7:43 a.m. – Caller reported items taken from two vehicle break-ins, 2200 block of Larch St. A report was taken for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Approximate loss of value: $530.
8:53 am. – Illegal camping in 46400 block Quartzville Rd. Deputy educated campers on where they could camp.
9:45 a.m. – Natalie Morris, 20, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 80/55, Hwy. 20/Fairview Road.
10:59 a.m. – Willa Raie Harris, 51, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Lebanon Police Department.
3:49 p.m. – Male contacted the Sheriff’s Office about an incident he has reported multiple times in the past. Mental-health issue. 28400 block of Liberty Road.
4:35 p.m. – John Paul Short, 38, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, 6000 block of Main St.
10:29 p.m. – Michael Austin Hurley, 42, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Jail.

9:31 a.m. – A stray dog was transported to county Animal Control, 1900 block of Main St.
2:34 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree criminal trespass, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
3:17 p.m. – Caller reported a stolen trailer in the 2400 block of Long St. An officer responded and a report was taken for first-degree theft. Loss of value: $1,900.
7:58 p.m. – Timothy Dean James Morgan, 20, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for third-degree rape, 3100 block of Main St.

8:55 a.m. – Caller reported entry into a vehicle the previous evening, 1230 block of 46th Court. A report taken for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Value: $700.
12:50 p.m. – Derek Armond Johnson, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
3:07 p.m. – Cassandra Banta, 18, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Sweet Home Police Department.
3:50 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 52, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Lebanon Police Department.
4:47 p.m. – Jacob Siefarth, 26, of Foster, was cited for speeding, Highway 20/Manx Lane.
4:52 p.m. – Caller reported a motor-vehicle crash in the 1200 block of Main St., in which the driver and passenger fled the scene and threatened him. Both parties exchanged information. Damage under $2,500. Tiara Lanae Hoffman, 36, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
7:02 p.m. – Jesse Martin, 22, of Sweet Home, was arrested for DUII, 42400 block of North River Drive.
8:05 p.m. – Multiple callers reported a male breaking a fence apart, then attempting to enter a closed business in the 1500 block of Long St. Steven Kenneth Stitt, 37, was arrested on a probation violation detainer.
May 20
6:01 a.m. – Robert Gene Cox, 42, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, attempting to commit a Class A misdemeanor for assault and aggravated harassment, and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation. Cited and released on Albany Municipal Court warrant for theft by receiving, 877 14th Ave.
6:52 a.m. – Caller reported a car theft the previous evening, 1530 block of Tamarack St.
9:56 a.m. – Caller reported a May 9 gun theft, 1900 block of Main St. A report was taken for first-degree theft.
10:06 a.m. – Latosha Hanson, 36, of Lebanon, was arrested on two outstanding warrants, Main St./24th Ave. Report taken.
10:44 a.m. – Christopher Thomas Reed, 38, of Sweet Home, was arrested on contempt of court warrant out of Philomath Municipal Court. Cited and released. 39000 block Crawfordsville Drive. Report taken.
4:03 p.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 54, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
5:11 p.m. – Kyle Scott Traxtle, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office.
7:31 p.m. – Tyler Fincher, 23, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, United States Postal Service, 1303 Long St.
May 21
9:17 a.m. – Caller reported a group attempting to climb through a fence to a neighboring business, 1200 block of 44th Ave. The group denied the reported activity, alleging that it had to reach through the fence to grab a dog. No damage to property. Christopher Gerard Coultas, 39, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. Ricky Paul Nelson, 21, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for false information and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, identity theft, false information and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
9:17 a.m. – Sonny Allen Agrelius, 24, was taken into custody for unauthorized use of a vehicle, 1200 block of 44th Ave.
10:11 a.m. – Ricky P. Nelson, 21, of Lebanon, was arrested for third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, physical harassment, interference with making a report, and five outstanding warrants. 1200 block 44th Ave. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.
5:58 p.m. – Caller reported an item taken from his home, 3100 block of Main St. A report was taken for third-degree theft. Approximate value: $30.
6:48 p.m. – Caller reported that a woman took items from a store in the 1540 block of Main St. A report was taken for second-degree theft.
7:07 p.m. – Ramon Ayala, 19, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 78/55, 28900 block Hwy. 20.
7:39 p.m. – Roberta Lee Griffiths, 52, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second degree theft, 1470 block of 53rd Ave.
7:43 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle parked in driveway in 43500 block Wiley Creek Dr. Vehicle left as soon as the homeowner called the police. The Sheriff’s Office was unable to follow up, as the vehicle had been sold and was not registered to its new owner.
8:44 p.m. – Diana Hall, 65, was cited for having no insurance and driving with a suspended license, Highway 20 westbound.
10:01 p.m. – Bryan James Watts, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
11:49 p.m. – Alex Levitsky, 38, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, 47th Ave. and Live Oak St.
May 22
4:01 p.m. – Woman called 9-1-1, but the deputy who responded to 27400 block Moose Creek Lane was unable to locate her or contact her. Later, the woman called the Sheriff’s Office to report that her vehicle had been broken into. She was alive and well otherwise.
5:20 p.m. – Ian Thomas Buczko, 35, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant near Hwy. 20/Moose Creek Lane. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.
6:38 p.m. – Deputy contacted occupants of RVs illegally parked in 44600 block Quartzville Rd. for several days. They were advised to leave the area.
6:46 p.m. – Mitch Matthew Cobine, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree criminal mischief, Albany Police Department.

3:54 a.m. – Veronica Sue Szuch, 25, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft, 1400 block of Main St. Also cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.
