3:05 p.m. – Caller brought in a wallet left at the Downtown Lounge, 1234 Main St. Item placed in Property.
November 2
9:58 a.m. – Caller reported a broken window in the 1350 block of Main St. Officer responded; report taken. Approximate damage value: $500.
1:14 p.m. – A single-vehicle crash was reported in the 26500 block of Scott Mountain Road. No injuries reported. Driver was Jesse Meehan, 41, of Albany. Report taken.
7:07 p.m. – Neighbor saw flashlights and heard a female screaming in the 38300 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Deputy responded, learned that dogs were in a fight. No dogs or people were injured.
November 3
1:03 a.m. – Caller reported to the Sheriff’s Office that their Internet was off and they were unable to turn it back on, 28400 block of Liberty Road.
8:01 a.m. – Perry White, 57, was cited and released on a criminal driving/driving with a suspended license misdemeanor. Also cited for driving uninsured, 1100 block of Long St.
11:50 a.m. – Aaron Coldiron, 37, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured, Hoy’s Hardware, 3061 Main St.
12:02 p.m. – Cory Lawrence, 54, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving uninsured.
12:41 p.m. – Jeffrey Feldschau, 40, was cited and released for criminal driving/driving with a suspended license, 1200 block of 12th Ave.
6:14 p.m. – Caller reported identity theft, 28800 block of Reynolds Lane. Withdrawals were made monthly over several months. Investigation continuing. Report taken.
November 4
10:41 a.m. – Caller reported trespasser in the 27300 block of High Deck Road. Caller said he had not been on property for over a year, but that a neighbor had reported that the gate was secure the previous day at 1:30 p.m. Earlier on Nov. 4, the caller said, he had found the gate open and the chain cut. He repaired the chain and secured the gate. Wanted it documented.
11:22 a.m. – Deputy assisted CTC in contacting a private property owner who had put up a cable barrier that blocked CTC from accessing its property. The blockage was “not an intentional issue and will be remedied,” the Sheriff’s Office reported. 24200 block of Brush Creek Road.
12:48 p.m. – Lawrence Puckett Jr., 45, was cited for speeding 80/45, 4300 block of Main St.
4:18 p.m. – Cristy Jane Cromwell, 40, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal warrant for second-degree theft. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft X2, possession of meth X2 and failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation X8. Cited and released on a Polk County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession, failure to appear on an original charge of giving false information to police, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless burning. Cited and released on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of meth possession. November 5
5:34 a.m. – Caller reported trailer stolen off property. 39400 block of Mountain Home Road. Described as 2021 Southland Trailer, black with yellow stripes, stolen from fenced area earlier in the morning. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
7:38 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti at residence in the 38900 block of Crawfordsville Drive. Described as “anti-law enforcement and sexually bigoted.” Report taken.
9:46 a.m. – Caller reported illegal camp in 42000 block Upper Calapooia Dr. The Sheriff’s Office arrived to find a stripped stolen vehicle that had been missing from the Oakridge area on Oct. 16. Doors, hood were open and it had no wheels/tires. It was recovered and removed via tow truck after the road was cleared. Report taken.
10:52 a.m. – Caller reports someone broke into a shed and stole items, 900 block of 6th Ave. Officer responded; report taken for second-degree burglary. Estimated loss of value: $350.
1:58 p.m. – Caller flagged down an officer to report a window broken out in a vehicle, 1140 block of 12th Ave. Officer responded. Allen Ensley, 32, was cited and released for second-degree criminal mischief.
3:55 p.m. – Brandon Alexander, 30, was cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of heroin and criminal citation, an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for second-degree theft and Marion County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges of attempting to elude police, possession of meth, and contempt of court, 28200 block of Harmony Road.
7:38 p.m. – Tracy Backman, 54, was cited and released on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a criminal citation and driving with a suspended license, and an Albany Municipal Court cite-and-release warrant for possession of a restricted weapon, 1110 block of Poplar St.

3 a.m. – Caller reported a female banging on walls and playing loud in the 2440 block of Long St. Paula Murrison, 63, was cited for unnecessary noise.
2:39 p.m. – Burglary reported at Crawfordsville School, 38400 block of Glass St. Nothing missing but fire extinguisher had been removed from wall and had been used for reasons that were not clear. Investigation ongoing.
11:04 p.m. – Deputy had a vehicle removed by tow truck as it was partially in the lane of travel with no one around, 46700 block of Highway 20. Described as black 1996 Honda Civic. Report taken.
November 7
10:08 a.m. – Caller reported that he and his wife were walking the track along the Sweet Home High School football field when a female transient yelled from the bleachers that she was going to cut their heads off, Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long St. Hope Carlene Panages, 46, was cited and released on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of attempting to flee police and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
11:26 a.m. – Noah David Colgrove, 28, of Cascadia, was arrested on three contempt-of-court warrants out of Linn County Circuit Court. Transported to Linn County Jail. North River Drive/Foster Dam Road. Report taken.

1:45 a.m. – Jamie Elizabeth Geiger, 37, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of third-degree theft, Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
