1:53 a.m. – Dean Fredrick Pruitt, 39, arrested for possession of marijuana and two counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department.
1:56 a.m. – Dean Fredrick Pruitt, 39, arrested for violation of release agreement and second-degree criminal mischief, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Transported to Linn County Jail.
12:20 p.m. – Caller reported that a male came to his residence and after the male left, the caller was missing a toolbox, 1200 block of 46th. Officer responded and took report for second-degree theft of a large toolbox, approximate value $629.
5:50 p.m. – Devon Thomas Brickeen, 34, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, mill property near 22nd Avenue. Transported to Lebanon Police Department.

9:29 a.m. – Brandin Martin Hugley, 24, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of contempt of court, and Melissa J. Whitemore, 23, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on an animal violation, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Hugley lodged at Lebanon Police Department Jail, and Whitemore cited and released.
10:18 a.m. – Tony Scott Harden, 20, arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct, 1890 Kalmia St. Cited and released.
1:45 p.m. – Cody Michael Kent, 22, turned himself in on Sweet Home warrant for contempt of court on original charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released.
9:43 p.m. – John Edward Davis, 47, arrested on Sweet home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card, Salem. Cited and released.

12:08 a.m. – Caller reported customer saw a young male get in and out of a truck several times and then leave a blue and white cloth bag in front of the store. The male left. Officer responded. The bag was full of dog feces with some wadded paper on top, 2405 Main St., Circle K. Disposed of at scene.
3:39 p.m. – Tony Scott Harden, 20, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, schedule IV, 500 block of Main. Cited and released.
9:38 p.m. – Caller reported theft of pills, 3200 block of Main. Officer took report for theft of $50 worth of methadone.
9:38 p.m. – Mark Alan Clayton, 27, cited and released in field on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on a traffic violation, 3224 Main St.
10:39 p.m. – Joseph Martin Wagner, 58, arrested for driving under the influence, 1540 Main St. Cited and released.

7:59 a.m. – Kirstin Marie Mengore, 40, cited for speeding, 36-20, in a school zone, Mountain View and 22nd.
8:42 a.m. – Andrew Benton Erickson, 41, arrested on state warrant for parole violation, 3041 Main St. Transported to Linn County Jail.
10:16 a.m. – Caller reported a hit-and-run on her neighbor’s vehicle by a cream-colored Toyota pickup, 3300 block of Juniper. Officer responded and took report for hit-and-run. Officer recovered a piece of the suspect’s vehicle.
10:46 a.m. – Christine Lee Oswalt, 44, cited and released in field for hit-and-run and reckless driving, Kalmia and Mountain View. Caller had reported female in a tannish Toyota pickup just hit a basketball hoop and run through a yard. Officer located vehicle on Long near 40th. Prior to a traffic stop, the vehicle crashed. Officer contacted female, who was having apparent medical issues. Medics responded. Female refused transport to hospital by ambulance but went to the hospital by personal vehicle.
6:47 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bicycle, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. Report taken for third-degree theft. Bicycle valued at $75.
9:44 p.m. – Off-duty deputy reported female in roadway on hands and knees, 4900 block of Main. Officer responded and contacted intoxicated female, who said she was walking to a friend’s house. She was crossing the street and got tired.

10:29 p.m. – Robert Edward Hilliard, 41, arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 745 Steelhead Way. Transported to Linn County Jail.

12:03 a.m. – Caller reported driver crashed into a ditch, 41900 block of North River. A 20-year-old male driving a Mercury Topaz looked down to adjust the radio, left the roadway and damaged a utility pole guy wire and 50 feet of fence and posts. No citations.

10:47 a.m. – Caller reported a male came to her house saying he was a “Hells Angels police detective.” Male was looking for two women that had been taken, 1400 block of Clark Mill. Linn County deputies and Sweet Home officers looked for a possible mental subject contacting houses in the area but were unable to locate him.
