:11 a.m. – Caller reported that someone entered her unsecured car during the night and took items, 2400 block of Main Report taken.

10:39 a.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 20, cited and released in field for third-degree theft, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Stolen property valued at $2.89.

12:45 p.m. – Heather Dean Church, 51, turned in herself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrant for failure to comply on original charge of fourth-degree assault, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

1:24 p.m. – Caller reported two students did not go to school but were seen by Speedee Mart, 1501 Main St. Officer located the juveniles and advised them to go to class. Caller counseled for misuse of 9-1-1.

2:35 p.m. – Caller reported concerns that a neighbor allows a dog out every day, and the dog defecates in the caller’s yard, 1100 block of 38th. Officer talked to the caller, who wanted the information noted for now and would call back when the dog is on the caller’s property.

4:27 p.m. – Joshua Wayne Welch, 29, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Philomath.

5:38 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her house the previous day, 1700 block of Tamarack. Report taken.

8:54 p.m. – Stacy D. Stafford, 46, cited and released in the field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of placing an offensive substance on private property, 1115 Long St., Sweet Home Emergency Ministries.

9:16 p.m. – David Paul Gruwell, 51, cited and released in field on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Clark Mill at old mill property.

10:16 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 33, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis. Cited and released.

March 22

9:14 a.m. – Billy Gene Seibert, 54, turned in himself on a Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.

9:54 a.m. – Caller found trash and tires dumped on Brush Creek Road, 26000 block of Brush Creek.

12:14 p.m. – Billy Dye, 56, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Eugene. Cited and released.

1:03 p.m. – Caller found syringes in the women’s bathroom, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Syringes seized for disposal.

2:18 p.m. – Caller reported that she was assaulted by her husband, 300 block of Highway 228. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

2:42 p.m. – Caller reported receiving a fraudulent check, 5400 block of Main. Officer responded. Check was part of a Craigslist scam. Caller was not out any money or items. Information noted.

4:56 p.m. – Caller reported that a male stole several items from the store, 3041 Main St., Hoy’s Hardware. Report taken.

6:43 p.m. – Kristina Larizza Boswell, 32, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Albany.

9:46 p.m. – Terry Lee Anderson, 56, arrested on Sweet Home warrants for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal mischief and felon in possession of a restricted weapon and Lebanon warrant for probation violation, 18th and Tamarack. Cited and released.

March 21

4:10 a.m. – Medics transported a 16-year-old female to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with an alcohol overdose, 4300 block of Main. Report taken to be forwarded to Juvenile Department.

6:57 a.m. – Caller reported that someone was on her front porch, 1200 block of Nandina. Officer responded and contacted a female who needed medical attention. Female transported to hospital.

10:19 a.m. – Caller reported that a female stole a rotisserie chicken, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken. Loss valued at $7.99.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported that a female had money stolen from her bank account by her previous caregiver, 1800 block of Fir. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

11:41 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti on bleachers, Husky Field. Information noted.

11:42 a.m. – A student reported that another student was making inappropriate sexual comments about another student, 1641 Long St. Police officer working with school on the issue.

12:15 p.m. – Caller reported two males at location drinking, 1530 Main St., Santiam Drug. One had a sign and had stepped in the way of vehicles pulling in. Officer contacted both males, and they moved on.

12:21 p.m. – Caller found a laptop on the shuttle bus, 880 18th Ave., Sweet Home Senior Center. Placed in found property.

1:49 p.m. – Kimberly Renee Lunn, 49, arrested for third-degree theft, 300 W. Holley Road, Stone-brook Apartments. Cited and released.

2:16 p.m. – Caller received a package for another subject who doesn’t live at location, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows. Officer seized the package.

2:52 p.m. – Caller reported theft of services, 2400 block of Long. Report taken. Investigation continuing. Loss valued at $128.

4:20 p.m. – Caller found a puppy running loose in the area, 3rd and Elm. Caller refused to wait for an officer to take the dog and left it in the Police Department lobby. Dog placed in kennel then returned to owner later.

4:26 p.m. – Nicholas Scot Warren, 38, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on two original charges of third-degree theft and one original charge of second-degree criminal trespass and Linn County warrant for probation violation of possession of meth, 426 Ironwood St. Cited and released.

4:44 p.m. – Caller reported persons staying in an RV for more than 10 days, 1400 block of 40th. Referred to code enforcement.

6:12 p.m. – Caller overheard a juvenile talking about a gun, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Report taken.

6:47 p.m. – Oregon Department of Transportation requested that an officer respond to location for a 10-foot by 10-foot green garden shed partially blocking the roadway, Highway 20 milepost 24. Officer contacted the owner of the shed. The owner was loading it back on a trailer, and the roadway was clear.

March 20

12:31 a.m. – Steven Edward Grimm, 47, arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

5:18 a.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 34, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of courrt and probation violation on original charge of driving under the influence, 1220 23rd Ave.

7:50 a.m. – Cascade Timber Consulting reported a large pile of tires dumped at the CTC Scott Mountain 300 gate. Report taken. It appeared to have been dumped from a dump truck and consisted of more than 50 commercial, military, passenger vehicle and ATV tires covered in dirt and mud.

10:21 a.m. – A timber harvesting contractor reported the theft of four LED work lights from property managed by Cascade Timber Consulting approximately 1 mile from Ames Creek Drive. Loss valued at $287.38. Report taken.

11:11 a.m. – Caller found a phone in an outgoing mailbox, 5300 block of Poplar. Placed in found property.

11:17 a.m. – Caller found a notebook in the Police Department bathroom, 1950 Main St. Placed in found property.

11:44 a.m. – Caller reported that her sister’s pain pills were stolen, 4600 block of Mahogany. Information noted.

11:52 a.m. – Caller reported an aggressive dog running around the backyard, 3300 block of Long. Released to Animal Control.

2:02 p.m. – Chantel Delace Carr, 41, cited for dog as a public nuisance, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Dog released to owner.

2:49 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run, 621 Main St., Thriftway. Report taken.

4:32 p.m. – Caller reported her vehicle was keyed, 1900 block of Long. Report taken.

7:21 p.m. – Officer located a pocket knife in the back of a patrol vehicle, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Placed in found property.

8:06 p.m. – Caller reported open storage, 1700 block of 9th. Referred to code enforcement.

10:27 p.m. – Demetrius Scott, 19, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of third-degree theft, Lebanon. Cited and released.

March 19

9:37 a.m. – Caller reported a vehicle had been parked for more than a month, 42nd and Osage. Posted for removal.

3:16 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen from her property, 1300 block of 43rd. Report taken.

4:29 p.m. – Merry Lorraine Brown, 48, turned in herself on a Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of distribution of meth, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.

10:43 p.m. – Marcus Wesley Hesson, 46, turned in himself on a Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of failure to register as a sex offender, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
