11:14 a.m. – Patrick John Ward, 41, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Corvallis.
11:41 a.m. – The water treatment plant had been broken into the previous evening, 1357 Pleasant Valley Road. A report was taken for second-degree criminal trespass, attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempted theft.
5:14 p.m. – A caller complained about burnouts near the intersection of Glass /1st St., Crawfordsville. The driver admitted to the actions and was warned by a deputy.
11:29 p.m. – Brandy Lee Dozier, 26, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal driving, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
11:34 p.m. – A suspicious burn pile was reported near the intersection of Hwy. 228/Brush Creek Road. A deputy checked and determined the pile was just burnt trash and wood.
April 26
3:14 a.m. – Robert Michael Butterfield, 34, was cited for a meth possession violation.
6:28 a.m. – Gregory Allen Tibbs, 54, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft, Albany Police Department.
10:33 a.m. – Samantha Pimentel, 45, of Sweet Home, was cited for failure to license a dog, 1200 block of 4th Ave.
11:17 a.m. – Joshua Warren, 35, of Sweet Home, was cited for failure to license a dog, 500 block of 6th Ave.
11:47 a.m. – Jeffrey Alexander McNees, 29, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of criminal driving X3, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest, Linn County Jail.
4:26 p.m. – A caller reported a motor-vehicle crash at 53rd Ave./Main St. Cesar Eduardo Bravo Guillen was cited for driving uninsured.
April 27
2:01 a.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 23, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and third-degree theft; a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft; a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for contempt of court; and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on three original charges, 1400 block of Elm St.
8:47 a.m. – A deputy spotted a male running down the road in the 43500 block of Wiley Creek Drive, “obviously high on meth.” Declined to speak with a deputy, who learned later that the individual was wanted on a warrant. Unable to locate at that point.
11:46 a.m. – Caller reported a street bike splitting lanes and speeding, 2100 block of Main St. A responding officer did not observe any traffic violations, but contacted the male due to his behavior. Sammy Raymond Hughes, 21, was arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to comply on original charges of meth possession, unauthorized use of vehicle, identity theft X2, second-degree forgery, second-degree theft, first-degree forgery and second-degree burglary.
12:31 p.m. – Anthony Lee Nelson, 63, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm, unlawfully purchasing a firearm, giving false information on the transfer of a firearm and false swearing, 1950 block of Main St.
2:47 p.m. – Paul Allen Conklin, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failing to carry/present, Lebanon Police Department.
9:26 p.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 59, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of criminal driving, Albany Police Department.
April 28
8:06 a.m. – Caller reported a male pounding on an ice machine, 1540 Main St. Steven Stitt, 37, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and on an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for resisting arrest. Also arrested for probation violation.
9:17 a.m. – Steven Stitt, 37, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, Sweet Home Police Department.
11:20 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti in the boys restroom, 1641 Long St. A 16-year-old male was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and referred to the Juvenile department. Approximate damage value: $85.
2:01 p.m. Annie Avery, 28, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for dog at large, 4600 block of Main St.
April 29
2:40 a.m. – Billy Joe Richardson, 55, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on original charges of criminal driving X2 and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt, 4800 block of Main St., 53rd Ave./Main St.
3:32 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputies investigating repeated trespassing incidents by the same suspects on BLM and Cascade Timber Consulting property in the 24200 block of West Brush Creek Road. Suspects reportedly riding UTVs (side by sides) in area without permission. Report taken.
5:14 p.m. – Ryan Dale Magee, 45, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for theft of service and failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, Deschutes County.
7:06 p.m. – A possibly intoxicated male driver with a child in his vehicle was reported to have driven through a fence, 3200 block of Main St. No injuries were reported. Manuel B. Villa-Perez, 37, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering.
April 30
1:48 p.m. – Caller reported that their cabin on U.S. Forest Service property in the 26000 block of Big Lake Road, south of Hoodoo, was burglarized. Just over $100 was taken. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
1:57 p.m. – A caller reported that his fiance and brother got into a verbal altercation that turned physical, 2000 block of 54th Ave. Another caller reported that she was on a video call with her son when he was assaulted by his fiance’s brother. Carl Edwin Steinborn was cited and released for fourth-degree assault.
8:51 p.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of unlawful possession of meth, a criminal citation X18, and first-degree criminal trespass, back parking lot, Les Schwab, 1707 Main St.
8:56 p.m. – Robert Scott Countryman, 62, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree theft, Yamhill County.
May 1
2:14 a.m. – Bryanna Harley, 30, of Sweet Home, was cited for driving uninsured and on Albany Municipal Court warrant following traffic stop in the 28800 block of Hwy. 20. Report taken.
9:05 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 55, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass, 1500 block of Main St.
1:17 p.m. – Robert Corbin Anderson was cited for speeding 55/35, 3200 block of Main St.
1:36 p.m. – Caller reported a parent disciplining a child at McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block McDowell Creek Drive. According to Sheriff’s Office, mother grabbed her son’s forearm to get his attention. No crime.
3:51 p.m. – Deputy responded to the area of Upper Calapooia Drive/Old Upper Calapooia Drive to assist individuals locked behind Weyerhaeuser gate.
4:45 p.m. – Michael Dashawn Ferebee, 42, was cited and released on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, 3100 block of Main St.
4:58 p.m. – A caller reported that a trespassed neighbor was throwing branches onto his property, 4580 block of Airport Lane. Another caller reported that a neighbor threw branches on her property, so she threw them back. Robin Rae Jurasinski, 69, was cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass and harassment.
5:01 p.m. – Kierstan Lee Cockrell was cited for speeding 55/35, 3100 block of Main St.
5:13 p.m. – A vehicle crash was reported in the 45024 block of Highway 20, near milepost 34. According to the Oregon State Police, motorcyclist Joseph Raymond Sullivan, 56, lost control and slid off the roadway into a guardrail. He was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Motorcycle recovered by AA Towing.
