May 27

12:34 p.m. – Anonymous caller reported loud music in the 27800 block of Riggs Hill Road. Deputy found gate shut and did not hear loud music.

3:05 p.m. – Male with all-white motor home warned for trespass, 44200 block Highway 20. He was given until dark to be off ACE property. Same male had been contacted twice on May 26 half a mile down the road.

3:31 p.m. – Male and female fishing from boat in camp site, 45500 block Quartzville Road. They had driven in on the south bank road. Deputy warned them for trespassing and sent them on their way.

4:06 p.m. – Anonymous caller reported suspicious activity, suspected drug deals at River Bend Park, 45900 Highway 20. Patrols increased in area.

4:07 p.m. – Parks staff reported motorcycle rider driving past toll booth at Lewis Creek Park without paying $5 fee. By the time deputies arrived, they had contacted the rider, who agreed to pay.

7:58 p.m. – Elderly female reported she thought someone was outside on her property, 43100 North River Drive. Deputy checked and found no one.

10:22 p.m. – Deputies responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 47700 block of Quartzville Road. Found three “very loud” camps, in which “alcohol use appeared to be an issue” in two. “After some protest, the camps quieted down.” Park staff would issue trespass notices in the morning.

May 26

8:16 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious fish in A Loop at Sunnyside Campground. Asked for contact from Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife trooper.

2:04 p.m. – Deputy responded to trespass call, 44900 block Quartzville Road. Found group of campers packing to move out. Deputy assisted them with their awning and listened to their concerns. They were told to stay out of all Linn County parks for 72 hours.

5:34 p.m. – Suicidal subject reported in 38400 block Crawfordsville Drive. Deputies conducted search but were unable to locate male, who was listed as a missing person. Alert was sent to surrounding agencies.

May 25

5:22 p.m. – Christopher Eihlers Hanson, 27, arrested for two counts of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 48400 block of Quartzville. Transported to Linn County Jail.

7:05 p.m. – Jesse Ford, 28, arrested on a probation violation warrant after traffic stop in 48400 block Quartzville Road.

May 24

6:59 p.m. – Caller reported a fight scheduled for the 44900 block of Quartzville Road. Deputy was unable to locate any “pugilists” in the area described.

10:24 p.m. – Deputy investigated report of threats between neighbors in the 42600 block of North River Road. Two guests in one house had reportedly been causing disruptions with tenant in neighboring house. Owner of the first house said he would have guests leave.

May 22

12:07 p.m. – Officer located a bike on the side of the roadway, 41st and Long. Placed in found property.

12:44 am. – Zachariah Lee Davis, 29, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, Oak Terrace and 8th. Cited, held for detox and released.

5:04 a.m. – Caller reported tall grass in a field behind a residence, 4600 block of Long. Referred to code enforcement.

5:14 a.m. – Weston Donovan Thompson, 27, arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to appear on original charge of possession of meth and failure to appear on a criminal citation and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and cited for driving while suspended, 1980 Main St., Bi-Mart. Cited and released.

6:22 a.m. – Caller reported a bicycle stolen, 3100 block of Main.

May 21

7:36 a.m. – Caller reported a domestic disturbance, 40400 block of Upper Calapooia. Report taken.

8:24 a.m. – Caller found a bike in her yard, 4200 block of Long. Placed in found property.

9:42 a.m. – Caller reported two aggressive dogs were loose in the area, Ironwood and 4th. Officer unable to locate.

11:05 a.m. – Tyson Derek Borenm, 34, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for contempt of court on original charges of driving under the influence and probation violation, behind Sweet Home Florist, 1200 block of Main.

11:19 a.m. – Mark Aaron Lamb, 40, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of reckless driving, Albany. Cited and released.

12:05 p.m. – Aleece Rochelle Woods, 32, arrested on Marion County warrant for possession of meth, and James Daniel Walker, 39, arrested on Marion County warrant for parole violation, 1220 23rd Ave. Woods cited and released due to a lack of beds at Linn County Jail. Walker transported to Linn County Jail.

2:12 p.m. – Caller reported that two subjects attempted entry into a couple of vehicles, 1641 Long St., Sweet Home High School. Report taken. Investigation continuing.

5:44 p.m. – Caller reported subjects going door to door selling home security systems, 400 block of 8th. Caller was concerned they may be casing the neighborhood. Caller was advised that the three individuals picked up permits representing the company in question. Officer checked the area. Unable to locate. A second caller in the 1200 block of 40th made a similar report at 7:22 p.m., and wanted to confirm that the subjects had picked up permits.
