10:54 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen Tilt Deck trailer that had been reported to Salem police. 41200 block of Upper Calapooia Drive. Also recovered was a stolen excavator on the trailer from a separate theft. Report taken.
1:46 p.m. – Steven Kenneth Stitt, 37, was cited and released on a Albany Municipal Court warrant for resisting arrest.
2:40 p.m. – Franklin Cutbirth III, 40, arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Also arrested on warrant for contempt of court. 41100 block Upper Calapooia Dr.
5:03 p.m. – Bryson Setzkorn, 32, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree criminal mischief, 1200 block of 46th Ave.
7:49 p.m. – Joey Persinger, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
9:19 p.m. – Rochelle Zamacona, 29, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, 1950 Main St.
March 22
8:33 a.m. – Ronald Kolbee Credille, 26, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of failing to report as a sex offender X3 and failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree escape.
10:58 a.m. – Callers reported that a female had stolen items from Thriftway, 621 Main Street Thriftway. A 58-year-old female was cited and released for third-degree theft. ID Bureau indicated the person’s real identity. Additional charges are pending for providing false information to a police officer and identity theft.
12:23 p.m. – Aleece Rochelle Woods, 36, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, 700 block of Main St.
March 23
6:03 a.m. – Colton Rictor, 20, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court felony warrants for second-degree burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X2, and third-degree theft. Cited and released on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for theft by receiving, 1950 Main St.
12:03 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 34, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of meth possession X2, harassment and fourth-degree assault. Cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, and on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 1950 Main St.
12:06 p.m. – Linda Kennedy, 31, of Sweet Home, was arrested on a warrant, 30500 block of Berlin Rd. Report taken.
12:45 p.m. – Loa Ann Louise Branton, 32, was cited for unlawful lane change and driving uninsured, 13th Ave./Main St.
1:17 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 43, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
7:02 p.m. – Bryanna Harley, 30, of Sweet Home, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant, cited for possession of a controlled substance – fentanyl. Joshua Roebuck, 34, of Sweet Home, was cited and released for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. Citations came after the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle at Mountain Home Drive/Scott Mountain Rd. Report taken.
8:03 p.m. – Brent Anthony Prather was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 1130 block of 18th Ave.
9:55 p.m. – Christopher Hackworth, 38, of Salem, was arrested for DUII (0.15% BAC) and cited for speeding, 91/55, driving while suspended and failure to install ignition interlock device, Hwy. 20/Brushwood Road. Report taken.
March 24
1:22 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office assisted a motorist whose vehicle was in the ditch, 44400 block of Sunnyside Road. According to Sheriff’s Office, friends of the vehicle owner took it on a test drive and, when turning around, became stuck in the ditch. Information in the Sheriff’s report was not clear as to who the operator was (there were several names).
11:44 a.m. – Deputy patrolling the area of Shea Point found a spot where a bank is being dug away at Foster Lake. The location is an apparent archaeological site. The issue had been recently reported. Patrols will increase in an attempt to locate the suspect. 6300 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.
12:42 p.m. – Caller reported a male metal detecting in a restricted area, 6200 block of Hwy. 20.
6:48 p.m. – Buzz Star Dodson Jr., 24, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office Supervisory warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, 415 Holley Road.
6:48 p.m. – Dennis James Citro, 47, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of false swearing, 415 Holley Road.
March 25
6:55 a.m. – Caller reported a cut gas line on a vehicle abandoned at Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. A male was seen walking away from the vehicle with a gas can. Breanna Marie Mansell, 28, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft. James Andrew Linder, 33, was cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree attempted theft.
1:43 p.m. – Caller reported a theft at Thriftway, 621 Main St. Nickolas Shoulders, 32, was cited and released for third-degree theft.
2:04 p.m. – Caller reported that a vehicle was entered and its items were taken at McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block of McDowell Creek Drive. Owner had left 2006 Chevrolet HHR parked for about 20 minutes and returned to find unlocked vehicle had been entered, and her purse, jacket and a baby bag had been stolen. Value approximately $200. Report taken.
2:54 p.m. – Keith Bond, 37, of Turner, was cited for unsafe passing after a single-vehicle crash in the 47700 block of Quartzville Road. A motorcycle slid into the guard rail. Report taken.
3:20 p.m. – Caller reported a trash can stolen on March 23 between 8:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the 30200 block of Hwy. 20. Valued at $75. Report taken.
6:40 p.m. – Heather Mae Kelly, 42, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft X2 and failure to appear on an original charge of harassment, Klamath County.
11:12 p.m. – Raymond Larry Bodda, 40, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, 6099 Main St.
March 26
10:07 a.m. – Deputies responded to an illegal camp on BLM land near Milepost 19 on Quartzville Rd. Camper was “very agitated” and demanded both deputies’ business cards. She received them.
10:31 a.m. – Caller reported fuel stolen from two vehicles within the past month, 38400 block of Hwy. 228.
11:42 a.m. – A deputy located two transients camped near milepost 19.5 on Quartzville Road. The site was “heavily littered,” and occupants were building walls using packaging crates, according to the Sheriff’s Office. They were advised that campsites are for recreational use only and advised to vacate the site.
12:03 p.m. – Joshua Vaughn, 43, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving without a license, 30600 block of Hwy. 20.
12:18 p.m. – Caller reported a male ripping up signs in the yard at Sweet Home Police Department, 1950 Main St. Jason Michael Comer, 44, was arrested for probation violation.
4:55 p.m. – Keoni Martin Murray, 63, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second degree theft, Albany Police Department.
5:20 p.m. – Caller reported a dispute between neighbors over grapes on their shared property line, 42700 block of North River Drive.
March 27
5:03 p.m. – Paula Skyles-Lutzi, 49, was cited and released for third-degree theft and identity theft, and on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for possession of heroin, failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation and second-degree theft, Sweet Home Police Department.
7:56 p.m. – Michael Austin Hurley, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.
